I was just in and was completely ignored, horrible experience!!. I had an appointment for 4pm and I got here right on time. I walk in and the woman at the front desk starts walking away. So I wait and think she’ll be back but a while passes and she doesn’t. So I think how should I get there attention because there was no bell. I called their phone number and it started ringing right in front of me and NOBODY came out to answer. I could clearly hear the workers were in the back just having a conversation! So then I knock on the door and they clearly heard me! The got silent for a few seconds then they continued to talk!! This is not how a business should serve there costumers!!😡 it was my first time coming here but I left and never coming back

Amazing place with amazing ladies! Grace is fantastic. I went to her for my brows which she did miracles on. Then got the courage to book and go through with my first Brazilian. I was so nervous but she was kind, reassuring and made sure it wasn’t awkward and that I was doing ok the whole time. She made the whole experience better than I could have imagined.

It was basically painless, and I’m 8 months pregnant. I was so shocked and happy with the results. Before i left the parking lot I had texted five of my friends telling them they need to start coming here. It is very clean and cute inside and everyone was so nice. I did not have a pleasant experience here. The person who did my eyebrows was very polite and friendly, but she did not seem experienced. Every time she put the wax on she would put extreme pressure on my skull. She applied wax on the same spot several times which resulted in a minor burn. The shape of my eyebrow turned out fine, but it’s not worth the pain. The picture is taken three days after my eyebrow had been waxed. It is mostly healed now but still painful.

I will never go anywhere else for my waxing needs. I moved and I will still drive to wax appeal! They are the best. Ive been to 3 different places and wax appeal always does the best.

The best place to get a Brazilian Grace is professional never puts you in an awkward position. I will tell you I was scared to death to get my first Brazilian heard so many horrible stories how youre put in a compromising position. But when I googled this I reached Grace she told me this isnt how she does it. I will tell everyone go there you will never be on your knees or made to feel ashamed. Grace is the best she treats you like a friend. She remembers you even though she only sees you once a month. I love how clean this place is.trust me you will not be disappointed.
