If I can give the rating a zero I would. I walked in with my 6 yr old son. Only lady working there said immediately no men services I calmly replied he is not here for a service. Im here for a quick brow wax. She then replied no available service for that, appointment only, no time for that, you can leave, appointment only. Ive been in the service industry for 25 years, never have i treated a person or potential customer this rude. Most definitely Do Not recommend this business!!!

Walked in as no signs on the door that says no walk ins. Not even said hello to just said you need an appointment. Didn’t even ask if I would like to schedule one. Just not a nice tone

This is the only nail shop I will go to. Tiffany is the Best in Houston for nails . Its out of my way but worth the drive . They always do an amazing job on my feet and nails! The older lady does an amazing pedicure.

I went into this shop, and asked for a manicure. When I walked in, the owner didnt greet me, she just yelled with an attitude Pick a color. I then showed her my nails and proceeded to ask her how much was a manicure...I had already looked at the brochure which showed $10, but I wanted to be sure there were no sudden changes...She had someone else start my nails, in which she did not speak or understand English. She nipped me 3times by cutting my nails so short, it cut the skin. I asked her to please put alcohol solution, and she just smiled. I stopped her and showed her the redness.I had pretty much had it. She pointed for me to go wash my hands, and that was it. The lighting is dim in there so I couldnt truly tell how my nails looked until I was done . She went on to someone else....so I pulled out $10 and went to hand it to her . She suddenly was ableato let me know (in English) that it was $17. The owner agreed and said the same price. I paid it, but they will not ever get my patronage again. The owner was very rude, and could care less.I want to post a pic of my nails, but Im not sure how or if you can add to this review. I was told it will take some time to get my nails back right!Again, the owner told me that She would let the lady know, and that was it. Super rude!

Tiffany is literally the best in the world! She is super fact, talented, courteous, and amazing at what she does! My nails always last forever and they always look beyond beautiful!

Custom color turned out perfect! I love that they give you a free drink too! Love this place. Best in Galveston County.

The nails are good but DO NOT let her do any cosmetic procedures!!! I tried permanent eyeliner and she burned the cornea in both eyes! I had to wear a special contact on one eye bc it was 60% burned off. It was the WORST PAIN!! I had to keep my eyes closed 3 days! She did nothing when I told her and she did a poor job too.
