My son had karate for 2 hrs. Give my truck a good ol’detail myself I thought. Well!!! This car wash I came across has got to be the best ever. Free self serve vacuuming and AN AIR PRESSURE HOSE!! My truck has NEVER BEEN this clean since I purchased with zero miles from dealership years ago.Then they have a automatic voucher that prints with your receipt in case it rains within 48 hrs of your wash.I was on a call with my AirPods and was able to continue to have call and vacuum without sound distraction from vacuuming! The suction is very well minus the loud sound! Love the springy extension so you can walk around vehicle to clean.I have to say this is a great car wash. 4 stars because the wash is straight drive through and I had to give a good wipe down on the back of my truck myself, clean my own rims to my expectations since dirt was still able to be seen on black rims. ALTHOUGH I will say today, 2 days since wash. I drove through the rain on beltway8 and the water bounced off my windshield I didn’t even have to turn on m windshield wipers! I parked and it had stopped raining and my truck was STILL looking good, rims and all. So their cleaning solutions are of great quality!!! Kudos!Will go back or find a closer location as I reside in Pearland! Def worth it! Especially if you’d like to get a good workout and take your time cleaning your ride.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH!!! SPOUT CARWASH HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A CARWASH BUSINESS. READ BELOW FOR DETAILS...This place broke off my drivers side mirror, and when I brought it to the managers attention he gave me a email to the owner. I asked for a phone number and he said no they dont talk to customers via phone ONLY email.I wrote a non-confrontational email and just asked how to get a hold of their insurance to repair or replace my mirror. The owner responded to me saying the dont cover vehicles over 5 years in age that going through their carwash is at your own risk. I responded back saying that NO WHERE on their property does it warn the customer that vehicles older than 5 years old are not covered by Spout Carwash. I then received an email back asking me to come to the carwash so they can look at the damage. Once I got to the carwash the manager took the broken off mirror and copied the part number and said hell look on the internet for a replacement part, and then said hed HELP me put on the mirror when it comes in. Well first HELP ME PUT IT ON...REALLY? How a out you have it professionally installed. Secondly, that was over 1 month ago and I havent heard anything from them. They are straight ghosting me. So now I cant legally drive my car because Im missing the mirror from my drivers side.The last thing I want to say is the water pressures seem very high. It sounds like the water is going to break through the glass. Also the dryer at the end sounds as if its caving in my brand new 2020 Silverados roof. Ive been in hundreds of carwashes and have NEVER EVER had the issues Ive had with Spout Carwash. The biggest issue being the owners and their lack of responsibility to Right their Wrong.I hope they read this post and take responsibility for their issues and stop ghosting me. Please if you do go to this carwash, mention to them, Have you replaced the Drivers Side Mirror on the Eclipse yet, if not you should? That would be great. Good luck if you go to Spout I hope nothing breaks off your car.

Do not use this car wash! I have been twice now, and each time it has damaged my paint. The first time I thought maybe it was a coincidence that I had several chips in my paint, so I tried it a second time. After the second time, I have about 15 different spots that my paint is chipped now. These are all spots that were not there before to my knowledge. It is not just scratches, but literally chips where the paint has been completely peeled off down to the medal. Stay away from this place if you dont want your vehicle damaged!

My one and only favorite SPOT go to. I purchased a monthly pass for unlimited washes and I enjoy and take advantage of my monthly pass. Theres a big giant tree in my yard and every morning pollen lands on my Q60 and I cant drive around like that. This place has the vacuums with very good suction and also the shampoo mat cleaners for your floor mats also they provide dry towels,leather cleaner,window cleaner and air freshener spray all free . This is the best reasonable car wash that also give back to their customers. Management is great also.

If you havent been to their haunted carwash,you have to go!!!! Such a genius idea. The kids loved it and where scared laughing. Make sure to keep the doors unlocked!! The carwash aspect was excellent. Clean vehicle, kids scared, adults laughing - win/win.

Love it! The high pressure air for getting dirt out of crevices is awesome! Love the mat cleaner, what a concept. I didnt have to try and figure it out, they are quick to share all the benefits they have there. They even have bottles of scents, disinfectants, glass cleaner and microfiber clothes for Free! Just return bottle back to rack and used towel in bin to be cleaned. I bit higher priced but WELL worth it.

Came here to try it out after receiving a coupon for their free premium wash. I am only giving 3 stars because the wash was free. If it wasnt free, its a 2 star wash. Still had dirt stuck on my truck after the wash on the top edges of the bed, hood, and doors....and on the lower rockers. Came home and rewashed myself. Their vacuums and mat holders are really nice though. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Went for the first time Saturday and this place is awesome. Car wash is good. Vacuums suction is great. Also have air blower to clean out vents and crevices.

I rarely write review but this one I had to post up cause I don’t want to happen to another car. I was really excited for the free washing coupon. I been driving by the place and wanted to check it out. As I drove in, the staff was very friendly and help me with scanning in the code for the free car wash. It was a great experience until when I come out and try to clean the car window with the towel provided. I notice three big scratches on my side of the door. I had to think for a while cause I didn’t want to blame on something that not true. I kept on thinking maybe I open my door and hit somewhere that I haven’t notice. But as I look at the dent and scratches there is no way I open or hit something so hard that I didn’t recall nor have not notice it when coming into the car before the car wash (especially a big chunk of paint come off from the handle). I sit in my car for a while not sure if I should go in and let the management know. I then try to look up reviews to see if anyone else have similar comments or scratch problem like mine. As I scroll down, there a few bad reviews with upsetting comments about how the manager never reach back out. I didn’t want to be in that mess and plus I have no time for it so I left. Plus I don’t like making a complaint. The car wash place looks really nice and my first intention was to choose it as my go to location. But now I don’t think I would go back. I’m writing this so maybe the management can look into the car wash system and fix it so it won’t damage any future car coming through. I took some pictures of the scratches but not sure how to load it on here.

After reading reviews HAD high hopes.After I went through the $18 service there was still these white specs of dirt on my door and hood. I could easily wipe it off with my finger.Why didnt the wash do it? So I saw a small sign about free cloth use but theyre were none around. All the employees were grouped together talking so that wasnt a help. I feel like I couldve done a better job at home.

This place is the bomb. I drive across town to use this car wash because they offer best value. Around $15 for a good wash and then you get access to their powerful vacuums, compressed air hoses, drying towels and air fresheners all at no extra cost.

If you want to pay for your vehicle to be scratched up and the owners of the company to do nothing about it go right on ahead and use them the staff at the location are ver helpful and have always had good customer service from the the owners on the other hand not so much I will not be taking my vehicle back to them.

When they first opened I purchased the Gold package half off but was not told it would go back to regular price the next month. They canceled my plan with no problem. They are professional and kind every time. I enjoy the service but it is slightly more expensive than other places in the area. They do have very awesome vacuums, pressured air for cleaning cracks, and other tools available for use that other places don’t. Recommend.

This was my first time going and I will definitely be going back! I purchased the most expensive wash ($18) because the reviews were good, but unfortunately it didn’t clean my car that well. I called customer service just to give an honest feedback, I wasn’t calling to get a refund or anything because I mentioned I liked the facility and everything it has to offer but I will be just buying the cheapest car wash instead of the platinum. Turns out I spoke with the owner Ali (I believe his name was). He was super sweet and was genuinely concerned with what happened. I told him a few things I noticed but said I’m not upset, I will be coming back but I don’t know if something happened to where it didn’t give me the platinum wash since there was a line of cars. I was looking at other people’s vehicles next to me and they looked sparkling clean, so I wondered what happened to mine haha. He said he would make some adjustments and then he mentioned to go through the car wash again and gave me a platinum wash free of charge. I was really impressed with how amazing customer service was! The vacuums are great, air pressure cleaner is a bonus, it’s nice and clean, they offer microfiber cloths for free, has a mat cleaner as well as a placeholder that makes it easier to vacuum your mats! I love it here :) I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Ali for a great experience!

Wrost Customer service, I spoke with Shawn to see if they could find the back cover of the whiper and he said he will, which they end up not finding it. Shawn asked his boss to see what they could do below and I attach a screen shot of there respond.What kind of customer services is this??Also why they did not tape it at the beginning or asked? Since then I have not received a respond! Becareful here, they really do not care of the customer and its all about the money.

Terrible place!! There is no option of rate 0, or negative. Otherwise, I would give negative...After car washing, my vehicles brand new antenna was gone..... Try to discuss with them for almost month, stopped by 6 times. Never responded. Never show me the footage. Show no respect to client. Will have to see you in the court unfortunately ...

For an automatic car wash this one has been the best experience for me. The do it yourself vacuum and detail station is the best! There are two types of vacuums here, one is flat to get in-between the seat and door! There is compressed air too! A station to put your floor mats in for a wash. I really liked how the mats were not soaking wet afterwards. They provide clean towels with window cleaner and more. If you cant tell im mostly impressed by the detail station. The wash itself is comparable to others. I have always disliked the wash that lines up with the tire and pulls the car through. My husbands car has custom rims with low profile tires and prefer to not use these types. So, I can only recommend this wash for my car with regular rims and tires.

As an adult I find almost everything to be a disappointment, but not Spout Car Wash. This is the strongest/best vacuum at a car wash I have used maybe ever. They also have compressed air available which made a huge difference. Oh AND they have this really awesome floor mat washer thing.Now for the exterior wash...I got the cheapest package and literally just walked right past my car because I didn’t recognize it being that clean and shiny.If you’re reading this review, go to Spout. You won’t be disappointed.

Tried this car wash thinking it would be great, came out with scratches and paint chipped everywhere. Then talked to a employee to email his manager and haven’t heard anything since. It’s been a week since a response. Bad management in my opinion. WILL NOT return again.

Best car wash in the area .powerful up to date tunnel wash equip.excelent vacuume that do the job.as well as self serve carpet cleaning machine friendly staff.and all the sprays and scents towels are available for self serve. THE HALLOWEEN DRIVE THRU WAS GREAT ALL SCARY STAFF DID A GREAT JOB. A COOL THING TO TAKE THE KIDDOS.

I take my truck to wash it here i mean the truck get cleaned not bad few things I think for that 18 dollars price like the dry is not good everyone I have to dry it my self another thing is the rims do not get cleaned very well I feel has to be some adjustment to get it right, the guys there is nice and respectful all the time

Drove up to this place on this past Tuesday for my fifth time since they recently opened. Lights were on and it appeared open. As I approached the pedestals to pay two employees ran out like kids just dismissed early from school and yelled at me that “they were closing!” . They then retrieved some cones to put in the lanes but I had to back out for them to place them.There was a very light rain starting but this car wash is a drive-through and I live very close so rain wasn’t an issue for me.I’m sure these guys wanted to go home early but I was already there and at the pedestal- so professional thing to do would be to let me proceed and put cones up behind me.I hope manager and owner know how their loyal customers get treated.

When I went, it was kind of a cloudy afternoon so they weren’t super busy. The attendant was really nice and walked me through everything they offered, II purchased their most expensive wash and then went home. Noticed first thing the next morning that the wash had put a scratch all the way down the passenger side of my car. I went straight back to the car wash after work and a different attendant said he could call the owner. Owner told him to have me send them an email and the attendant even helped me make sure I got a good video of the scratch to send. They never emailed me back. I get that there is a certain risk with auto washes but I’m pretty sure the wash shouldn’t scratch the paint.

The service at this location started out great but now the business has dwindled to poor. The entry machines are frequently inoperative, the staff is absent and preoccupied with their cell phone. Recently, the machine shut off while 2 of us were in the wash.The attendant walked off and didnt even notice we were stuck in the wash. After 3-4 minutes of honking our horns, they realized the machine was down. I have the unlimited was...when you can get it. They close at the slightest hint of rain and their scheduled hours are inconsistent. If its slow, they just close up.

Upon arrival I was graciously greeted. My f250 was a caked up more than normal with mud due to all the rain. They offered to rinse the heavies off prior to running thru the tunnel. Afterwards they offered rags to wipe off my truck. Overall a great experience. Thanks to Matt for the service and hospitality.

JUST WOW!!! I use to go to blue wave carwash here close to my house. Tried this place just to check it out, havent been anywhere else since. Water is very clean all the stuff in the tunnel works & is kept in great condition. They have high pressure air blower so you can clean out all the cracks & crevices in your car in every station. Went there after the beach & I have 2 boys & a very active pit bull... came out looking & smelling like a rose. The staff dang near begged me to have my Matts so they could clean them thoroughly while I focused on cleaning my truck. Also have free leather conditioner & microfiber towel for you to clean & condition your vehicle. No rushing me either I spent 2 hours in my lil ol spot & all they did was ask if I wanted more stuff to clean my truck. 5 star all the way, I recommend this place to everyone. Have great packages for unlimited washes. Check it out if you havent already!
