I have dreamt of the day when I would get to try on and purchase a wedding dress. Davids Bridal was the first place I thought of and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They let me try on the dress I had my eye on last so I could get the full experience. When you choose a dress, they have you make a wish and ring a bell then the staff cheers for you. Despite being double booked, I still felt fully looked after and cared for. The alterations even came out, listened to an idea my Mom had to keep the dress glamorous and make it modest, and agreed that was the best plan. I will definitely visit them if I have needs in the future and refer others for their wedding needs.

I had a great experience with Elizabeth at David’s Bridal. We are amazed and happy they had the dress I saw online and they had in my size in the store! I never felt rushed and tried on 5 other dress, 6 in total. I ended up with going for the first dress that I saw online.

This place was fantastic!! The staff is incredible. Not only did I feel welcomed and comfortable, but my stylist, Shay, was great. Would recommend this place to any bride looking for a dress! There is a style for everyone, and they are size inclusive. Wouldnt trade the dress I bought for the world :) Thanks Shay and Davids Bridal staff!!! You made my wedding day all the better 👍

We found our bridesmaids dresses here at our 1st and only appointment! Nia was extremely helpful and knowledgable about how long the dresses take to be ordered in and also about styles and colors! She was very on top of making sure we were taken care of and that we had accurate sizes and were able to have the dresses arrive in time to have alterations done before the wedding. She even provided us with chilled bottled waters during our appointment! We bought 3 out of the 6 bridesmaids dresses here at the appointment and will be back within the week to purchase the last 3. We loved having a good variety of colors and styles to choose from and we were also thrilled at the fact that they have a large selection of dress sizes to accommodate all my bridesmaids. I was able to have all my girls in the same dress, ranging from sizes 0 - 32! I will always recommend Davids Bridal to any bride and bridesmaid in the future!

I could not be more happy with today’s experience! Everyone was so kind yet honest! They made sure to show me plenty of options but still keep it within my budget (most dresses I tried were actually under!!!) and all of them were beautiful. She listened to what I did and didn’t like and helped me find the perfect dress for the special day :)! I would also like to mention that they weren’t pushy at all, I didn’t feel like I had to purchase anything extra even though they were showing me all sorts of amazing things. I will def recommend this place to all brides :)

This place is amazing & not just 1 location. I bought my dress at the salt lake city store & the person that helped me out was amazing!! Really made me feel comfortable & made sure I loved my dress. I then went & got my dress altered at the Layton location. I went it with my 1 year old son & I was supposed to have someone join me so they could watch him while I got fitted however that fell through so I had to keep an eye on him. They were so kind & understanding & when it was getting a little hard due to him wanting to walk around someone came out & kept an eye on him while we finished up! So amazing, & wonderful customer service.

Elizabeth was great! She pulled a dress I never would have picked, but it ended up being the one! Tried on plenty of options and very, very happy with the experience.

I found a dress I love but it had a snag in the front also needed to be ironed so my sales lady had me leave it she said they would fix the snag and make the dress perfect. I called Monday to see if it was ready I talked to the alterations department they said it was done come and get it. It needed to be hemmed they where to busy to help me with my alterations. I found someone else when I got to my fitting pulled out my dress it had not even been touched still had a snag and still wrinkled. I could not take it back to David bridal there was not time my wedding was only 3 weeks away. When I called Davids and told them. The manager told me if I cant bring it in theres nothing they can do. She treated me like I was lying. I really wasnt expecting anything but an apology. But it does make me upset that after spending 900.00 on my dress I have to pay more to have the snag fixed.

I had such an amazing time yesterday with my bridesmaids finding not only my dress but their dresses too! The staff is so patient and friendly! I had Jamie help me find my wedding and she was incredible! She was so sweet and caring making me feel like the center of attention! She helped me find my dream dress with no judgment at all! Would recommend her if you have no idea what kind of style you want! She knew exactly what I was looking for resulting in the dress that I took home!

Savannah was absolutely amazing! I had no idea what I wanted in a wedding dress, so she started with putting me in dresses of all different shapes and then listened to my feedback perfectly. She found my dream dress in an hour and made everything perfect! I said yes to the dress because of Savannah!!!

With 22 days to my wedding and feeling defeated when I left the other stores because I had 2 choices and a catalog to order from, hoping it fit if I ordered it. I decided to make the appointment with Davids Bridal thinking I was going to strike out again with not having any dresses my size, or if they did, would not be many options to choose from. Boy was I wrong! My assistant Savannah was so sweet and supportive. Repeatedly made me feel amazing and confident. She pulled the most amazing dresses and it didnt take long to find the one. It fit perfectly! It wont even need alterations. I would definitely recommend them for their service and the great staff! My experience today deserves 5 stars for sure!

Sharing from my mom’s experience. It honestly was just super awkward because they assumed she wasn’t a bride and got after her for looking at the wedding dress sizing section. My mom is not confrontational and it just made her uncomfortable after that and it killed the joy of the day. She ended up finding a beautiful dress in their formal section and she looked incredible!

Gigi was beyond helpful and patient when I came in knowing a lot of what I didn’t like, and not a lot of what I wanted. She found the perfect dress and we bought it right away!

I really dislike giving bad reviews, and I dont like being a negative customer, but I thought I should share my experience so hopefully others wont have to go through the same thing. To keep my experience short and sweet, I bought a $400 dress on clearance and the lady helping knew it would need to be majorly altered because it was 2 sizes too big. I asked her how much I would be paying for alterations and she specifically told me oh just one to two hundred dollars..Needless to say, I was sold!Alteration experience #1: cost $400Alteration experience #2: another $200...I am a college student. I have a low paying job and Im already making ends meet as is. I had to budget and save for my dress. I would have gone somewhere else had I known it would have been this expensive. Now I have a thousand dollar dress that I cant sell for more than $300.Oh yeah, and when I got home I realized that there were several seams that had come undone and ended up having to fix the dress myself.The alterations girl was really nice though and thats why I decided to be nice and give them the second star.

I came in to get a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding and everyone was super sweet! I came in for a walk in so I was worried but I still was helped like I was a bride! Shaelyn and Ashlee helped me find an awesome dress and helped me find different colors that would work for me. Even calling different stores to see if I could pick it up at a different store the same day. Highly recommend!

Nya at the Layton Utah location was absolutely amazing. She made the process SO incredibly easy. She knew what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted and found me the most beautiful perfect dress. 3 of my bridesmaids and I were welcomed as we entered the store, everyone was really nice and attentive. The women who helped me with finding my dress was Brittany Carter, she was really great. She found dresses that I really liked and helped accessorize as well. She listened to all my needs very well and showed great customer service from the moment she introduced herself all the way to the end of our time in the store. If I ever had to go back, I highly recommend requesting for Brittany Carter again. She is definitely your go to person if you need someone to help out with your look.

My Experience was Amazing!! I found my dress after trying on 3 sizes and they worked with me to get it in on time and were super nice to everyone!! They were amazing with helping my bridesmaids and getting their dresses and making sure they were all comfortable with their dresses!! I just had my alterations appointment and the alterations lady was super sweet and she made sure that I was comfortable with how I wanted my dress hemmed!! I loved all the people there. Super sweet ladies and very good store to shop at!!

Savannah was absolutely amazing! She made the whole experience perfect. She went above and beyond to make me feel special. Definitely recommend her for any bridal appointments. She was so good at keeping in my budget and showing dresses that she thought would look good on my figure. Request her when you get your appointment set up, you wont be disappointed!

The place was nice and the staff was sweet, but when my daughter tried a dress on that wasnt terribly unflattering, they insisted it looked great. Needles to say, she bought a dress shes never going to wear, and is getting a different dress somewhere else. Make sure you bring people with you that will be honest and tell you what the dress looks like on you, as the ladies here certainly wont

I went in for an alteration on my dress to have it Temple filled. There was a language barrier and a lack of understanding of what Temple filled meant. When we booked the alteration appointment, the manager said that they Temple fill my exact dress all the time and that it will be wonderful. I did not work with the manager today and I am nervous for the end result of the dress. Here is hoping.————————-They called today and said that everything will be done correctly and not to worry. So nice that they want everything as perfect as we want it to be. Great customer service. Thanks!

Went into DB last night for my first Wedding Dress shopping appt. Elizabeth was my expert consultant and immediately calmed my hangry anxiety and helped me jump into the process while making sure I knew exactly what was going on. She handled my large crowd with ease, knew what I wanted even though I barely narrowed my original focus and made me and my best friend feel like we were shopping with a new best friend. I literally asked her opinion over my entourage multiple times because I trusted her that quickly. She got my vibe, knew which dress would work with my needed alterations, kept the appt moving but didn’t rush us even after we went past our appt time. She made my experience perfect. And we found my dress!!! She brought up alterations who I also adored and made sure we had a solid plan for when I come back for fittings. Jamie was a kind and gracious host even though I kept half her evening staff from their closing work. This location was amazing. Can’t wait to work with them more as my day gets closer. Aoibheann was great at alterations! She took her time at hemming my dress to the perfect length, adding a bustle, and even taking my dress in. She was honest in the process and made sure I was aware of price differences and of different options for everything. So I got to really customize my dress to how I wanted/needed it.

We had an amazing time! Both with the bridal appointment and the bridesmaids appointment! We got Elizabeth both times and she was great!

People were kind and doing their best. Alterations lost my trust though. There was a mishap and it was semi corrected. They were over priced and wanted to keep charging more to continue fixing it fully. Cost of alterations did not equal value received. Still have to go somewhere else to get it corrected.

Was able to get an appointment same day. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very kind, professional and helpful. They don’t pressure you into buying a dress or hover over you. The store is quiet and calm environment. The only negative is their selection is a little sparse for prom dresses. (But even still we were able to find something.)

I struggled finding the ‘perfect’ dress for quite a while. i was quickly losing hope that i would find the dress for me in time with only a few short months until the big day. I set my appointment up at David’s Bridal and from the initial phone call to the entire appointment i was extremely pleased with the friendly and inviting atmosphere and staff. They make you feel like the most important and beautiful person in the room the entire time you’re there. They take your ideas and visions seriously and do in fact help you find that special one. Brittany was incredible at finding dresses I typically wouldn’t have picked on my own but I ended up finding one I love that i would have never found without the help of Brittany!!

I would give zero stars if possible. They were supposed to make a modesty patch for my dress that was the same color of my dress. IT IS TAN not blue! It looks horrible! I am 5 ft there is no excuse of why they could not have taken it off of the material I had to get majorly hemmed. All associates were rude and one got blood on my dress. Never using this company again.

Process very confusing .... fitting person very pleasant and great to work with ... the staff that ran and greeted me were terrible .. when they found out I was there for a fitting on a previously made order ... they poiinted to an IPad I could use until the fitting staff could get to me and off they went... over all not impressed ... would not use. The alterations team was grest!!! The greeting team dumped me and left me standing.
