I think these guys are top notch! Much better than the big national companies I have dealt with from time to time. They know me by name, they are Timely on their response (1-2 business days from when I call). As a construction company I definitely recommend their roll off service! They are my go to for any and every Job I have in northern Utah!

This company used to provide excellent service for waste collection. I have been a customer since 2010. My company has three large apartment complex in Weber county and Robinson was our choice of service. But sadly I have to terminate their service this month. They started about 2 years ago to charge extras on their service. I am paying 150% of the contracted $amount. The truck is not on time, especially recent months. To make sure I have my accusation accurate, I have been out waiting for their truck every pickup day. And they are not on time. And they lied about the load they pickup. I have been on the sites for at four months recording their behavior. It has been disappointing. Years ago, the truck driver are very friendly and they even pickup trash that falling out the dumpster. I wrote two thank you letters to the company highly appraising their drivers. All this excellent service is gone. Yes, I am talking about Robinson Waste Service based in Layton Utah, the used to be excellent service years ago. Despite the good reviews it got here, I do not recommend Robinson Waste Service as a 12-years customer and an apartment complex owner. Scroll down, a lot of negative review at the bottom of the page. To show I am a real long time customer, my account # is 51306,They replied after I posted this complaint. Again I was there on site for four months waiting for their truck. Some weeks we do have a lot of trash. I took extra trash off and made sure the dumpster is not overloading and the dumpster lid can be shut. I have done this four months. So the reply is a lie. Be aware.

My husband is the onsite maintenance guy for the apartment building owned by Mr. Zhang, who wrote the review today about Robinson Waste. After Robinson Waste told us that we overloaded our dumpster in 2020, the owner and my husband have been out there every Wednesday to take off extra trash if any, to make sure the dumpster is not overloaded and the lid can shut. All tenants were informed that do not overload the dumpster. They have been doing this since the beginning of the year. They are very frustrated that the Robinson is still accusing us.

I am posting this on my husbands account because I want to give a a HUGE shoutout to Mario. We live in Farmington where the winds can be extreme. Today is our garbage day and most of the garbage cans were tipped over. I watched as Mario got out of the garbage truck and picked up every can that was tipped over. I was waiting for him in my garage, and on the way out to the truck my garbage tipped over and he jumped out and helped me, too. He went up the street to a neighbors house where she told him about an older couple that needed help. He backed up his truck and helped our older neighbor. He did it all with a kind smile on his face. What a great man! Thank you, Mario!

These guys are great. We have been using them for many years. Their customer service is always friendly as well as the driver. They are also fast with their pick ups, usually coming with in one day so we arent stuck with a full dumpster. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Tuesday morning we had another wind storm. The driver came through as usual around 6AM. Trash cans and trash were strewn throughout the neighborhood. In our yard alone we had 4 trash cans and trash deposited by the high winds. Your driver made a point to return to the neighborhood after the winds died down about noon. His thoughtfulness allowed us to clean up the mess the high winds had caused and get it hauled away the same day. Thank you for hiring such conscientious employees.

Fantastic local family-owned business. Pricing is fair, service is excellent. I have a permanent dumpster with them that I pay monthly for; have never had a problem with it, or the dumping. I rented a big roll-off dumpster as well, and again, did not have a problem. Driver was friendly, prompt, responsive...overall a great experience. If you have any needs for trash removal or recycling, this is your go-to company. Highly recommend!!

I have used Robinson Waste many times over the years for various cleanup projects and have always been so impressed with the services provided. The staff are friendly, personable and prompt when providing cans.Robinson Waste is also our city garbage crew! Drivers for our area are so kind and accommodating. Cans are emptied completely and set back down properly. We’ve been on the receiving end of kindness from one of the drivers, who saw me racing out on garbage day with cans full to the brim. He willingly turned back around and emptied our cans. It may seem so insignificant to some that such a simple act meant so much, but it truly made life so much easier for me and my family.Time and time again, Robinson Waste has proved just how great their company is by the kindness of their staff and quality of their work! I hired Robinson for a large container for a home and yard project. They were much cheaper than Waste Management and Republic Services. They worked with me on the time I needed the container and they were very quick to pick it up when we were done with the project. I’ll definitely use them again!

We used Robinson Waste twice this year. They dropped off a dumpster the day after we called, and let us keep it until it was full. They were also very prompt to come back and remove it. They had great customer service on the phone and wanted to make sure that we had a great experience. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone.

The pricing was very fair with the amount of time we were able to have the dumpster. We have previously used another company that was great but Robinson gave us two weeks for the same price as the other company, and the other company only gave us one week.When we called to set up a time for the dumpster every person we talked to was kind and polite and so willing to help us. They delivered the dumpster early and right where we requested. It was ready to use and the moment we were done we called and they promptly came and got it. I was very please with the service and the pricing. If you need a dumpster, Robinson Waste is who you need to call.

Robinsons services the community I live in and has done for over 14 years. Last week, for the 1st time Since we live there, we had a reason to call in with a concern. They had missed one of our cans which to many would seem like the end of the world.. The great news is that when we contacted them they were extremely responsive and very helpful. The dispatch was able to route somebody back to take care of our concerns and did it in a quick and efficient fashion. Ive had the opportunity now to speak with a couple members of their office staff and they were kind, thoughtful and extremely dedicated to their customer service. I could not ask for better service from a company of this nature.

I’m so impressed with the service I got from Robinson Waste. You can tell with theIt great customer service that it’s a family (and locally) owned business. It’s obvious they care for their customers. I ordered a can (roll off dumpster) for my home remodel. They replied quickly and got me a great deal. The driver who dropped off put the can exactly where I asked and the driver who picked up was also quite friendly and helpful. I wish they did all of Layton City’s garbage. I’ll use them every time!

They are on time and do what youd expect. Find it insulting that they still have a $4.84 Fuel Surcharge when gas prices are so low. If we were at $4-$5 / gal Id get it. Fuel charge was not stated when signing up for svc. Called months ago to voice my concern, left msg for owner to call back - never heard from. Still paying ridiculous charge. Getting estimates from competitors today.

We have lived in RIVERDALE 23 years and Robinson Waste is our cities waste disposal company. Great family and great business! One time I got the garbage out a little too late and the driver was in the cul de sac and saw me running it out to the curb. He still came and got it! I was relieved!

This morning I was so pleased with Robinson Waste Service, Inc, Since my husbands stroke 6 months ago we seemed to be slow in many things. We put the garbage out a little late and I guess the truck had just gone by our side of the street. I was concerned but as I watch the Robinson truck pulled up and worker got out and moved our cans to the other side of the street and emptied our cans. Thank you for your service and kindness. So grateful for kind people.

Trash is left in front of our house all the time (outside of the garbage can), and the one time I was outside the guy gets out of the truck grabs the trash and literally throws it back in the garbage can instead of the truck. I once left a tv box outside not knowing they wouldn’t grab it, instead of just moving it to the side or something they grab it with the trucks arms and split the box in half leaving all the styrofoam broken up on the street with a half ripped box. This company wouldn’t have my business if it wasn’t mandatory for the complex I live in.

We recently switched our garbage removal to Robinson Waste Services and have not been disappointed. Not only were they more competitively priced to earn our business, but they are prompt and professional in the process. Have not been using their services for long, but not happy with them. They regularly leave garbage on the street in front of my house. They also never completely empty the garbage bin so there is trash left inside it. Never had these problems living in Layton city.

I would give them zero stars for the argument I had with the supervisor asking these people to come pick up the trash they left on the front of my house as they are contracted to do. I Called 4 separate times and was informed on the last call I made that I was basically a liar, which was By the supervisor of this company claiming they were already out to pick up trash and we refilled our cans and made them come back. Trash was thrown on the ground originally from the garbage man who claimed he had been there to pick up the trash already. I’m sure if that was the case the boxes I complained about getting picked up would have been grabbed the first time. Such a lovely bunch of lazy and condescending people at this facility. Yay for Robinson Waste!

Terrible Company! Didnt pick up my garbage. Had several incidents with them. The owner threatened to call the cops on me due to me trying to get them to pick up the garbage and do their job..the owner also called me a liar saying they did pick up our garbage. Their contract to Riverdale should be revoked. He also stated I dont have the right to talk to him a certain way or else he would call the cops on me..really pathetic..

I have worked with this company for about 5 years on a commercial property that I own. The are a company that I never have to worry about. They are on time, dumpster is taken care of and I have no issues. I would hire them for any all commercial dumpsters applications.

Dont Show Up Half The TimeWe have a recycle can and they dont show up half of the time to collect the waste. I have to call them to come and get the waste.

I rented a dumpster from them. Despite going through a fairly thorough phone and online confirmation process, the dumpster wasnt delivered the promised day. They were apologetic and said that they would comp the fee for the delivery, three days later. The eventual delivery required another phone call as it was late showing up, and they still charged me.

These guys are AWESOME, and really go the extra mile--coming to get our can from the other side of the street on a morning were late, or getting out to sweep up debris from cans WE over-fill--they dont just get the job done, they do it with a smile, and go above and beyond the call of duty--RARE SERVICE!!

Pat on the back! Just watched the garbage truck driver in our neighborhood STOP and pick up trash from upset containers (high winds this weekend)! Driver is to be commended!!!

They missed my pick up on Monday, I called them early morning Tuesday to schedule them to come out and they refused to do so without an additional fee. You missed my pick up, why should I have to pay you again to come out? I will remove this review if you come pick up garbage this week.
