I can’t express how thankful I am to have such an amazing dentist office to take my kids! I have been taking them here since their first dentist appt and now going on over three years and would not go any where else. They take such great care of my babies as if they were their own. When we walk in we are greeted with such sweet staff always. Brenda in the front desk always helps us out with our appointments, insurance, and explains clearly about what my babies will need and how the appointment will go, she is SO awesome!!! We love her! If we have an emergency they are always able to get us in ASAP! Also thankful for Adrianna! When our babies are in the chair she is above and beyond amazing with our kids and makes them feel safe and comfortable always. The dentists are outstanding and take such great care of us! The kids love the play waiting area, being able to watch Netflix in the chair, and especially the treasure box :) And I love that their teeth are always in the best shape and love to go!Really so grateful to have found such an incredible dentist office and highly recommend!

This was my first time here they were amazing from start to finish. The doctor was very nice and professional as well as the rest of the staff. They have a tv in front of you and on the ceiling to look at when you lay back.They are very cautious about COVID-19 and they take their time between patients to sanitize everything as soon as you walk into the back they have you use some bacterial killing mouthwash as well.They were very good at accommodating my schedule for my future appointments and helps me figure everything out with my insurance.I gave them a five star rating for overall performance and care.Also to note that in the room next to me there was a young boy who was very scared of the dentist and the nurses took their time to calm him and reassure him and were very caring about the fact that he was scared and let him play with his tools and stuff to reassure him that they were not scary.

My daughter had a bad experience with her first dentist (they just wanted insurance cash ins it felt like) but with autumn dentistry everyone made sure she was comfortable and that we were proactive with her dental care. She left excited for her next appointment.

I’m so happy that I found Autumn Family Dentistry! After having a horrible experience at Bay Colony Dental, Autumn Family was a breath of fresh air! Their COVID precautions are on point. Every single member of this team does their job to perfection; from the front desk, to the hygienists to the dentist herself. The place is impeccably clean and their process is so smooth. You feel like you’re the only patient there, even though you can hear that you definitely are not because this is surely a thriving practice! They care if you’re anxious and do all they can to make your visit as pleasant as possible. The office is right off 45, so it’s super easy to find. As far as I’m concerned, after my third visit there, Autumn Family has me as a patient for life!

My daughter was absolutely terrified of going to any dentist, due to a traumatic visit when she was about 4 years old with a failed sedation at another office. She had her first visit here on Saturday, and for her to tell me afterward that she actually liked going and on top of that allowed them to remove a loose tooth ! That is absolutely amazing coming from her, being that at any other office she’s gone to she has been too afraid to allow them to do anything and it takes so long to convince her. I just want to say thank you all for working with her and gaining her trust enough that she actually allowed the dentist to do what she needed all the way to the loose tooth removal! I’m grateful I found this office. I’d recommend this office to anyone who has an anxious child like mine when looking for a dentist. Thanks to everyone who helped with my daughter!

Found the company on Yelp and decided to try it out because of the reviews. I’ve always been very anxious about the dentist and haven’t had the warmest welcomes from the ones I’ve visited. The office is nice and comforting. They had 2000s jams that calmed me down and didn’t feel so serious and they let me watch Netflix. The assistant Adriana and the hygienist Karla were great! They cared and took the time to ensure I was comfortable. Will 100% make this my new dental go to.

I can no say enough good things about Autumn Family Dentistry! Absolutely amazing. The staff, nurses and dentists are wonderful not to mention their work. Our dentist was Lucy and she was Great. Super efficient and the best dentist I have taken my kids to so far. But who I am absolutely amazed with is, Adriana, she went above and beyond in helping my child feel comfortable and relaxed. She also educated him on how and why keeping up with your mouths health is important. My 9 year old can not wait to go back and see these ladies. I highly recommend this dentistry!

Dr. Cho was really wonderful at explaining all the details of the treatment plan. He was very good at describing what he was seeing and speaking with my children so they felt very comfortable with him. Karla was an incredible hygienist - very patient and did not hurt the kiddos but did an excellent cleaning. Brenda helped a lot with explaining benefits and making me feel at ease. I am so glad we found this place!

Quite a painless visit! This dental office is not like your usual dental office where everyone walks about with frail tempers. Staff were polite and friendly. Clean and beautiful office. Will I return, youd ask? Im looking forward to my next 6-month visit.I jokingly asked the dental hygienist, What did the cavemen do about their dental hygiene? In the fortress of my curious mind, I concluded that most of them might have had their lives cut short by vegetation-infested heart valves. Oh well, I digressed.

Theyre all amazing!! Autumn dentistry is so great with kids and got all 4 of my kids at the same time for my convenience. Their office is beautiful clean and smells good. But the best part was definitely was how well their dental work is, how well they interact with the kids and how fast they could get my whole family in for a visit. My kids kids never minded going to the dentist but after our terrible experience at a local dentist they were hesitant. They arrived scared and left happy. My 6 yr even said I love it here. 😆😄😃

My Daughters First time experiencing this Dentistry and it was more than I expected . Everyone at this office are so welcoming making you feel so comfortable in a scary situation like taking your 4 year old to get a route canal. Everything is clean and sanitized. They handle children so well and the room even had a TV on the ceiling when she was laying down! I’d like to point out the assistant, Chelsea Galvan who was in the room with us the whole time. She was amazing from start to finish. She’s very passionate and hardworking in her position and it shows with her positive attitude. It doesn’t look like an easy job to have dealing with children needing to be still while doing dentist work. Chelsea calmed my toddler down, made her laugh and just all around made the experience so much smoother for us. She even calmed me down lol. I highly and without a doubt recommend this dentist office and Chelsea as your assistant!

Not only do they go out of the way to make sure that I’m comfortable when I’m there but they are upfront with any procedures from pricing to everything to expect. Had scheduled three appointments, for myself and my kids. The staff were really sweet and explained everything even with our questions. Dr. Ho, Adriana, Sandy, and Karla had helped our little family. Very fast response and appointment set up. Office was nice and up to date. Cleaning was faster and better than most and they told me what they were seeing as they cleaned and what areas to focus on.

I really like the staff and their skill level and pain control techniques. They listen to their patients. Make sure you ask if they take your insurance and be prepared to pay out of pocket if they do not. Check the coverage with your insurance. You will then have to submit your own claims for what the charges are. Talk to the office about their charges.

It was my first child dentist appointment and the ladies at the front and dentist assistant spoiled my little one with small dinosaurs from an awesome treasure chest they have. My little one did so well as he was distracted by the dinosaurs and followed the dentist instructions well!! Yesterday was my first time at this practice and I highly recommend it. They are being very covid safe, and have a beautiful, modern office. They even have the latest dental equipment (electric scalers, panoramic x-rays), and tvs on each room wall and ceiling). Adriana and Karla were amazing, super warm and welcoming as I get super anxious at the dentist. When I told them, they were very understanding and assured me that they are very kind, gentle and really want to build a good patient relationship. Adriana offered me a numbing rinse before my deep cleaning, and I was so thankful! I HATE the feeling of the tools in my mouth and I didnt feel anything! Highly recommend this place.

This dentist office is fantastic! I brought my 3 year old daughter here to get her teeth cleaned and we had a great experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. We were seen right away, and this is a big bonus when you have an impatient toddler. :-) Adriana was such a sweet dental assistant and played Cocomelon on the tv to comfort my daughter. As I imagined, my daughter did get squirmy when the dentist (Pham) had to look in her mouth but we got through it painlessly! The dentist and Adriana were delightful during our experience and let Taytum pick out a toy from the treasure chest when she was done with her cleaning! We made our next appointment for 6 months and overall very pleased! I 10/10 recommend Autumn Family Dentistry 🦷🦷🦷

I went in with toothache . They got me an appointment same day. Didn’t try to give me things I didn’t need. The doctor and all of the staff are great. This will be where I go for all my dental needs now.

Adriana the assistant that sees me for my braces and always treats me like I’m at home. She treats me with respect and hospitality. Definitely defines the terms of what a 5 star assistant should get and be.

I absolutely love love Autumn Family Dentistry.Let’s start off with the fact that I HATE going to the Dentist. I get major anxiety just thinking about the dentist.My first time there I explained my anxiety, the fact that I have TMJ so I can’t keep my mouth open for long periods of time and just my overall FEAR.Y’all. They took such good care of me! I was talked through it all. I got breaks during my cleaning so my jaw wouldn’t hurt.It was just refreshing to get this kind of care.Now don’t get me wrong, my fear is irrational and is still there lol but I know when I visit Autumn I will be taken care of.I just completed my second visit and once again the care I received not only with the amazing dental work but with my ANXIETY is just spectacular.And not to mention the office is gorgeous!The staff is TOP NOTCH!! Pricing is great! And They don’t push anything on you.I strongly suggest you try this place out. I have finally found my place. ❤️

Autumn Family Dentistry is a fantastic dental office. Their front office is staffed with individuals who make the initial introduction welcoming and professional. I have had procedures done by both dentists and every experience has been great. Their dental tech, Adriana, has assisted in every one of my visits as well as those with my children, and each time her bedside manner has turned anxious situations into more comfortable ones. Best dentist I have been to. Each room has a tv not only in front of you, but on the wall to have something to look at other than a ceiling tile when getting work done. The staff here is phenomenal and very informative. They answer all question and fully explain anything they do. Had a filling done and they ensured I was comfortable at all times. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone I know in the area.

Clearly with a name like family dentistry it is geared for all ages, but nothing wrong with making you feel in good hands. Easy appointment setting, texts made communication easy. Signing in was easy, the women were nice and did their best to be patient when I had trouble getting my x-rays. They let me pick what I wanted to watch on Netflix during the exam which was awesome. I opted for nitrous during my extraction and they were understanding when I accidentally cussed a few times despite kids being present. Good experience considering how nervous I was. Would recommend

I went in for a deep cleaning, which is definitely not one of my favorite procedures, but the friendly staff waa helpful and informative throughout the whole visit. The hygienist was exceptionally good at helping me feel the most comfortable for a not so comforting procedure and provided tons of tips regarding home care and maintenance. Looking forward to my next visit and im very happy with my results!

I have not been to a dentist in over 10 years. I was half expecting to be turned away cause of how bad my teeth were.
