Called to see how much a flat tire repair was. Was pleasantly suprised to be told it was “free”. The tire shop down the street was $18 dollars plus tax. I got there and the guys were actually running to get it done quick. I was literally out of there in 12 minutes.Everyone was so friendly and with such a positive attitude. You could see the great teamwork with the crew. Great job guys and thank you!!

Went to go get an oil change and had to wait in the store for it to get done. No problem. I had my 2 little boys with me, and the employees were so kind to them by printing off coloring pages. My boys were so happy and entertained the whole time we were there. All of the employees were very nice and professional. I have gone back several times and they do a good job everytime.

They were able to get me in quick, found the tire I needed, and installed it all within a half hour!!! I highly recommend this place and they took care of me like family. Highly recommended!!! I would definitely go back for my tire needs!

These guys did a phenomenal job. Travis and Angel did such a great job switching out my old stock Ford tires with new rims and tires. To start, I got the price quote and time frames all over Facebook Messenger, then finalized the sale over the phone with a quick call. They paid extra attention to detail and went out of their way to make sure it was done just right. I had been quoted some rough pricing from the dealership and other shops, but Travs Tire Pros came through and did a great job. It really has made my truck look and feel like a new truck. Travs is awesome! I had a flat on I-70 and was headed to Layton. Called them to explain I had the spare on. They made sure to have the right tire in the morning, changed it out, and I was on my way within an hour! Highly recommend!

I started going to Travs on the recommendation of a friend. Ive had one of our cars serviced there and my truck! They have been crazy pleasant to deal with and are reasonably priced. One of the times I had work done a mistake was made on the size part I needed through a simple miscommunication but they rectified it and made sure I was completely taken care of! This place was a lifesaver. I had a flat and was able to pull into their parking lot just as the tire was riding on the rim. They didnt have the exact tire I needed, but gave me a temporary one to borrow so I could drive my car down the road to get the exact tire I needed. I then returned the borrowed tire and they didnt charge me a penny. Even though they spend a lot of their time putting a temporary tire on my car and making sure I was taken care of. Truly great people and an honest company to go to for business. Thank you for your help.

To date never had a job they cant do for me, and I can say Im there weekly always for something new.One brake job, was squeaking and they warranted it out and fixed the problem for free.New headlights, done. Flat tires, done. Oil change, done. Transmission problems, oil leaks. The list goes on, I wont go anywhere else!Friendly, honest staff. All they want is to get the job done and done right every time.

It was a pleasurable experience (other than having a flat tire of course) and they were fun to talk/listen to. I was in town for a conference and ended up with a flat. They fixed it while I waited and didnt charge for it. Super thumbs up for these guys. If I didnt live 3 hours away they would have my regular business.

Used them several times without any issues, until today. Wife needed a battery for her 03 LeSabre and yesterday they quoted her $150 + $10 for installation, but they couldnt get the battery in until today. She called me and I said that price is about on par with the auto parts stores for a decent battery, so I said do it.Today when we went to pick up the car, the bill came to just under $200. Say what??? They knew going in that the battery was located under the rear seat and needed venting to the outside as part of the installation. So where did all the extra charges come from?If you ever use their services, get an estimate IN WRITING before any work is done.My other beef is when my wife asked what the warranty was for the battery, they just said, 5 years. Because they provided NO paperwork for the warranty, Im now left guessing, is that 5 years full replacement? (Probably not.) 1 year full replacement, with 4 more prorated? Who knows? Without paperwork in hand to prove what warranty I have, they could tell me anything if the battery develops problems down the road.

Just want to give kudos to Travs Tire Pros. Truly a great experience. Went there today to get an alignment, balance and rotate because that is what I thought my car needed. They checked it out and found bent rims. They gave me a diagram of my alignment and showed me why I DID NOT need the alignment, rather, I just need to replace 2 rims. They did offer to get rims for me but also showed me where I could find them myself. No high pressure sale, no talking down like I was an idiot. Just honest and real info about the condition of my tires and wheels. Just want to say thank you to Travis and his staff. Amazing service. I will be back.

The timeliness and customer service was what could have improved in my experience. Upfront, the customer service was great, but it didnt stay that way. I was left waiting for the car for twice as long as I was told to expect without explanation or updates on the process. I patiently waited thinking, Oh it will be done soon like they said. In the meantime, other cars were coming in and out of the other garages while mine just sat there. I dont think I saw anyone touch my car for two hours when I was told it would take an hour. Three hours of waiting there and they brought me my car. I feel like they do a great job. They must be great because they were very busy. With three hours in the waiting room I got to watch them work with customers. They do a good job and I feel like theyre honest with people about what services their car needs. I left my car a little before 10:30am. The front desk told me alignments take anywhere from 30min - 2 hours. The owner checked what they had going and told me itd be an hour. I went to the gym, came back at 11:45am and walked out with my keys at 2:25pm. Car pulls slightly to the right on the freeway but other than that you cant notice. I replaced both struts, both lower control arms, and a sway bar link at home faster than they did my alignment.

This staff is awesome and they go above and beyond with their work! They really cared to get to know me while I waited patiently and they continue to do more than asked for. Theyre the best and deserve more than the prices theyre charging!

Unbeatable prices with friendly and communicative staff! I had two new used tires mounted and balanced and one tire patched. It only cost me $34 and some change after taxes.

Hate to say this but, used to come here all the time for any car needs. I got quotes on new tires and also a few minor repairs. This shop was way over on the time of labor and also the cost of parts. I ended up getting a new set of tires for 500 less and also quoted for a repair for half the labor and parts that Travs was offering. I shopped around at Big O, Les Schwab and also local. Every place beat these guys with in hundreds. They are very nice and polite but I’d rather not get ripped off. Taking my business elsewhere.

This place is THE BESSSSTTTTT! The staff is sooo helpful and friendly... Took my car twice after I had taken my car to Ford ( where they couldnt find what the problem was) Travs tires figured it out right away and didnt even charge me to have it looked at! Highly recommend this place!!

I ran over something that punctured my tire so I pulled over to the closest parking lot which happened to be next door to the tire shop.So with my tire being flat they were kind enough to come over and help me out and fixed my tire very quickly. Very nice guys. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent Service. We were buying a car an unfamiliar with the Layton area. The first car we took into them they checked over and found over $1,200 in repairs that would be needed, saving us from making a costly mistake. The car we ended up purchasing was looked over by them too. They said it was mechanically sound but could use some new struts. Their recommendation was to wait about 20,000 miles before replacing them. Many places will try to nickel and dime you and recommend unneeded repairs, but they were outstanding here. We worked with Ben and he was fantastic. They did both inspections for free and were efficient with our time. I highly recommend them and will be back for future services!

We recently got a new car and the tire pressure indicator light came on when we were on our way to Montana. We took it to this Big O and they checked my tires discovering that two of them were way over Inflated which can be dangerous! They made sure all tires were perfectly inflated and sent us on our way. They didnt charge us a dime. Very friendly and helpful!!

I had an awesome experience at Travs today! I got a great set of Patriot tires at a low cost for my Duramax. As a former mechanic I like to ask check my tie rods and wheel bearings when Im at a shop with a lift and theyd already checked it before I could! Thats above and beyond if you ask me. Trav and Angel were very friendly and professional Ill definitely be back.

I saw go somewhere else for your tires or at least the alignment. I have gone through two sets of tires with in a year and Travis was the only owner that had any customer service. The fat bald wannabe sucked dick!! This place is horrible. I am all for local chains and have taken two cars there. Both still have issues. Never again.

No car shop is perfect because no one is perfect. I know I have a fleet of trucks that I have tried to take to many different places. Very few people offer what this owner does. Having said that anyone who has ever had a problem with Travis or his shop should try talking with him. He has always made it right if there has ever been a problem. He builds his reputation on doing what is right by people. Mistakes happen. I have a 16 yr old who is now driving and asked why the oil needs to be changed. Travis was kind enough to take him out to the shop and show him how to change the oil and why the oil needs to be changed. What a life lesson where else do you get that.

I wont go anywhere else for my tires. Always the right tires at the right price and they have always taken care of my repairs like they know I have busy schedule and dont want to hang out all day.

Poor values! My friend went here to get her oil changed and had an awful experience. She came in after work, wearing a dress, and they treated her like she didnt know anything. They charged her extra for the oil change, forgot to put the oil cap back on the engine after changing it and called her to come back because she was leaking oil. They rotated her tires and her tire light immediately came on as she left and she had to have it serviced the next day somewhere else. She also just had her shocks and engine air filter replaced and they tried to tell her she needed a new ones. Definitely would not recommend.

This place is junk ... I need a emergency break done to pass safety, they preformed the job and it cost me $220 I then came back to them to have my safety inspection done and was told the has no time for me come back another day. So I took my vehicle to another shop and had the inspiration done and was told the emerge break still fails even after Travis tire pros fixed it . Why did I pay $220 for a still broken emergency break ? And to top it off the abs light is on in my truck, I looked back in the rear it looks as if they nicked /damaged my abs sensor now my truck wont go into 4hi...

These guys are really honest. My husband and I have had some really bad experiences with other mechanics, and we were really impressed with Travs. They told us what was ACTUALLY wrong, and then told us what was necessary to fix, as well as what we could let slide (for now). We were impressed with that. Highly recommend.

I dont get sold on things that are not needed.When my old can was dying they could have done $1000,s in work on it but also felt it was time for me to get a new vehicle instead.I now have a new van, and still got to Travs Tire Pros.

I had my wife take our car in because the tires were making a weird noise. They were very respectful of her and didnt try to talk over her head or sell her anything we didnt need. In fact, they spent quite an it of time on our car, and didnt charge us anything, because he wasnt positive he fixed the problem. He even gave us one of his used tires for free since one of ours was so bad. Such a nice guy. And I think having that new used tire on has actually helped the problem quite a bit. Its still making the noise a little, but there is definitely improvement. We will definitely be returning.

I went in for an oil change and safety and emissions. I was initially Bedazzled by the gorgeous blonde haired woman at the front desk. Thoughts of marriage and kids flitted through my mind. However due to the length of time that my service is required I was able to observed actions of the owner and manager and other employees. They are all very professional and courteous. I still dont know how much it cost. LOL. In my personal opinion I would rather go somewhere that is knowledgeable and helpful rather than go to a Jiffy Lube type store that is run by kids that barely know what theyre doing and that are rude

Theyre the best and will even work on your horse trailers!

I took my van in to Travs with a coupon for an alignment. The alignment took 3 hours, they were in and out of the bay multiple times. I saw the tech driving my van in the parking way too fast, hitting his bay way faster than he should have been. I brought this up with management and they seemed indifferent to my complaint. My car had a noise after their service that they also blamed on me. Three weeks later I tried to take my wheel off to do my brakes, they had cross threaded two lug nuts on the SAME WHEEL!! I had to break them to get them off. I bought the replacements at another location(I did not want them working on my car anymore!) I then took the broken studs and a receipt back to Travs so they could cover the parts of their mistake. Nothing!!!! “I can’t pay you the $44.00 dollars because you didn’t give me the choice to work on it” I left in frustration, with their techs, service, and their customer service skills. I will never step foot in that place again and I will always recommend to everyone to go somewhere else. They may cheap but apparently you get what you pay for. Sad.

They are very nice but Ive taken my car in twice for regular maintenance and major repairs were needed. Prior to the latest visit, my car was running fine, wasnt leaking anything at all, but afterwards it began to leak and overheat. Coincidentally, one of the repairs they suggested would have taken care of that previously non-existent issue. I took it to another shop to be repaired and will not be visiting this location again.

My boyfriend is mechanically inclined and he goes here ALL the time. For questions, quotes, work, one off work - you name it. Even when I go in alone, I am treated well by the staff. I am not talked down to or treated like a dumb girl, they are honest - they provide different solutions and work with you within your budget. Anytime we have had a problem or problem with the tire warranty, they were fantastic about it. They have always been willing to work with us and act like they want our business again.... which they will continue to receive. I highly recommend this shop, not just for tires, but for their customer service, and how they will do what is right for YOU (not their pockets!)

Wifes car had a screw in a tire, called them and they said bring it right over. They fixed the flat, rotated all the tires and flipped the one tire walmart mounted backwards. They were busy and the wife had to wait maybe 10 min so they gave us all those services for free, excellent service! Thank you!

I had the same experience as Taylor Hendricks. I took my F-150 in for safety and emissions and it failed; lower ball joints. I had the ball joints done in 2012 at Jensen Auto in Ogden. Took it back there and they said the ball joints pass. Ive used Paul and his team at Jensen Auto and they have never let me down.I should have known better and just made the drive to Ogden.
