Josh has gone above and beyond helping us work around our schedule, pickup and drop off the equipment, and is always responsive and knowledgeable when we call with questions. By far and away, the best customer service I have ever received from a company. Will only rent from Western. Customer for life. Helped me with a wood chipper and a ladder, stayed to ensure I was able to get what I needed done, far longer than I would have expected. Great company, great prices, great people.

Rented a mini excavator last year. This was a great experience. Quick and easy rental and a bunch of great people that work there. Im renting gain next week with a dump trailer to dig out footings for a RV Pad. I have no doubt it will be another great experience. See ya next week.

Ive been a customer of Wild West Rentals since they opened their doors, and have been treated with respect and fairness in every interaction. From drywall lifter things to dump trailers, from jet skis to snowblowers, from concrete cutters to skid steers... theyve had everything I need to get a job done (and have fun on the water). Ive referred coworkers and friends to them and they have been equally satisfied by this company.They even have fountain drinks.What more could you want?

Fantastic equipment rental shop! I was trying to find a sod cutter for some quick landscaping, now that the weather is nice, and I cant really go anywhere else. Josh was amazing!! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Prices were great! Totally beats out HD in every way!j Ill certainly not go anywhere else for equipment, thats for sure!

I have no complaints, great customer service. The availability is far better then anywhere else. Had an issue with my plow Friday night. At 5:00 pm I called and hoped they were open until 6:00 pm. They had closed. “Dang it!” Wait just kidding they answered. They had the parts I was looking for. The guy even went back and met one of my employees at his store and help me get everything taken care of. Thank you and I look forward to doing business with you again.

Best customer service ever. Needed a minor repair on a chainsaw. Called late Thursday afternoon and had the saw back in time to use it Friday afternoon. They beat their local competitors by a week, the prices were very reasonable. They earned a customer for life with the level of service they provided.

My renting experience with them was great.... but when they picked up the machine my gate was broken. Since then the customer service & communication has been terrible. Every time I contact them - because no one ever contacts me to keep me posted - “he is out today” is the answer I get. My gate has been broken now and just propped up, falling over every time the wind blows since June 3rd. It is now July 10th.
