I have used MaidPro for a couple of years now. It started with a couple of deep cleans before each of my kids and now I use them on a bi-weekly basis to help me keep up after little kids. Its the best service I use and cant believe I waited so long for a regular cleaning service. Its peace of mind, a gift of time given to me to focus on my family and not always on chores. Jill is our regular cleaner and she is incredible. Shes always prompt, knows the routine and our routine so we can harmoniously be in the home together without my kids getting in her way (too much). Im thrilled with the office staff, the service, and the incredible QUALITY. Cant recommend them enough!

We had a small house fire and were not able to have the maids in for a while during reconstruction. Its so nice to have them back. Hannah, Kayla, and Rita worked so hard and did such a beautiful job. They were able to clean soot stains from the bottom of the bathtub, which no one else had been able to get clean. Its shiny and bright once again! I teared up when I saw how good it looks. They also got rid of reconstruction dust. Maid-Pro always does a great job, but today they went above and beyond. Thanks for spectacular work!

I live in the basement of my sisters home and she has MaidPro clean for us as I am handicapped and she is very, very busy. I am so very impressed with the job all the reps have done for us. It is immaculate, sterile and smells great every time they clean. I recently started to have MaidPro help me with with biweekly cleaning. Chayse came out to do the initial clean. She was friendly and did a great job. Jessi and Yajaira have been here for the last 2 cleanings and have done a wonderful job. They get my kitchen sparkling and my bathrooms so clean. If I mention an area that needs specific attention (i.e. under my couches that sit about 4-5 inches off the floor), they make sure to address it. So far I have been happy with the service.Someone from the office calls to confirm each appointment and let me know if there will be any delay. They leave a checklist so I know what was done which is appreciated.

Maid Pro has been cleaning biweekly for us for about a year now. Our regular pros are Mary and Cole, and every time they come they do a phenomenal job, but they really shined this last week. We usually don’t have them work on our large playroom since its often got toys all over the floor, etc. They really went the extra mile and worked incredibly hard to clean our entire playroom without even being asked! We were so surprised when we went down there! Everything was cleaned up and they even arranged my daughters Barbie house for her. We are so grateful for these two amazing women. They are always sweet and kind when they come in and they are always so nice to our dogs. Mary does a quality job every single time she comes and I never have any complaints when she does the job. I called MaidPro to get a quote for a deep clean for a new home I was moving into. From the first phone call for the quote to the very end when they came and cleaned my home I had such a great experience. I first spoke to Keith and he was amazing! He took the time to explain everything to me and did everything he could to accommodate my schedule. Their office manager then called me to confirm my appointment and answer any questions I had which was a nice touch. The cleaning crew that came were also so kind, especially Hannah! MaidPro is the best cleaning service in the area. The owner Preston is always a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. I have had to change cleaners a few times and he was always willing to work with me to make sure I received a Maidpro that was right for me. Cole is seriously the best!! I would be careful with this business cleaning your homes. I worked with them not too long ago and one of their employees confronted them about living with a family member who had covid and asked to have some days off but they refused and told her not until she starts showing symptoms. Which isnt smart because it can still spread before symptoms. Same thing happened to me and I got terminated because I refused to potentially spread covid into peoples homes. Very selfish company. Cleans very well but doesnt care about their clients or costumers well being, just their income! I reported them to the health department and about a week after is when I got notified by a friend that they decided to change their policy to having people exposed to covid stay home. Glad they were smart enough to finally do it but really sad it took getting reported in order to keep their clients safe.

I signed my elderly folks up for this service over a year ago on a routine cleaning schedule. I live out of state & recognized this as being a way to help contribute to their quality of life. Preston & his Pros have been top notch on every phone call, every email, every cleaning visit.Many times weve had to reschedule last minute due to illness, doctor appts, & even medical emergencies. They recently moved to a long-term assisted living facility & wont need this service any longer but know that the peace of mind & quality of life have been improved because of the professional, caring, & honest way Preston & his Pros take pride in their work.I value the relationship established & would easily recommend them! Preston, thanks for all yall have done for my parents.

I thought I made this post a long time ago but found it left unsent..I’ve been surprised how long it took to find cleaners that did a good job and didn’t manage me (ex: one cleaner told me what day of the week she was going to come, moving it around whenever she wanted so I didn’t have a set day and bossed other people at my house around - it was weird!)Another set of cleaners were so loud it was like they were at a party, they stayed right next to each other talking more than cleaning.I was so happy when I found Maidpro to get professional, good and friendly cleaners.
