Adam is a great guy to work with! He clearly explains his processes and works until he finds the right combination of cleaners to get the job done. He was very thorough and did not rush any part of the job, and took a lot of time explaining how to maintain my tile/carpet going forward. I highly recommend him. We have had other tile and carpet cleaners out here over the years but he has been by far the most knowledgeable. You can tell he cares about his work and wants to get the job done right. Adam is very professional. We have a rental property that is between tenants. We are from out-of-town and needed to get the carpets cleaned quickly. Adam set up an appointment for 5:00 and called to let us know he would probably be early which was fine with us. He came in and assessed the carpet cleaning needs and when he left, spots which had been stubborn before were all gone. Wonderful job!

One word.....Incredible.Adam is very professional and is an extremely friendly and hardworking individual. He gave me his personal cell and continued to give us consultations on how to possibly repair some grout damage we had after we had already completed and paid for the job. He was even professional enough to recommend a second opinion on what actions to take in the future to repair the grout. He stayed late every night and even allowed us to keep his fans to dry the carpet. The price was competitive and he put his heart and soul into the job. I would definitely recommend Adam to anyone needing Tile or carpet cleaning in the future.

Absolutely fantastic!! Were we refreshingly impressed. You always search around when need a service like this and after calling a couple places to check prices I called SCR and he was the only one who answered the phone and was professional and truly informative. Its amazing how you realize its a lost art until you have the interaction. He kept up communication wonderfully the days prior making sure our scheduling still fit for us, which was important because we were getting ready to sell our house. Adam was exactly on time, asked us to walk him through so he really know the carpet and any issued concerning us. There were a couple of spots from furniture sitting too long and the treatment he used was remarkable. He was professional while also really easy going to interact with. The guy doing the work, the actual owner of the biz!, seemed very conscientious and wanted to make sure he did things right/did all the work properly (prep, proper sequence for pretreat, treat, cleaning, etc.) as well as post work/post job details. he was respectful of my property/furniture. and furthermore, the job in the end was well done! price was fair/reasonable too.

I will never use anyone else to clean my floors! Not only does Scientific Cleaning and Restoration provide unmatched results, but Adam provides unmatched customer service as well. Adam has cleaned our carpets on three separate occasions, and each time he surpassed my expectations! When he finished, my carpets looked better than new, and my tile and grout were spotless. This last time, a glass of red wine was spilled not only on the carpet in front of my couch, but also on my dog who was laying there. She jumped up, shook herself, and proceeded to run around the living room, shedding droplets of red wine as she went. It was everywhere! I called Adam--at 7 pm on a Saturday--and not only did he return my call that evening, but he also gave me advice on how to minimize the damage, and told me to call him the next day--a Sunday!--if I still needed him to come out. Sunday afternoon, not only did he answer my call, he also scheduled me an appointment for Monday morning! When he was done, there wasnt a spot of red wine anywhere on my light tan carpet and it, once again, looked brand new. Scientific Cleaning and Restoration has definitely earned my loyalty as a customer and I will be recommending Adam to all of my friends and family in the area.

Adam did an amazing job when I over a weekend I found I had a major leak, and carpeting was soaked in two rooms. He was at my home within 15 minutes and had everything under control making me feel confident that all was under control. He is trustworthy, very kind, smart and certainly knew how to correct the awful mess created by the flood. I have told several friends what a super job he did and they are also planning on using his services. It is so refreshing to have real contractors that are fair, honest and know what they are doing. Cant see what good he did... Had Scientific Cleaning come out to clean 4 bed rooms of carpet, I cant see what good he did, Had to call stanly steamer to clean the next day, All I can say is it was a very bad job..

I am so amazed with how my carpet looks! Not a single stain survived. a-m-a-z-i-n-g. And, they moved everything that needed to be moved, and the carpet seemed dry with-in a couple hours and they were really nice and knowledgeable. I HATED my floors before, and now I feel such relief. My husband and I were planning on replacing our old, dingy and stained carpet with pricy hardwood flooring. After SCRs work we have put the floor replacement idea on the back burner. Our carpet looks brand new! We had some pretty dark staining from the previous homeowner and Adam and Mike were able to remove it COMPLETELY!The whole process took maybe a 1.5-2 hours. Set-up and breakdown was relatively quick. Mike moved all the furniture out of the work area and both took care with the wall edges/corners and hoses. Adam is extremely knowledgeable about the products that he uses and they both were very professional. Very professional and the carpet looked great. We were worried that our pet stains would be a problem but they removed all of them. The crew made sure to move all the furniture carefully and dried it in a couple of hours. We had a follow up because we smelled something in one room but it turned out to be the A/C register. Adam came back and helped us come up with solution to get it right. We definately recommend for anyone and we will be sure to use them again!
