We had the front windows installed and they are absolutely beautiful! High quality and reasonably priced. We should have done this years ago. Brad and Sam made it very easy for me to get them ordered. Although the pandemic slowed down the supply chain, they were upfront and transparent with me on the wait. Well worth the wait!The installation was timely and very professional. The windows actually came in a little earlier than expected and we set up an appointment to install them the next two days. I have now put in a request to have the back windows done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This is our second house with windows installed by The Window Guys. We were happy Sam was still their installer. They do a great job with installation and clean up. I don’t plan on moving again but if I do, they are my go to guys!

No need for an appointment for a salesman to measure, which can take hours. You will be provided youtube link to show the window or visit their office if you need to. No hours of presentation. Saves you time and money. The most reasonable among all 5 companies that gave me quotes and visited me (time wasted). Beautiful windows and workmanship is perfect.And then there is Sam and his team. Really respectful of your property, great skills and did wonders to a 1960 built house. The team is very meticulous to a fault (amazing!). They are a fun group to listen to while working. We were looking to get new windows in our home. Our neighbor down the street purchased her windows from another window business. We decided to go with The Window Guys after she had a not so nice experience. I knew the job they were capable of because of recommendations from some of my friends. The whole experience was great. I measured my windows, received a quote, accepted quote, Sam came to the house to do the actual measurements (to make sure mine were correct). We ordered the windows. They took a little while to come in due to Covid. Once the windows arrived they started in stalling 2 days later. It took them 2 1/2 days to install 16 windows. They were very professional and did a great job installing and cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

Sam and his crew did an exceptional job with professionalism. They arrived as scheduled and installed 25 windows in 4 days. We had 2 large bow windows in front that they meticulously crafted a new frame and insulated to install 5 tall thin window in each bow. The entire crew was courteous, friendly and worked as a team - always focused on ensuring I was satisfied. Sam was a perfectionist, making sure all windows were level, completely sealed, cleaned and finished properly. This company was recommended to me by a friend and said they were no pressure and very professional installers. The Window Guys lived up to both descriptions. I never met the sales guy. I called him and he emailed me instructions on getting general measurements for my windows (closest inch) and he mailed me back an estimate that would be within 5%. The estimate was over $4,000 less than the high pressure window sales guy who spent 3-hours trying to get me to sign today or I cant offer you this special price. I agreed the estimate was within our budget and the installer (Sam) came to my house to get the specific window measurements. The final quote came in at the same price as the original estimate. With such a great price, I was able to upgrade 5 of the windows to casement windows for a cleaner look out to the front and back yards. I highly recommend you contact The Window Guys if your serious about new windows. New windows are not cheap, but if are ready to buy, you can save money and be assured of a professional installation with this company.

The Window Guys just replaced the windows in our entire house. They look amazing! The work done by Sam and his crew is top notch!! They cleaned as they went And the finished product is great. I would definitely recommend them and the prices are better than some of the big companies.

We started with 4 estimates, which ranged from about 15% less to about 300% more than that of The Window Guys. After carefully reviewing the product specs and installations methods, we chose Window Guys. The install went great, the windows are absolutely top notch and Window Guys managed the TDI windstorm inspection/certification. Couldnt be more pleased. 18 Storm Breaker hurricane impact windows. They are quiet, efficient, look great, and we dont have to board or shutter the windows during a hurricane.

My experience with The Window Guys in League City was A+. I called Brad, owner of The Window Guys and got a quote. I also had Window World and Home Depot come out for comparison quotes. Window World and Home Depot each were much higher and the sales reps were not sure what crew would do the installation. Window World said he would send a good crew. Uh, that means they have bad crews? If you look at my neighbors windows, yes, they have bad crews. Home Depot was outrageous. About 3 times more for the same job. Sam from The Window Guys came out and did all measurements and said he would be the person with his crew to install. We ordered and waited 3 weeks until they were custom built. Sam and his crew installed 10 windows in 2 days. They cleaned up and were extremely professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. We have compared our windows to our neighbors and we know we chose the right company. Ive attach a before and after, it really made a dramatic difference!

Sam and his crew installed hurricane impact windows in my home and Im very happy with the results. My home is almost 50 years old and there were a few issues because the original sliding glass door was not framed properly. But Sam worked with it and now the door looks awesome. I love the windows and the difference that they make in blocking sound and keeping the temperature in my home more steady. Im a senior and cannot easily put the plywood up over my windows, so it was important to me to get the hurricane impact windows.Sam and his crew were very professional. They kept my home clean as they worked, protected my furnishings and carpet, and completely cleaned up when the installation was finished. Sam even helped me to move furniture that I could not move, and helped me by reinstalling the window blind brackets.Im happy to be able to support a local business, especially during the COVID pandemic. There were a few issues with screens not being delivered with some of the windows, but this was not the fault of the Window Guys. I have no doubt the screens will be installed as soon as the manufacturer completes the order.

We’re going to replace our windows and have reached out to the Window Guys as well as other companies. Needless to say we won’t be using this company because of the customer service. Below is a screenshot reply from the owner. We were not able to view the windows until today and they wanted us to sign the contract today and give them half down. Sorry, but I’m no idiot, and the quality of the windows aren’t equal to the others we’ve seen. People do your research before you decide to go with this company.

The entire crew was courteous, friendly and worked as a team - I was satisfied. This crew was a perfectionist, making sure all windows were level, completely sealed, cleaned and finished properly. They also figured out where the windows were leaking. This was not part of their job. This company was recommended to me by a friend and said they were Very professional installers. Sam and his crew were amazing and extremely professional. They showed up every day at the time they said they would arrive and worked each day until the task was complete. Left our house as clean as possible each day, considering the scope of work being done. Entire house of windows were replaced and not a single need for interior or exterior repairs/touch ups. I was looking to replace some of our windows (22 in total) in our home, which were the single pane variety from the 90s. I did my research and came upon The Window Guys as I like doing work with local folks. Brad was very professional in his approach, professional drawings, reasonable pricing and technical detail where needed. Then Sam and his group showed up and started the installation, we had some wood damage on some of the arches, we discussed it and he made the repairs. He was very professional and made sure that our landscaping area was cleaned and detailed at the end of each day. The installation was very professional in every detail. We did have some fogging on a couple of the windows, but Brad jumped into action, ordered the replacements and then Sam showed up and replaced the windows, all as part of the warranty and the focus of this company. I can highly recommend them.

I solicited quotes from four window contractors when I decided to replace windows on our home. The Windows Guys had the best price, but I also had the opportunity to see the quality of their work that was recently completed at a neighbors home. I was impressed with their installation process and, more importantly, the completed project in the terms of their scheduling, organizational techniques and how they worked to minimize the disruption to our life during the process. We had The Window Guys come out and replace 20 windows (single pane aluminum frame) with hurricane impact windows. I first spoke with Brad who asked me to measure all the windows myself to the closest inch, so he could give me an estimate. He sent information on the windows, we talked about them, and the options and requirements (we had several low windows that also needed tempered glass). He was very knowledgeable and turned around the estimate by the next day. No never ending sales pitch, just an up front price that never changed. We’ve had 4 window estimates done, and they were the most reasonable and easy to work with.Sam (the installer) came out to take our final measurements and our initial down payment. 4 weeks later the windows were ready to be installed (earlier than the COVID projected 5-8 week lead time). Sam and his crew came out the day after they received the windows to start installing. They were meticulous and so, so very careful. We just completed new landscaping and they were so cautious to not mess it up all the while cleaning up their mess as they went. They even fluffed up the mulch to make it look like they were never there. They took 3 days to install all the windows - doing no more than 8 per day. They took their time, did it right, and laid heavy beads of caulk. The installation service was top notch.Now this is a construction project, so there was obviously dust everywhere, as they had to cut into the sheetrock to make room for the much thicker windows, but we cleaned as they completed each room which made it manageable.The windows themselves are fabulous!! Road noise is completely cut down. I can’t hear conversations outside the windows, and the additional insulation is great. Not to mention, we won’t have to board those windows when a hurricane hits. High quality, and the clarity is amazing.I’ll leave this review saying that we are now saving to do 5 more windows, since we’ve been so pleased. If you’re reading this review, chances are you’re probably where I was at. Gotten quotes from a few vendors and decided to get your final bid with The Window Guys. You’ve seen the reviews, but you are somewhat skeptical, not of the place or product but the cost.Let me be blunt - if you’re looking for replacement windows, whether it be simple windows (like mine, that were from when the house was built in ‘81) or impact windows for the coast, The Window Guys should be your first stop - if for nothing else, a solid reference point in your window shopping.Within less than 2 hours Brad managed to get me a quote that was over $1K less than the other guys, and with the plywood and TDI inspection they were still $500 less than what the other guys wanted just for the windows themselves. Super easy to do, took me minutes to get the measurements he requested (Length by Width to the nearest inch for each window.) Once I agreed to do the work Sam came out a few days later to get the measurements. Just talking to him reassured me that he was going to make sure the job was done right.COVID-19 didn’t really didn’t disrupt the process too much, maybe added a few weeks to the window building time. Sam and his crew came out today to install the windows and they were some of the most professional people I’ve had work on my house. Knocked out all 7 windows in about 7 hours. Their TDI Engineer was out the same day to give them the green light that they were installed to windstorm spec.Do yourself the favor, give these guys a shot. The worst that happens is that you’ve spent a some time measuring your windows. The best thing that happens is that you get quality work and product from a quality company.

I cannot in good conscience leave only one star here because I never got to the point of actually getting any windows from these guys, and I HEAR that many are happy with them. I contacted them via the internet and asked them to contact me for a quote AFTER a certain date (Im trying to close out school and dont have time for estimates and appointments now). They contacted me the next day.The contact was via email, and I was instructed to do a rough measurement of all my windows, being sure to label the rooms, and they would send me an estimate. I simply responded that I really wasnt comfortable not having someone come out and show me the product and answer my questions about installation, etc. and I said no thanks. I could have just deleted the email and gone about my business, so I didnt see anything wrong with letting them know why I wouldnt be choosing them.That same day, I got the rudest email, telling me I could come to the showroom if I had questions or wanted to see the product. It said they do business this way to save money and not WASTE my time or THEIRS. Yes, he said he didnt want me to waste their time.My friends, customer service is not a waste of time...or at least it wasnt in my lifetime until now. If it is a waste of your time to make me feel comfortable about how I am spending thousands of my dollars on my biggest investment (my home), then I absolutely will not give you my business. I had a great experience with The Window Guys. They replaced 12 windows in my home and did an incredible job. The job took 1.5 days, and they were very professional and careful in my home. They laid out tarps on both sides of the windows and scored the glass before breaking so that they broke in chunks and not shattered. They cleaned up inside and outside my house as the work progressed and before they finished up and left. Sam and his crew were very friendly and made me feel at ease having them inside my house. I only regret not having called them sooner. I could feel a noticeable difference in the home from the windows installation; it is much cooler.

Great quality windows and quality installation by The Window Guys. They were quick to respond to calls for a price quote, they were quick to answer phone messages, and they went out of their way to squeeze in my installation before a big job that would have left me waiting 2 more weeks. They even cleaned all the windows at the end of installation--its the cleanest my windows have been in years!They were also very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves and minimizing the mess in my home, but they didnt do quite as well with my shrubs outside the windows. They nicely trimmed one back for me, but trampled two others without letting me know a thing. I discovered it a day or so later. Wish they would have said something at the time, or asked me to trim them back ahead of time. Otherwise, very pleased!

I called to request a quote on changing out a window at my home. The man was very argumentative with me about Nassau Bay windstorm requirements and what I needed. He didnt let me provide many details. It was obvious that he wasnt interested in doing the job. I cant speak to the quality of their service, but my initial impression was very bad. I will not be using these guys ever!

This Company specializes in installing windows on the Gulf Cost. The windows are great quality and the installation went great. You wont find a better price for the same quality. In the League City heat we already have noticed a huge difference in the house comfort.

Called these guys looking for help with some windows installed in our house by The Window Guys - sticker on the window. Rudest response I have ever had.There not ours, we were not in business then, ...you wont stop and hear what I have to say, do you have hearing problems..., well, maybe I need to talk slower...A little customer service, a little help with the label, ... might have got them a new customer. I would never do business with people who act like this, they are probably a liability when they are on the site.

Found out that the old Windows Guys pre-2012 went out of business and the name was purchased by a new owner. They dont recognize, or have records of the original Window Guys Customers. Dont even bother calling about repairs they dont do them and save yourself the aggravation of waiting for a return call. When I did talk to the owner, he did give me some suggestions of where to go for window repair. I dont have any comments about their windows or service. I am sure it is probably ok.

I just called them not even an hour ago. I explained that I had a window that was broken in Alvin. The guy stated to me that I might try another company such as Alvin Glass because they dont do repairs. Before I could tell him that we were open to either a repair or replacement at their professional opinion he hung up on me. Not sure I would trust someone with thousands of dollars of my money if they are quick to just treat potential customers that way. I know it was only one window and not all of them on the house. I just dont thank that is very professional. Might try having a conversation instead of a one way conversation next time.

Had these windows installed in 2010 and have had three replaced with the problem being broken seals. Now have two more with same pro lem AFAIN and cannot even get a return calls
