Several weeks ago, the TrueVision team replaced a sliding glass door in our kitchen with a new set of French doors. Their work was outstanding, but it was something else they did that really impressed me. Unknown to TrueVision at the time of installation, the vendor had made an error in ordering French doors that were too large and didnt fit the existing space. Having already removed the sliding glass door, which left a large exposed hole between our kitchen and the outside deck, the True Vision team spent the necessary time and resources to make sure this opening was completely sealed until a new set of French doors arrived. But knowing this presented an inconvenience to us as homeowners and understanding it was the mistake of the vendor, TrueVision really pushed the vendor to expedite our French door order, thus decreasing the wait time from 3-4 weeks to less than 1 week. That last act of customer service left an everlasting impression on us, as most companies would have waited the 3-4 weeks and not gone the extra mile to make sure our needs were met in the proper way. Craig, Riley, Dallin and Jim are some of the most upstanding individuals Ive ever met and their work speaks for itself.....first class and of the highest quality. I would trust these men with anything and I know their integrity, morals, work ethic and quality of work are of the highest level. I would recommend them to anyone needing remodel and design work and give them a 5 star rating! Excellent experience!!!
