My dog got hit by a car Saturday night August 7th and this place saved my dogs life. Not only did they save her life but she had to be transferred to another vet for surgery and had the other vet place make her night stay affordable until I can get the loan to pay for her surgery. I am forever grateful they did this for my baby girl. They really take amazing care of the animals. While I was waiting to see my dog I ended up talking to a vet waiting to get inside and you could tell how much he cares for animals. These people take amazing care of your animals and they take amazing care of us people as well. I was inconsolable when she got hit and they truly showed me how much they care and did their best to help me feel better thank you all so much I can’t say it enough.

Worst vet I’ve ever been to. 1 star just because they’re not my usual vet. My Aussie has some mouth issues (bleeding gums, kept pawing at her mouth, trying to chew something out of her teeth, wouldn’t eat). My vet was understaffed and booked for the day so I went here. Never have I ever been to a clinic with such lack of communication and direction, lack of explanation and procedures, and lack of responsible doctors. After leaving my puppy here for 3 hours and having over 5+ confusing phone calls, I announced I would be coming to get my puppy and didn’t care if she was ready or not. Once I showed up I walked in and they told me I needed to go back to my vehicle, call the number, and press #2. I called and was sent to voicemail, I called again and someone answered saying “this is an emergency can you please hold?” I said yes. After 30 minuets of being on hold I finally yelled at a nurse, who was outside, to grab her attention. I asked if my dog was okay and she said she would go check. Soon as she walked into the building I was taken off hold. I paid $120.95 (not bad) and then waited another 15 minuets for my dog to be brought to me. Once my dog was brought out she was not excited to see me. She wasn’t jumping or sniffing, was not listening to commands, and would not look directly at me. I immediately asked what was wrong with her and the doctor said “oh it’s just the sedative, she will go back to her normal self here soon.” I was happy to have my dog back so I blew it off and left. At my regular vet, my dog has had sedatives before and needed her vaccinations. Not once has my dog been afraid or weary to see me again. Even with bandages around her arms she has been joyful. I do not trust or recommend Mountain West Vet. None the less, my dogs mouth problems were not fixed here. Do not bring your animal to this clinic.

I brought my cat in today because she was having neurological problems. They took my cat in around 20 minutes after I got here. I asked them about how long it would take. They said 35 minutes at the most (per Ryan). After 2 hours I was very anxious and called into the office. They told me the doctor would call me in 10 minutes. It took her 20 minutes to call back and she didn’t have an exact diagnosis. I asked for them to keep it under 200 dollars, a visit and blood work was more than that. (Picture of my sweetie)

One star because they did get in my cat to help him. No extra stars because they are using the pandemic to make money. By not letting me in with my calm cat they claimed he was unruly and had to be sedated. Then they added axtra things without notice. I have taken him to vets many times. He is always well behaved and very calm. So by not letting us in the are charging us for whatever they like without notice or need. And I will be filing a complaint against the company formally.

We came in today for my kids pet hamster. “Hammy”.She suddenly became ill. We had called around to multiple different vets and none could help us. Mountain west vet told us to come in right away. From where we live it was a 45 minute drive and when we got there, we were helped right away. Friendly staff. We unfortunately ended up having to put Hammy to sleep. 😭 They we’re very helpful and simpathetic. Thank you for helping us threw this difficult time. Would definitely come back.

Fantastic facility and staff! We have come here once for an emergency appointment and several times for our dogs to donate blood (they have a wonderful blood donation program Wagging Tails that helps provide blood transfusions for pups in need - we recommend giving them a call to ask about joining!).Every time we come they are so kind, communicative, and gentle with our dogs. Our dogs get so excited when the staff members come outside to get them - they run up for cuddles and pets! The facility is clean and well managed, each vet and vet tech is kind, considerate and knowledgeable.I also love that they advocate for and help bring awareness to shelter pets through their social media pages! My parrot was 51. I knew the end was near, but didn’t expect it the day I came home and found her in such bad shape. She had fallen and was hurt so bad. I couldn’t get her in to the vet because it was after 5:00 pm. I found this place on the internet and called, they were so wonderful! I appreciate so much how kind they were and compassionate and thorough. And reasonable. My birdie had to be euthanized, and of course I was heart broken, but not surprised. But THEN, yesterday I got a sympathy card in the mail, and the doctor and everyone had signed it! I was so touched by this! Thank you Mountain West so much!

These guys have been so awesome! Sadly both of my cats have both had an emergency visit within a span of a year. My calico had pancreatitis and they fixed her up in a span of a weekend. Got us meds and were so super pairing with my anxious calling all the time. All the vet techs are super friendly and helpful. This time around my gray tabby whose had a breathing/ reverse sneezing forever finally had to go to the Er. Not only did the doctor take care of her, follow up with me if she was running behind, but walked me through each step and scenario. We’ve done every medicine under the sun and this vet was awesome and actually squeezed us in to do test and procedures to help her. We’ll have a check up in a week but it feels like we finally have answers for our poor kitten. Not to mention but they didn’t have to I asked if the vet techs could cut her nails before she came home so I don’t have to stressher out more. I said they didn’t have to but if they could that would be appreciated and they did. These vets/vet techs/ assistants/front desk. All of them have been wonderful. Thank you.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a while now and I feel bad for not doing it sooner. My cat Boscoe fractured a bone in his leg causing it to essentially separate and hang freely(it was terrifying). Our local vet gave us a 50/50 chance of his leg actually getting repaired with surgery and were told we would have to wait four days for availability. I told them I couldnt wait so we got referred here to have the surgery done the same day. When I arrived everyone from the workers to the surgeon(Dr. Burton) were so caring and clearly really love the animals they treat. Needless to say the surgery was a success and Boscoe is back to his nutty happy self. Im seriously so grateful to all the staff for fixing my friend.

The waiting music isn’t calming at all. I suggest something maybe a little slower. These guys take anywhere from an hour to 6 depending on if you’re seeing the exotic vet (whos almost never in) or not. The regular vets have done a pretty good job at helping us though whenever we had emergencies. The staff is usually very kind, patient, and sympathetic and the prices are honestly not bad for an emergency vet. Usually ranging around 200 for them to check up and give antibiotics. They also call frequently with updates when he I appreciate.

It’s 2:30 in the morning and my beloved dog, Demon, is in your care and I have to go ahead and leave a review right now. A year and a half ago you did emergency surgery for my cat, Lucy, when her spay sutures were coming undone and you took such great care of her and of me and I should have left a review for you then.I had no idea veterinarian services were so impacted by covid and I need to say bravo to the job your doing in difficult circumstances. You were patient with me when I was too emotional to make a decision. You didn’t judge me when I had to consider finances and call you back because I knew that much wasn’t in my account and needed to shift things around a bit. You were so patient. Your vet explained things well even though I don’t remember all of it. He gave me options for aggressive care and more wait and see care. What I most want to give you a glowing review on though was what I saw tonight. One nurse, and I’m sure that’s the wrong title I’m using but she seemed to be the animal equivalent of the team RN, ran out to grab a dog that looked to have already passed and wow she had that dog out of the car in it’s bed and all running full speed ahead in one quick motion and yanked that door to the clinic open so fast she looked like super man. I’m sure it’s not the only business making changes due to covid that we’re not all aware of but these folks need to be recognized and the best I can do for you is a review. The vets are having some tough phone calls that would be so much easier face to face and I just want to thank you. Thank you for making these adjustments and for dealing with a hysterical dog momma like me.

These guys were wonderful. I took my dog there after she was attacked by another dog and the vet that took care of her called me after assessment to talk me through the surgery she needed, and then the vet called again afterwards to let me know how she did. It was nice being called by the vet himself rather than having a message passed along by the technicians.Of course it’s pricey because it’s an emergency facility, but I was really surprised at how much less expensive it was than I expected. It was even less than the original estimate they gave me.There is quite a bit of a wait time on the phones if it’s not an emergency, which I found frustrating. I called to get an update/estimate on my dog and I was “transferred” three times and sat on hold a total of 45 minutes. I understand they’re very busy and I wasn’t calling about an emergency, 45 minutes still seemed a little excessive though.Overall I was very pleased with this vet. I hope we never have to go again but it’s nice to know there is a professional and capable team nearby case we run into any more emergencies.

I had my dog seen here the other day and they did a fantastic job. It was quite expensive, but there was a lot of work that needed done. We were out of town and got a call from our neighbor who was watching our dog and said she had a big hole in her side and doesnt know what happened, so we had some family run over and take her to Mountain west clinic and they took her in quickly and it took a few hours because they had some sever animals that came in and needed immediate care which is fine because my dogs wasnt life threating. They cleaned her up and stitched her wound up, it looked like she had around 50 stiches in her side and I later found out when looking around my backyard there was a screw without a cap on it on our trampoline that she ran into and cut herself open unfortunately. We were sent home with some medications to help her with inflammation and the pain and she has been doing really well with no other complications. Yesterday she started to act herself a bit more so that was nice. They have been very professional and great with our pup.

This is a great place to take a sick pet, but communication between staff here is lacking. After some emailing back and forth and agreeing on an appointment same day with the exotics team, I brought in two of my sick baby birds to be treated. Nobody there seemed to know I was coming. I had told them exactly what I would like my babies tested for and told three different people that I had them on supplements including vitamin b, calcium, and probiotics. Somehow even after confirming that, they gave my birds vitamin b shots, which they definitely did not need, and charged me over $50 for them. I was not informed until after they had been given so I couldn’t really say no.Their website states that they have an in-house lab, which I needed because my main goal was to get a diagnosis fast. After I had brought my birds in, they corrected that they only did fecal staining, and tests for anything blood related or otherwise would be sent to their lab - definitely third party - and they would call with results. This was after someone on staff told me the test would only take about 24 hours - now, 9 days later, I still have no word on results. If I wanted to use a third party lab and wait two weeks for results I I would have sent in samples on my own. This is a good place if you want a quick guess on sickness and a possible cure - antibiotics - but for fast, true diagnostic testing, I will look elsewhere.

I chose this vet clinic as a recommend from Parrish Creek Vet clinic since their Vet would be gone in training until late September. I needed a bird vet for an overall health check and beak/nail trim from our newly adopted bird Claire. She was my mother-in-laws bird, whom recently passed away. I personally wished I would have waited for the Parish Creek Vet to be back in town and not rush the appointment, but she desperately needed a trim and a health check. My overall experience with Dr. Balin was okay. She seemed knowledgeable and experienced. Although, Dr. Balin or her assistant injured Claires foot while doing the nail trim. I do not know personally who did it since they will not let you into the building with your pet. I had to wait in my car and worry about her the entire time. Claire could hardly use her foot for over a week and is still limping on it. The appointment was about a month ago. I called the clinic the next morning told them about the injury, but they seemed unconcerned. Dr Balin said she was probably being a drama queen. They wanted me to bring her back in, but she had already experienced enough trauma with moms passing and the new injury, so we wanted to wait. Another service I asked for was a beak trim, but she only trimmed the tip. We could have done that at home. We took her there to have it professionally done. The $360.00 I spent on the visit was not worth the money. Do not take birds there for a beak and nail trim. I feel if they actually cared about our pet they would have called to see how her foot was doing, but obviously more concerned about the money. Will never go to this Vet again. If anyone has a good recommend for an experienced bird vet, please let me know.

My dog was transferred here from another animal hospital for blood transfusions. My rating is based on the fact that I absolutely HATE that pet parents can not go in to this hospital with their sick pet. I understand following Covid safety protocols, but it would be nice to be able to go in and comfort your sick pet as well. While my dog was there, I did get daily phone calls updating me on her status and the staff was always very pleasant when I would call to check on my pup.My only complaint is that I wish the doctors would have mentioned this alternative treatment for my dog way sooner than they did. I feel that my pup might have survived had I known about this other treatment option far sooner than it was mentioned to me. I understand that the cost of the treatment is something that would turn many people away, but still, it would have been nice to know about this option before my dogs health deteriorated so much.Overall, an o.k. experience, but there are things that I feel could have definitely been handled differently and better. My dog was family to me, and the fact that she didnt survive and I feel like she could have, bothers me every day...

My sugar gliders legs stopped working. I took her to this vet and they informed me she had a tumor that was pressing on her spine. They said she may only have another day left to live. That was 9 months ago. They helped heavily with hospice care. I sadly had to put her down this week because the tumor kept growing. They were incredibly professional when I had to take her in. They made sure the exotic vet was working the day I needed to make that choice and they let me be with my baby in her final moments. They made the cremation process easy and helped me get the box engraved that her ashes would be put in. I had her ashes back 3 days later. The only issue I had was they told me it would be 6-8 weeks for her ashes but they apparently got mixed up about it. The box was beautiful that I got her ashes back in. They did a very good job of showing sympathy, let me make decisions the entire step of the way, and ensured my little angel wasn’t in a single bit of pain before she had to be put down. They also made sure I had as much time as I needed with her in her final moments and didn’t rush me or pressure me about anything. They told me I could have as much time as I wanted/needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my sugar glider to sadly get euthanized. It ended up costing $175 total so kinda pricey but that included the private cremation and additional engravings on the box. I would highly recommend this place. They know a lot about exotic animals. I’m sorry; but I paid $90 to find the issue with my little friend, and that was not what happened. I basically paid $90 for something I already knew, any person with a brain knows if a puppy is having problems, it could be a number of things. Left this experience feeling lied to and gouged for money. This place is VERY expensive. Whoever I spoke to when making the decision for surgery on my dog was either completely misinformed or lied about the cost and how long it would take.My 2 year old pup, Django, had a random accident playing a little too rough and ruptured his bladder, and once this was figured out I was given two options: either surgery, where they would fix the tear in the bladder and he would be out of surgery in the next hour and then could go home with me that night, or they could keep him in the hospital for 5-7 days without surgery while the bladder heals on it’s own and they would take care of any fluid and have him on a catheter. I was told both options would cost about the same, and they recommended surgery. I was given an estimate of $3500-$4600, and if everything went well it would be closer to that $3500. Although this is a small fortune to us, we agreed to do the surgery. Unfortunately, whoever spoke to us about these two options was very mistaken. Our dog came out of surgery, we were informed he was doing very well and everything went according to plan, but they just wanted to monitor him for another 24 hours. 24 hours came and went, and I got another phone call that even though he was doing well, they wanted to wait another 24 hours and keep the catheter in to let his bladder heal. Another phone call later they said they wanted to wait until Friday to take the catheter out and continue to monitor, even though everything went well and he was eating and drinking and happy. That would have been a 5 day stay on top of surgery, which according to the first person I spoke with, should have been about double the estimate I was given. This is when I became worried, and told them we aren’t spending more money, and he needs to come home now. They made me feel guilty for suggesting such a thing, and said it would not be in my dog’s best interest, so they said they would do me the favor of capping my bill at the high end of the estimate, which was not comforting to me because from all accounts there were no complications and I was still hoping for closer to $3500. It also made me feel like had I not complained they would have exceeded that estimate from the beginning.

I ended up here because regular vets seem to have no appointments during covid and my puppy was in bad shape. After getting the recommendation to go here from another vet, I was expecting a horrendous bill, but it seemed fairly reasonable. The doctor was willing to answer all my questions, and there was no pressure to run tests or do extraordinary measures. They even followed up with lab results a few days later and gave advice on next steps when she wasn’t 100% better after a round of meds. Happy to report that puppy is 100% back to normal!

I feel this place is an absolute joke! Keep in mind the technicians are commission base and they will do everything to make as much money as they can make instead of actually caring for your fur baby. For your information this is a review for my friend that he has had two different experiences with this place and both times they run your bill through the roof and both times they never had a answer to whats going on. When we took the dogs to are regular vet they just shake there heads at what you guys do to people!!!

My dog had puppies the other night and I was concerned she may not have delivered all the placentas. I was referred to this clinic since its Saturday and most vets are closed. I called them and they told me to come in for a 100 visit to make sure she was okay. After an hour of waiting outside in my car with my dog and her puppies because of the covid restriction and not wanting people inside, they finally came to get my dog and the puppies. I spoke to 3 different people at this time informing them of the concerns and what I wanted from them. Waiting an hour longer in the car, I received a call back from the doctor asking me what we wanted to be done and why we were here. 😡 I told her my concerns about not delivering the placentas. She said they would need to do an x-ray and also test her calcium. I said, I thought thats what you have been doing the last hour? 30 mins later I call again to see if they are done. At this point, Ive been sitting in my car for 2 1/2 hours. She said they are still running the diagnostics and will call me when its over. Ugh. I have a newborn litter of puppies inside with my dog and Im not sure they are being cared for and my dog can feed them and clean their bums. This is so incredibly inconsiderate of other peoples time. I have had to re-explain why we are here 4 different times after 2. 1/2 hours waiting for results. Its going to cost me nearly 300 dollars and my entire Sat has been dealing with this clinic. When I asked why its taking so long, they just said they are busy. So, why have we come to sit here and wait in the car? Why not schedule us at a specific time? This has been more than frustrating. I want my dog and my puppies and to go home. Its now 6:30 pm. I have kids at home I need to make dinner for. Seriously, this is a ridiculous amount of time to make someone wait in their car for their dog to not even be seen. Im hoping they are done soon so I can get out of here and never return.

I called every place in Salt Lake City and I was exhausted and felt defeated trying to get help and when I finally called them I could tell they genuinely cared and they offered to help. Thank you so much for being there for me and Kiko and now I know where I will always take my fur babies to get care. The staff is amazing and I highly recommend this place! Thank you so much again.

Over a year ago now we lost our diabetic cat, but Dr. Thompson did her best to try and help him. Unfortunately he just had too much going on. I wish we had gone to her sooner rather than our old vet and maybe he would have lived a bit longer. I recommend anyone who has a diabetic cat to get in with her! She knows her stuff and actually spends time with you, either at appointments or through emails. Her and Elliot were outstanding in their level of care for Yoda.

Our cat left the hospital very comfortable and we were left with detailed instructions on how to maintain care for his injury. Today, he’s 100% better and back to his old self. Thank you!Their pricing is very transparent and they were very upfront with us on the costs of the care. They ended up refunding several hundred of dollars back to us because several things weren’t needed at the end. Very honest, and I would go back here for any future emergencies.

They kept both of these little girls until Sunday when they came home. Kept me informed on how they were doing. While I was incredibly worried about the price, it was super reasonable and they offer payment options (credit based but better than nothing). It is an awful feeling to not have hundreds or thousands of dollars extra laying around to drop on a what if situation and to base an animals care on if you can afford it. And potentially their life. These people are amazing here. I will be coming back here again. My puppy was bleeding out of her surgical site and so I rushed her here. When talking to the vet she was incredibly rude. The ladies at the front test were awesome and incredibly nice but the main vet was very demeaning. My puppy had moved around too much causing her to bleed. The vet made it sound like I wasn’t doing my job and it was all my fault and that my dog wasn’t trained. When she is trained. I’m still giving 3 stars because they helped my puppy and the front desk ladies deserve 5 stars but that main vet has some serious attitude issues.

They prescribed the wrong dose of medication for my dog. I was told to give 10x the actual amount for a sick animal. My usual vet called and pointed out the problem to Mountain West after I had been giving the wrong dosage for 4 days. I would like to suggest ALL doctors review ALL entries their clerical staff enter on owner print outs to ensure that what was prescribed is what is actually given to avoid making a sick animal worse. In addition, I was asked multiple time for the same information I had already given them about whether or not my dog was on medications when she was checked in (she wasnt) but, I am not sure why the staff did not look at the dogs record to get her information. I was also asked twice on my preference for emergency / end of life procedures. Again, not sure the clerk entered initial information into my dogs record or others just did not bother to check their files. Additional calls for the same information was stressful and made me wonder what else was going wrong when I could not enter their hospital due to Covid. I think their record keeping must be sloppy. To their credit before my dog died the Vet on duty made several calls with status information to update me on my dogs progress. I appreciated that but in the end the dog still died.

My Daisy Mae was well cared for, I got the answers I needed, my options were explained to me to my satisfaction, and I feel their prices were reasonable for being a specialist center. My poor bulldog baby had a large mass on his face. We had an appointment at a regular vet but before the appointment the mass grew significantly. We called Mountain West on Sunday afternoon. They saw us immediately and have had such an amazing experience with them. Because it’s an emergency room we did have to wait a while to finally get him home. We have worked with other animal hospitals before and when they give us a “price range” they always exceed the higher amount at checkout. But with mountain west we were Pleasantly surprised when the checkout price was LESS than the estimate. They were professional and thorough. This team of exotics vet, and their vet techs, are incredible. In every way imaginable. Firstly, finding an exotics vet is so incredibly difficult, especially with covid-19, but I came across them in an emergency, an hour of calling different vets to find one that could take my sick bird. When I called them, they were responsive immediately and so helpful. Secondly, The reps at the front desk are personable, they are calm and sweet, and they definitely know how to handle someone who is having a panic attack and sobbing on the phone because their animal isnt doing well. Thirdly, they are so knowledgeable, and helpful. They did what it takes to get my babies taken care of, gave very helpful advice when I had questions, and they go above and beyond always. My little babies are also so scared of people, but took to this team incredibly well, which will tell you how wonderful and incredible they are. I reccomend them to everyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. When our dog was throwing up every half hour, not eating, and had bloody diarrhea, it took them hours to get him in. Even though we had called in advance and were told they were ready for him. They then told me (about 6 hours later) that they really weren’t sure what was wrong, but they had given him nausea medicine and he was doing “a lot better.” Oh and good news, for all that treatment (nausea medicine and IV fluids) it cost only $1300, another $1200 if he wasn’t better by the morning so they could do exploratory surgery. As I’m crying, asking if there was any way they could do payment plans I was told no, they will not do any treatment without full payment. Yeah, we took him to another vet immediately who within an hour of them seeing him were able to figure out that he had a severe bacterial infection. They only cost me $400 covering a series of multiple tests AND medication. Apparently Mountain West doesn’t do all basic tests when examining your pets. Not sure how they didn’t know what was wrong with him. They really showed that they don’t care at all about your pets, only your wallets. In response to the owner’s reply, I am not sure why you don’t have my information on record because I was the one to check in my pet, pay for his treatment, and I made several calls to your office after our visit. I will not be reaching back out because in my attempts, my husband’s attempts, and even my mother-in-law’s efforts to contact a manager or even the vet that had treated my dog to discuss treatment I was told on multiple occasions that I would receive a call back because there wasn’t anyone in the office that could address my concerns. I never received a call back.

I had the best vet experience of my life with Dr. Boehler. She is the best exotic vet, and I wouldnt take my pets to anyone else. Their emergency care is amazing. My guinea pig had bronchitis, bladder stones, and overgrown teeth that were affecting his eating. It was a complicated process, but, in the end, I got to take my baby home after a successful bladder stone surgery. Not only is she a skilled vet, but she is also a compassionate person. I have been through a euthanasia with her as well, and, somehow, she made it a good experience. Saying goodbye to a pet in the right way, feeling humane about the decision, and knowing your pet is as comfortable as they can be makes all the difference.

They called about an hour later (there were 5 other cars there who were getting their pets treated) and informed us what caused our cat to have a swollen infected paw. They told us their plan of action and also a just in case scenario, if she didnt cooperate with their cleaning and treating the paw. They took another half hour treating her. called us and checked us out then brought our cat out. The visit, pain and antibiotic shot and pain meds to go all cost under $200. Which was alot cheaper than what we expected with after hour emergency vets. I highly recommend going there if your animal is sick or injured.

They had trouble getting the gurney up on the sidewalk and rammed it into the curb. The dog went flying off onto the concrete. What really flipped me out is they never went to talk to the owners. When they came for our baby we just left. It was blatantly obvious why owners are not allowed in. God only knows what happens inside. Sending your fur baby in is like sending in an infant that can’t speak for themselves, each one having a different personality. No thanks!

My dog is scheduled for acupuncture on a Friday morning. I totally understand that this facilitys priority is emergency care. There is an emergency and I need to reschedule my dog. I already have my dog scheduled for the next Friday morning, same time. When I bring my dog for her appointment, there is another emergency and staff wishes I drop my dog off and leave her until the doctor can take care of the emergency and then provide acupuncture for my dog. Because of previous reviews of peoples experiences dropping off their pets and leaving them at this facility, I am absolutely terrified to leave my dog for any amount of extended time.Staff at Mountain West tell me that I can bring my dog in for her acupuncture the next morning, Saturday, at 6:30 am with the vet/doctor who provides this service. I show up for the appointment, call to let them know I am outside in my vehicle ready for them to get my dog. Well, the receptionist tells me that the vet is not scheduled to work that day until 10 am.This experience was very disappointing to me because all I want is the best care for my dog as she ages. To schedule me for an appointment at 6:30 in the morning and not even have the vet scheduled at this time brings into the question of professionalism, for sure competence, work ethic and ethical business practice. I dont know if this was some kind of game, I just dont understand why any business would do this. It is my understanding this facility has not been open very long and with their continued record of poor reviews, their future seems doubtful. It makes me sad that this is how an animal care establishment functions when taking into how much pet owners love their kids.
