I cannot say enough good things about this company. I went in with a very basic knowledge of a home theater system and what I would need to complete my own. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and set me up with a complete system. I installed the system myself and made a few mistakes during install. After the theater was in they sent an expert out to fine tune the system and make sure everything was working the way it should. I am overly pleased with the system and even more impressed with the customer service they provided. In a world of internet transactions and call centers, these guys bring the good old customer service experience back with a vengeance. I wish I could recommend AVWORX but the responsiveness that weve experienced over the last few months has been just terrible. It feels like pushing a rope to try and get anything done with our Control4 installer. Ive been waiting for a month for a bid for some extra security cameras. My calls just go straight to voicemail. I dont think Ive ever had to try so hard to give people my money.Ill be switching dealers.

We never actually got anything for they didnt have what we were looking for, but the one employee there helped us a lot to find what we needed. With only one employee to work with three different people, they stayed very friendly and helpful.

I had an upgrade for my home network. New equipment, activated LAN ports, cable management, and other associates work. The install exceeded my expectations. The team was professional and kept me informed throughout the process. The network equipment and rack looks so professional and clean as I had wires everywhere. Upon completion they showed me apps to help manage my network more efficiently. I definitely recommend them for your network needs.

Jason was great to work with on the bid. All of the installers we worked with were great. We redid the systems at mine and my parents house so we dealt with two different groups of installers that were equally great. There are quirks in any new system and they are happy to come back and fix the quirks rather than just leaving you to figure it out for yourself. I highly recommend AV Worx.

It was in need of some upgrades.AVWORX cleaned up our system and installed the recommended upgrades in a timely manner They were very professional and did a fantastic job! Jason was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly - and not pushy. The store has a great selection, and they have expanded their 2-channel stereo offerings and display. Also, the range of multichannel really shows off what different price levels can achieve in surround sound. It is cool that prices in 4k projectors keep falling!

AVWORX installed our surround system in our great room, speakers in our kitchen and outside patio area. In the beginning we thought we could do it ourselves and I am so glad we did not. We would have never been able to achieve the results we have now. Their installers are very knowledgeable on their products and taught me as well as they could as how to run it (I’m old in the digital arena). They have always offered to call with any questions I may have, and I’m sure I will be calling. Our home theater is fabulous. All the equipment is matched perfectly to the size and acoustics of our theater.The real value of AV Worx though was the personal attention we received from the sales and setup staff. They were immediately responsive each time we had a question and they even made suggestions on how we could cut costs, rather than purchasing and setting up equipment that would be overkill for our size of theater. Very helpful and informative. They stay up on current tech and trends and are very enthusiastic and spend enough time with you even if you are just asking questions as well as making large purchases. They have great display rooms and you really ought to try out the large display of headphones set up to be used.

We went in to talk with Jason and get a quote on a home theater system. We had a budget that we wanted to stick to and it was probably a little low as far as home theaters go. We told Jason what we were looking for and he was more than happy to work with us. We made probably a dozen changes before we settled on the system we wanted. Jason was always willing to answer any question we had. As for price they are the best around. Even if I wanted to buy my system piece by piece from different places online AVWorx was still cheaper in the end. They were by far and way thy best sub we worked with when finishing our basement. Ive been a customer since 2010. They used to be very good at responding to problems with my control 4 system, home theater system, which arent cheap, However, in the past few years they havent responded in any kind of timely fashion to either service calls or to upgrades and maintenance. Sure theyll answer the phone or come by to analyze but there is no follow up even after multiple calls. Sorry I cant recommend this company any longer and would recommend searching for another business that will provide quality customer care.

I went into the store and set up an appointment about 10 days ago. The morning of the appointment, while I was at work, Jason called and left a message for me to confirm the appointment. I called and left a message on the store phone and texted his cell phone confirming the appointment. No one showed up. No return call. No return text.

Bought a home that had Control 4. The previous owners did not use it and it needed put back together. Avworx was great! They were professional, timely and good at what they do. Love this system.

Today, May 14 2016 was my first experience at this audio store. My brother is in the market for mid level new sound equipment, Im along for opinion and window shopping for what I might want when I build my house.My first impression when I found this on line was, that Avworx was a new store based on the fact that they only have one review at the time of my visit. However, they have been in business for over 20 years according to the owner.A week ago we met a gentleman at best buy who was looking for high end speakers. By chance he was here today at Avworx, and was purchasing speakers I would love to have but are currently out of my price range. There was a lot of laughter and jokes about following and stalking each other.That being said, I am very impressed with Avworx.After listening to the middle level speakers my brother was in the market for, I believe he purchased an excellent value for the dollar spent. My wife was impressed with the theater seating on Display, and I agree this is where I will buy my next set of living room seating. I could write a book on why. When I am ready to put together my system I will be back, with my check book in tow....
