We werent all available at the same time, but he went out of his way to take care of us when we could each get in. I really appreciate how he explained what to expect on our invoices and when the charges/rebates would go into effect.

Best experience ever! Came into the store 45 minutes before closing and Dustin went above and beyond to help me and answer my 21+ questions and made the new phone process a breeze. He stayed 1.25 hrs past closing time. Walked out with a great deal and the phone exact phone I wanted.

They are very helpful at this location. We went to another location because one of our phones was stolen. We were told they couldnt help us without an ID. Since our wallet was also stolen along with the phone they said there was nothing they could do. I had done business with this location before and they have always been helpful. True to their reputation they got our information and we had a new phone on the same day!! If you need service or any kind of help the store on League City Parkway is the place to go.

Heath is a rare gem of customer service. He listened and understood what I needed and provided different options of phones. He had great knowledge of the features of each one and let me decide what was the best for me. 3 yrs ago I made the switch from Sprint to Verizon due to customer service. I should have been a valued Sprint customer due to over 20 years of service of on time monthly payments. Shortly after i switched to Verizon, i met Dustin from the League City branch off hwy 96. He took his time and found me the best deal and plan. He didnt rush my many questions even though the Verizon office quickly got busy. Customers looked eager but I felt like a real valued, important customer because he did not seem affected. I had all his attention. I think I took a few hours asking questions but I clearly felt knowledgeable of my plan, and 3 brand new phones. Dustin in league city hwy 96... 5 stars buddy. Thank you.

I needed to get a new phone, but really wasnt ready to because I still had a balance on it. Dustin pulled up my account, went through all of my option of phones I could upgrade to that would also pay my phone off, AND that would be continuing to give me a discount on the new phone! This company screwed me over hard. I went in to get a phone, said I used it for pictures and they sold me a razr. The picture quality is horrible,but I went past the 30 day grace period by 3 days. Bok e has been willing to help me, I went to the company to try to get an exchange and they denied me. Now I have to have a phone that wont work well for the next 2 years while I miss opportunities as my kids grow up. STAY AWAY AND GO TO A REAL VERIZON STORE!!!

On 10-19-2020, I went into this Non-Corporate Verizon store bringing my Note 8 and to port my number over from T-Mobile. I was greeted by Prince who tried every trick to sell me a new phone, but I declined when he told me to just give my T-Mobile phone back and not pay the remainder balance.Without my permission, prince added Verizon Cloud and Device Protection and tried to sneak a Mobile Hot Spot device onto my account without my permission... after I called customer service and had both removed, Device Protection was put back onto my account.Prince never gave me a receipt, didnt tell me there was a $40 activation fee to be billed, and didnt want cash for the sim card.Be very careful when dealing with this store or better yet, go to the Corporate store at FM 646 and I-45.
