Wanna know what I absolutely love about Jake and Jenny from State Farm? So my Jeep got a flat at 1145. Called Jake to verify we had roadside assistance. Yes we do. Just pay it, send me the receipt, well cut ya a check. Okay so we send the jeep off to the shop with the tow man. About 20 minutes Jenny calls me, hey send me a picture of your receipt. Sure I can do that. I get a message at 515 my check was in the mail box. So Sure enough I ran down there and it was sitting there. I know it seriously has alot to do with living in a small town and it totally helps Jenny lives right down the street! Seriously it was only 5 hours! Awesome customer service and quick turn around time!
His staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Jake is very easy to talk to. Thanks for great service.
