Brought my phone in for a battery change and they fried my screen. Accidents happen but instead of owning their mistake, they blamed it on the battery so now I have no phone. Phone worked fine for 3 years, but just happened to stop working the few hours they had it and Im supposed to believe that it wasnt something they did? Sorry, I just dont buy it. He also told me there was no way to file a claim which his corporate office said was false, there is a website you can go to. Zero stars. Take your phone literally anywhere else.

Came in today to get an iPhone 6S battery repaired. Victor, who was working the front desk, was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. He was able to fix my problem in a timely manner, and made sure I was kept in the loop with everything going on. I will continue coming to this location for all my electronic fixes. Be sure to ask for Victor if you come here. He is the best and deserves every bit of praise.

To the owner of UBREAKIFIX, your response about being willing to repair my computer for free is correct. Think about it, if a business state to you that they cant repair your computer what would change your belief that they could fix it later? Your business has lost my trust. Therefore I prefer that my computer be replaced. Horrible service!I guess hes trying to make himself look good, but I just contacted the store. The supposed to be manager said the owner stated hes still not willing to replace my computer. So untrustworthy. His response stated he tried reaching me to assist me in anyway. The only assistance I want from the is to replace my computer.

Simply, they 100% did what they said they would do. They fixed 100% of my problem in the time they said they would and where courteous in the process. I will have no problem at all going back to them if something else breaks.

Not only is the League City location untrustworthy, but their corporate office, UBREAKIFIX by Assurian is no better. I contacted them at the end of June or early part of July2021, after finally being able to get the right information for them. I spoke to a man. He listened to me and then got defensive to what I told him. He promised to research the situation and return my call within 24-48 hours. Several days passed and I called back, I was able to speak to a lady, whom requested that I take my laptop to a different location. I explained to her that I no longer trust the company and didnt want to do that. I told her I want my laptop replaced. UBREAKIFIX removed my hard drive. Even the man that I spoke to at first from corporate tried to say I asked them to remove it. My question to them once they said they couldnt repair the laptop was would they be able to transfer the memory to another laptop when I get another one. I didnt intend for them to keep my hard drive.

I took my HP laptop to this location to get the screen repaired August 26,2020. I checked on the laptop repair several times since I was told it would take about 2 weeks. On October 2, 2020 they finally called to say they couldn’t fix it. They also had my daughter’s laptop for over a month and finally said it couldn’t be fixed. I received my deposit back, but didn’t think I needed to check for all parts. Due to the pandemic, it sat at my house in the box for several months. I finally took it to another shop. They informed me that the hard drive was missing, several screws were missing and the mother board was damaged. I went back to UBREAKIFIX of course they denied it. After I made a theft report with the local police, the manager stated they would fix it for free. I requested it in writing. He gave it to me. I decided I didn’t trust them, so I requested that they just replace my computer with a new one. They declined, so I want to warn everyone about their actions. While I was there with my complaint several customers brought their phones back that they were supposed to fix, but they were still having problems. I would think twice before doing business with the place in the future. Horrible

DONT GET YOUR PIXEL PHONE REPAIRED HERE.Some backstory... My wife had her Pixel 4as cracked screen repaired at this location 6-7 months ago. She immediately noticed they didnt do a good job glueing the new screen on. Fast-forward to this week, she dropped her phone and the screen came unglued and stopped responding to touch.. Rather than return to this location, we chose to go to the uBreakiFix in Webster. The technician repaired the phone in less than an hour and stated that the previous repair job was one of the worst hed seen. The screen had not broken from the fall, it had become disconnected and unglued due to the use of nonstandard epoxy. He repaired it without charge and advised us to avoid this location in the future (no arguments there!)

My charger port wasn’t working because it had a lot of dirt and debris in the port. Verizon wanted to replace the whole phone, but all it needed was cleaned out. UBREAKIFIX performed this service for free, now it works perfectly.

I dont like to give bad reviews, but Ill simply say we had a big misunderstanding that wasted over a week of my time and set me back against a travel schedule with an unrepaired phone and need to take my business elsewhere after I return from international travel with a busted phone.Sad, theyve done better in the past.

Earlier this week many apps on my android phone started locking up. On the web I found that I wasnt the only one with the problem, it was a Google issue. The posts said Google had put out some fixes that resolved the problem. Unable to get the updates to load I went to uBreakiFix and they took care of it in 5 minutes for free. Ill definitely go back any time I have a hardware problem.

Horrendous experience both in store and with customer service. Beware of Hector. Should be called weBreakuFix.All I needed was a flex cable replaced in my laptop... It took Hector almost a week just to look at it after saying next day, then he tried upselling me a battery that I literally just replaced on it, after saying no he then tried upselling a new screen, just kept going with the upselling, wouldnt take no for an answer so I said Id take it elsewhere else if you wont replace the flex cable. Clearly got upset, made me wait almost another week to put it back together. When I picked it up it was missing parts and poorly put back to together. The keyboard panel fell off, but then when I turned it on the whole laptop fried. Called customer service was told an agent would contact me in a week or two... here I am 3 months later still getting told the same thing and no answer on when they are going to replace my laptop. Just the same old run around answers from customer service.I think all they know is fixing cracked phone screens, they should stick to that.

The service at this store was horrible. We have a Pixel 4 that I left on Saturday and I never got a update of what was happening. We have to call them multiple times and the next Thursday we had to show up in the store and they told us they ordered the wrong screen. Horrible service it was like dealing with high school kids.DONT lose your time here go to the Webster store they fixed my phone in 2 hours vs 5 days here.

I brought my phone in after being in a car accident, the screen was not working, they fixed, my phone in less than 2 hours and let me leave it there while i went back to work. Hector was very nice a courteous and made sure i was taken care of. They are life savers, and I will be using them for all my breaks!!

Took my IPad to them, it would not charge. The young man pulled out a small piece of charger and did not charge me for it. Just ask that I leave a review. I would recommend them and the store on Bay Area Blvd.

Dropped off phone at 2:30pm and was told by the guy that took the phone (slender tan skinned young man with several tattoos-no name tag) that the phone would be ready in 2 hours. Since they did not take down a call back number we gave them 3 hours and went to pick it up. The same guy said it was not ready and that it would take another 3 hours. No remorse, he became a bit condescending in tone, and sent me on my way. Based on their reply below they are not going to accept responsibility. We were told 2 hours, the employee lied to us by saying he was not the one that told us 2 hours-WE HAVE THE TIMED STAMP RECEIPT THAT SAYS READY IN TWO HOURS-and they were very unprofessional. Plus-no CODVID mask worn by employee.

Highly recommended, stellar customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a great value. The young man who assisted me was genuinely warm and friendly. He repaired my daughter’s phone within a couple of hours at a price that couldn’t be beat! ❤️ I had previously taken the phone (prior to completely breaking) to Apple. Apple suggested that I purchase a new phone as there was no guarantee that they’d be able to repair it and I’d still be dropping $$$ for the diagnostics. A friend of mine recommended taking it to this location for diagnostics/repair before buying my daughter a new phone and I cannot thank himenough. My child is happy and so is my pocketbook.

This place is an absolute joke. Have a sales ticket through Samsung to get the phone fixed. They couldnt find any issues I showed them the issues and was told they cant fix it. Printed out a bogus receipt and hand wrote on it.

Phone wasnt charging and carrier said it was 1 week to get replacement, $200. I need a phone for work. Out of desperation, took it to Jacob at UBIF. Not only did he fix it, but it turns out some dirt/dust was on the USB contacts, simple fix and he didnt upset an unneeded repair.

I drove an hour an half to get phone fixed get to 2 different locations because first place I was sent to didnt have parts for my phone second place was like oh no you got to leave your phone over night hold up wait a min it only takes an hour or so to fix it I done drove a hour and a half to just get told I have to leave my phone over night when over the phone I was told 1 to 2 hours max on fixing my phone hell no find some where else to fix your phone

Nice new store. I completely shattered the back of my Galaxy S10 and now it looks brand new. Super quick (30 minutes!) and courteous service. Ill try not to break another phone, but I need to just face it. Ill be going back here at some point for another repair.

All I needed was a battery for my iPhone after my phone crashed and when it would not take a charge. It was It appears a coincident that both happened at the same time. I couldn’t get Apple support at the time. This place changed the battery and I was able to finally get apple support to recover “some” my phone info.

Went in to get my screen repaired on a Friday, the gentleman behind a desk so that it would be delivered by Saturday. Turned out to be Tuesday, I dont hold that against the company more like towards USPS which is why I wont demerit the company or employees. As soon as the part came in they made sure to call me, apologized about the delay and inconvenience, and repaired the device fairly swiftly. The only reason why its not five stars is because once I got my phone back, my speakers are distorted if the volume is increased beyond 50% capacity. Not too big of a deal, my main concern was the screen.

Called to see if they can fix it today and they said yes and I made a claim and got to the store within 5 min of the call and the person said he left and he couldn’t get to the phone today.

Austin was a huge help! I work for a popular A/c company and damaged my iPad,I use it for pretty much all paperwork I do at work..
