Ive had state farm for years. We moved to Texas and we continued with state farm because we never had issues. The new office was all issues from day 1. A year later and with many issues monthly (my premium was higher every month so I had to call monthly) I found out I can change offices. I made a last phone call with, yet again, a higher premium and they tried to blame me for their mistake. The agent hang up on me and another agent gave me constructive criticism by telling me I call too much. So, now Im hoping the new office is better. Worst customer service ever and now Im stuck with a bill that is $100 more than my usual bill because they dont know their technology. Also, still waiting for Tyler Landry to call me......

Called to have a issue looked into and update some info and Drew was amazing he saw the problem immediately and is going out of his way to help!

We have been with State farm for over 25 years and not been disappointed. We just had a check up with Paul and there’s always some little tweak that adds much peace of mind with our policy coverage— always looking out for our best interests!

Worst experience ever.! This office gave me nothing but trouble after the 1st month. Got cut without notice (agent didnt fix underwriting) was basically driving without insurance. Jacked up my premium to $187 from $132 and my renters from $22 to $33. Charged me for a late fee wherein they have my card on file for recurring monthly charges. Then 1 day they just decided to charged my card a total amount of $301 (unauthorized). Agent just stopped answering my questions after all this increased occurred. Shout-out to my great agent Taylor Reardon!!! 1st and last experience with State Farm!.

If I requested info, it wouldve been 6+ months ago, as Ive told the first person I spoke to, and I am no longer interested. If this is the reason you all are calling, your response time is terrible. Ive known Tyler since they opened there doors. Tyler is engaged in his local community and cares about his customers. It is rare to find an agent that looks to build relationships with his clients. Most agents just want to sell policies, but Tyler really cares.

Sooo Tyler Landry agency team ROCKS!! I have been with them for over a year now and they have been with me every step of the way since I bought my new car last April. Since then I have experienced my first car accident and having them help me through every step of the way made me feel like they were really concerned especially not having any family here. I turned 40 in July and honestly the birthday card they sent was the only one I opened 😂... kinda sad I know. But it made me feel special. I have been inside the office one time.
