Hayden was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He taught us all of the differences between phones accurately so we could make the right choice for our purchase. I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m compelled to acknowledge that this is the very first time I visit a wireless store and can honestly say they took good care of me. The staff made sure they gave me what I needed and was out of there in less than one hour. I brought 4 lines from T-Mobile. Very happy with the service. Thank you Giselle….

The young lady who helped me (I believe her name was Kaiya) was absolutely amazing. She was able to understand how to accomplish the changes that I needed on the account and was able to answer a bunch of other questions I had. She was super patient with me and made sure I understood everything before I left. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone needing help with their plans and devices.

I had an appointment scheduled with them. I showed up 10 minutes before cus it usually takes them a few minutes. No one checked me in for 25 minutes and then told me I had to wait another 30 minutes before someone could help me. Humm… excuse me I had an appointment scheduled?not great at customer service.

I received excellent customer service from Andrew! I didnt have to wait or make an appointment. Andrew was able to answer all my questions, resolve my issue without making me jump through a bunch of hoops and inform me of other options and information about my account. As a new AT&T customer this was very reassuring as to why I changed internet providers. Briauna and here manager Michelle are an awesome tag team. Briauna, with the occasional assist from Michelle, stuck through hours of frustration to dig my friend and I out of a terrible situation we’d gotten ourselves into with other cell service providers. I personally can’t thank them enough.

Went to buy a new iPhone 12 pro, but was unable to due to them not having any in stock. The person helping me was courteous and ordered the phone for me but we were going out of town and I wanted it for my vacation.So now it will ship to the store and sit until I get back, making me lose time on the return time if I need to...which is not my fault it is AT&Ts fault.
Dont know what the issue is everything I go into have a issue fixed or anything, they send me to another store Dont get it so frustrating!!!!!! They send me to another store to get up graded for 2 phones but cant because they showed 2 phones in stock now they only have 1!!!! Really ridiculous and sad that happens everytime, and have to travel an hour away to get what you want!!!!

I had the worst experience with AT&T phone center customer service for over a week. Simply trying to upgrade my iPhone and purchase a new one. My last option was to go into the Layton corporate store, to see if they could help me and save me as a loyal AT&T customer. I was pretty upset at the lack of professionalism from AT&T so to say the least when I arrived I was not happy. Triston Bitton approached me and was willing to listen professionally, validate my concerns and make me laugh. He was able to help me the best he could within his control. The most important thing to mention, he was upfront and honest. Unlike every other AT&T person I had encountered in the past week. He informed me how to take care of the things he wasn’t able to help me with so I wasn’t so upset. He offered me a buy 2 get 1 free on accessories, which saved me money, as I was needing a new charger, case, and screen saver. He even applied the new screen for me. I left in a much better mood, with a new activated phone and felt like he did an exceptional job providing me the customer service I so desperately needed. I wanted to give him a shout out and say thank you Triston!!

Made 3 appointments and I still had to call to get a line transferred. So disappointing as I love the APP but it would not connect to complete the transfer. The staff seems kind and knowledgeable but they struggled to communicate why I was able to do it over the phone at any time but at the store they can only do certain transactions during EST hours. So frustrating and its still not resolved. Usually I dont have an issue but this experience has me considering leaving a company Ive been loyal to for 20 years.

I just needed to add a phone to my plan. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted, before I even turned my car off, he explained the curbside process I told him why we were there and he went in. Then another rep came out took all my info went back in set everything up and that was it. Quick and easy and didnt get out of my car. 😁 (She was a really cute pregnant lady. Sorry I forgot her name.)

We sat down to do a line transfer Friday night at 6.... we thought administrators could handle it but we were wrong. We then sat there for 2 and a half hours. WAY TO LONG and we still did not get what we wanted done. The process is not steam lined and people are giving incorrect information all over the place. Then we came in on Saturday and told from people on Friday that it would be quick and easy. We get there on Saturday around 11 and did not leave until after 130pm. We were told that if the actual account holders were there it would be quick and easy. Well that was wrong to. 2 and a half hours is not quick nor is it easy. We are contemplating switching to another carrier. We do not like waisting hours of our time and the time from both account holders. Very frustrating.

I went in for two things. First was billing issue that has been going on for awhile. I was done talking to an 800 number. And second was to add more lines to my plan. My phone wasn’t charging even though I had purchased a new charger cord 2 weeks ago. Hayden went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with my older iPhone. I am elderly and not very understanding of technology. After trying several solutions Hayden determined I needed a new cord. He was so good about explaining various aspects of the cell phone including how I could charge the phone in my car. Hayden also made sure I was on the best plan for my needs.
This store has a well deserved bad reputation. They will literally tell you that you can trade in phones from another carrier and then get you up to $750.00 per phone Visa so you can pay your previous cell phone provider off. DONT BELIEVE THEM. THE VISA NEVER COMES. There are many honest dealerships in Layton. This particular store should lose its AT&T dealership.
I went to this store to buy an iPhone 11 Pro. The store associate and I went through the motions. She pulled up my account, scanned my drivers license and checked inventory to see if they had the phone in stock. They did, however when I told her I wanted to pay for the phone outright, she said that because they were low on inventory that the only way I could get the phone was through an installment plan. I said that didn’t make sense to me because either way, paying outright or through installment, they would have one less phone. She tried to explain to me that since they were low on inventory that they wanted to make sure they had phones for customers that might have a trade in or otherwise qualify for some rebate. I said, so that customer is more important than me as a customer? She said no of course not. I heard her say the words but she definitely didn’t demonstrate that. I asked to speak to the manager. Again I got the same nonsensical explanation. I left the store with no phone in hand, feeling like a second rate customer and 30 minutes of wasted time.Clearly there is some sort of incentive with installment plans that is more important than providing good customer service and doing what I assumed they did, which is sell phones.
Ryan was AMAZING! He set up our 4 phones with patience....great customer service! First impression was the day before when we stopped in. He came out to help us and we came back the next day to meet with him!He was SO nice and friendly! I would recommend him and the service provided to us in store. The manager Evan also was of assistance and Ryan was great :)
The representative took me in and took care of my problem even though they were very busy and fixed the issue quickly. She didnt even make me feel bad for not having my phone charged and ready and helped get it charged so she could fix the problem. Top notch service!

I came in to AT&T frustrated and so much confused about my bill, and a little upset. How quickly I was calmed down by the professionalism of this lady and her staff. They have respect for their costumers and truly care about solving people’s problems. Communication is the greatest distance between two people. We came together and all my problems were fixed and a not so bright day had just shined a little brighter. Thank you AT&T!!!!!!
Got a IPhone 11 from this store. After only three months the touch screen stopped working. I took the phone back to the store and the kid working told me there is no warranty on phones once they leave the store. At first he told me I had to pay off the phone because I didn’t have insurance(which I knew I did). Once I called him out on his lie about me not having insurance, he magically found it in the system. He then tried to get me file a claim still saying that there is no warranty. I later found out he was lying and there is a warranty on the phone. These guys won’t help you. They will try and find any way to get money from you instead of helping.

Worst customer service ever. For a tech company they have terrible processes and the used car sales people they employ obviously can’t get a job anywhere else. Just went to drop off a trade in, totally mismanaged, wanted me to wait to drop of a phone they couldn’t figure out how to erase a few days before... while I waited hours, new management needed pronto.

I spent almost 3 hours on the phone with AT&T Tech Support this afternoon after my iPhone suddenly experienced a NO SIM failure. After not being able to resolve the issue with two tech reps, I went into the Layton AT&T Store where Briauna provided a new SIM card, checked a few settings, and had my phone operating fully within 15 minutes! Tried to drop service in April and pay off phone. Kept getting bills, went to store again store manager Evan told us we never cancelled two other line. Did so in parking lot with him, he told us not to worry we would be charged because NO usage for several months on line not cancelled. Then go collection went back to store he couldnt help gave us collects # and loyalty #. Called both them not hep, LOYALTY???? 14 years average phone bill of $575 a month they WOULD help told us we had to go back to store> Even didnt have the backbone to talk to us again in person said he was busy. This whole process took us 3 months 6 trips and they would not write off $353 for a mistake that was theirs. WOW
