Kelly and Tony did a great job! They communicated schedule changes well; when an earlier time slot opened up they reached out and worked with me to move my duct cleaning appointment to an earlier time that worked better for my schedule. They did a very thorough job and took precautions to ensure their equipment would not damage any corners or doorways. When asked questions about duct cleaning processes, they proved both knowledgeable and professional. When they finished working they made sure to clean up the area thoroughly. Id recommend them to my family and friends any day. Well done!

Kelly is absolutely amazing! He cleaned our chimney over a year ago and was completely respectful of our property as he cleaned it. He is honest in his recommendations.Today we had him and tony come back to clean our vents. Both Kelly and Tony were extremely professional and respectful. They even laid drop cloth on our stairs to protect the carpet as they came in and out. I would highly recommend them for chimney sweep and vent cleaning services.

Kelley and Tony were very professional and thorough. This service was comparatively cost-effective, over a hundred dollars cheaper than others less highly rated. They didnt use any chemicals in our system, & cleaned up after their work thoroughly. We noticed a difference in our air quality the first night, waking without stuffiness, being able to smell the coffee brewing!

Had air duct cleaning done by Kelly and Tony. They done an amazing job. My home is 20 years old, the vents were filthy and are completely clean now. Kelly has special equipment that he uses for the cleaning that attaches to each vent and furnace. Money well spent and am very happy with how well they done the job. They took their time to make sure that everything was done right. Will definitely be using them again.

We were having issues w/ our one year old Maytag dryer. We thought that a bird had built a nest in the dryer vent again but it turns out that the people who delivered and set up our dryer used such a long hose at the back end that it was getting smooshed in the tight space and not allowing air to flow through properly. This couldve caused a fire. Not happy w/ Lowes b/c thats where I bought the dryer and they delivered and set it up for us. However, I am very pleased w/ Kelly. Hes honest and he told us what was actually the problem. He cut the vent hose to fit the tight space and so the air would flow properly and be safe. And he cleaned our vent per my request anyhow, even though it wasnt the issue b/c I figured it wouldnt hurt and would give me peace of mind. He did a fantastic job. Kelly is a true professional and hes very polite and most important, honest. And he didnt charge me an arm an a leg either. His pricing is very fair. I would recommend Soot and Cinders to family and friends.

Kelly did an amazing job on our chimney and was very knowledgeable! He was quick and extremely tidy. We will definitely be calling him for all of our chimney needs.

I live in SLC and have been using Kelly to do anything and everything we need done to our fireplace and chimney for years. He’s swept our 100 year old chimney several times, rebuilt our firebox since we had loose bricks, and most recently repaired the top of our chimney and poured a new concrete topper on it. Kelly is a hardworking, caring, incredibly nice guy who does an excellent job at a reasonable price. I would never even consider using anyone else but him for anything that we need. Very highly recommended!

Kelly was fabulous to deal with. He repaired our chimneys, even hunting up matching brick at no extra cost. The weather made the job longer than it should have been, but he cheerfully came back several times until the job was complete.

Kelly did a fantastic job of sweeping my chimney. He made sure to keep my house clean as he completed the service. He also noticed that the seal on my chimney was coming apart so he resealed it while he was up there. I highly recommend anyone looking for a chimney sweep to give him a call. Wonderful job by Kelly and Tony. They are both honest hard workers and did an immaculate job. I had them come in and clean my air vents. It took about 4 hours and was only $289.I really appreciated the care they took in moving my furniture to get to the vents, and in cleaning up after the job was done.Definitely reccomend Soot & Cinders.
