The entire process took a bit longer than I would have liked. Some of that was just because it was during the holidays and some of it was back ordered flooring- so not mostly their fault. All in all it was a positive experience. They were very kind and professional and did good work. I would recommend them for future use.

Utah Disaster Kleenup UDK did a fantastic job at my house. Friendly, respectful, well organized. They seem to be friends and I often heard them chatting and chuckling while working. One thing I really appreciated was that they arrived clean, had masks on the entire time and cleaned up after each shift. I felt comfortable with having them coming and going in my home. The team made sure I got the best quality within my budget. During this time team members at UDK kept in touch with me making sure everything was going well. So very happy with all they did for me! First reached out to Troy who immediately came and assessed the damage and walked us through the process. He sent Chris and Trent over to start working on the restoration right away and we couldnt have been happier with the final result. The restoration took a little longer than expected due to the holidays and COVID but that was understandable. Really appreciate the guys keeping us in the loop throughout each step. These guys are straight professionals!

The gentlemen came in an quickly took control of the situation. they moved about 20 fans in the basement and 2 dehumidifiers in the area that had flooded. They saved the walls from damage!! The price was reasonable and less than i had expected. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone .

UDK is amazing to work with. Weve had reason to use their services a few times. Each time we have been amazed by their kindness, sensitivity to the situation, and attentiveness to our needs. They work quickly, and efficiently to resolve the issue and get you back to normal living in your home. Their whole team is personable, and friendly. They show up on time, and are easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend them for any disaster clean up services you may require!

The drywall and paint crew did an outstanding job, as well as the people who painted the doors, replaced baseboards and repaired the door frames, did a fine job. HOWEVER:The cleaning crew did a poor job of cleaning up the house. The former renter left much filth and damage when he moved out. The crew did not mop the floors well. They did not clean inside bathroom drawers or cabinets, did not clean the shower door glass among many other things. The home really required a deep cleaning, not just a quick once-over, which it appears they did. They will have to return and clean up the house—-well—-so we can bring in renters. UDK needs to hire better personnel to do the cleaning.

Quick to respond, quickly pinpointed the area flooded and had the drying going in no time. Checked all potential areas of wetness, and when dried, restored the carpet. Friendly folks. Now waiting for the bill.

After a week away, I came home in the evening to a screaming smoke detector (batteries). The problem SD was at the peak of a vaulted ceiling and our 12 ladder wasnt tall enough to reach it. There was NO WAY we could spend the night there and any business would be closed. So I called UDK and within 1/2 hr they had 2 people with a tall enough ladder and it was fixed. The employees were professional and courteous, taking care to not damage the walls. It was expensive, being after hours, but cheaper than staying at a hotel. I highly recommend them.

UDK, was suggested by my insurance for a need. First of all Troy their manager was very professional and was able to quickly assess the situation. Not only did he provide great suggestions, but he also provided several options, along with several different estimates. UDK was excellent with working with my insurance and was able to answer any concerns that I had as a customer. Once the work was approved the crews and the team came in and did an excellent and professional job. The crews were always on time and if there was a question or concern they contacted me in a timely matter. I could not be more happy with the service that UDK provided. They did such a poor job that they had to come back and redrywall the entire room. Then they only put in 3 inches of insulation in our attic and said they were done. We had to have them come back and add the extra 10 inches. They were hard to get a hold of and when it was finally time to bill us, it took them over 3 months to send the bill

Very disappointed in the overall experience with Utah Disaster Kleenup. We had our basement flood the second week in June, and are still dealing with them (fixing paint etc) . The workers they sent out would show up for only 15 minutes each day, not cover furniture when they were sanding the drywall, and broke a game table we had (foosball table). The carpet that I picked out and the carpet that was installed is not the same color.I would definitely look into other options before using UDK. It should not take 5 months to do a small/med size job.

Troy was very helpful .The two guys that came to my home and. Helped with the inital .were very professional .We.are still working on the details with my Insurance but for the most part I am glad that we chose UDK to help with our sewer backup.

Yea so I was work with there employee named Brad he came out to our house and well I guess well give him credit for being on time . So I show him the problem areas where I believe there is mold, because before I called udk i bought and used a home mold test kit now the test came with 2 rite now results 4 petri dishes and 2 sticky tape samplers the two rite now samplers test were positive for mold I didnt send them to the lab to have the analyzed I just looked on line for mold people and way I sent in pictures of the samples and work they performed and sent them in to this web site, anyway the dude looks around and say o maybe 1200 to 1500 dollars for the tear out and cleanup and that the locate said moisture problem and handle it was told they work with our home owners insurance was told thered be photos and step by step documentation of the work they did now if u look at the pictures does that look like they got all the rotten wood and mold gone it doesnt to me the tear out was preformed by a 2 man crew lead dude named austin. anyway it does not look like they got it all so back up a few and so he quoted us 1200 to 1500 well he was suppose to cum back the next day to inspect and take picture and get a better idea of whats, going on and then start the filling day the clean up well the next day Brad no call no shows and I fin as lily hear from him the next day and hes got a million and one excuses y, ok well now hes telling me its going to be 2400 to 3000 dollars but hes not sure tell they get in to it well do them pictures look like anywhere near 2400 to 3000 dollars work they removed two pieces of sheet rock and vacuumed the area not even in the ball park boys so any way he says hell come the next day to take pic and stuff I was at work so he was here talking with my mother about what its gonna take and what its going to about cost so she says ok guess now if th as thats all there doing for 3grand people were all in the wrong bizz so anyway he no shows again but calls finally the next day his boys show up Austin and his helper so my mother said she said they where here maybe 2.5 hours whats that 1500 an hour about little less WOW REALLY, so anyway he does leave a hepa filter machine to run over night and filter the air in the house he leaves it for 3 days which was good I guess but they wanted 1200 down to start and then the ball as nce on completion Im not here so my mom is dealing with him now my mother has been in bed sick for about 5 weeks and is 82 years old and is s little disoriented at times, so anyway she signs and pays the 1200 now I get home and Brad call he wants me to see if I can locate the source of moisture and take pic .now what wait a min isnt that y we hired u and gave u a deposit and hes saying that doesnt even cover the cost of fixing it just tear out and clean up he did have a guy come from inspect named Jeremy to test for asbestos and lead we clear on them so any way when I go down and look at the work they performed I told my mother dont u pay the rest of it tell I talk to dude well Im at work again and the office calls and they want the balance due which was 1044.00$ now that 1200+ 1044=$2244.00 but she pays the bill saying something about A contract well contract smontract when ur not doing the total job and not completing the work I have yet to see any documentation or photo of the job old Brad was supose to call mon now hear it is almost Thursday and not a word form the guy, and so Im now here Brad said hell have a guy come out to see what it well take to get it all water proofed in and out thats over a week ago and no after all this and that well no thank buddy Brad weve had about all the help from u an 82 year old elderly lady can take, he straight disrespected me and my family with his words and promises and workmanship, and I wont be having it so I except a call from some one a little bit more up the chain then Brad cuz we r not happy wit ur company ur workmanship or ur so called 25 yrs business experience and Ill be reporting u and ur business to the BB.
