To say I am underwhelmed is a compliment. This company has chosen not to stand behind the French doors they made and installed for me in 2017. When the doors leaked around the windows about 1-2 years after they were installed, I had to pay them twice to come out and fix the issue, which turned out to be they were never caulked when installed. The doors now need the glass replaced due to broken seals. Most companies back the glass in their doors for 10 years, but my doors are only 4 years old and they refuse to take any action. I cannot ever recommend a company to anyone when they won’t stand behind their own products. I will certainly never call on them again.

I accidentally broke my garage door. They sent someone right away and took care of the problem quickly. The man who answered was awesome! Def recommend

Just recently bought a garage door opener. Went to the location and asked for assistance. Promptly they offered me a service the same day. Staff is professional and courteous. I ordered a window from them on May 11. I called numerous times to check on it and was told it would be in soon. August 11 the receptionist would not answer my question and said the salesman had to call. I finally got a call and he said he forgot to hit the order button. Over 3 months I waited for the window, I told them to return my money. Don ever go with these people I couldnt give them 0 stars to post

Came home from work on Tuesday and one of the springs on the garage door broke. I called Hall Building Products at about 4:45, they said they could get to it the next day. Told them afternoon would be best, they called me at about 12:15 Wednesday, said the guys were going to get some lunch then would be at my house. Within 45 minutes they were at my door, less than 30 minutes and the spring was replaced. And this type of service has always been my experience with them. I wont call anyone else when it comes to working on my garage door! Thanks!

Sadly its not a good one. I called on a Monday morning to purchase a garage door opener and have it installed. I was told it would installed sometime Wednesday afternoon; no problem. Wednesday came and went with no garage door opener and no communication. I called Wednesday at 11:30 AM to find out my status and was told it would be Thursday afternoon. I called again Thursday at 4:30 PM to see where I was in the queue and was told the truck was still out but my unit left on the truck and itd be a little later on Thursday. I gave up and went to bed at 10:00 PM. No garage door opener, and worse IMO, no communication at all. I called again Friday morning and cancelled the purchase - went to Home Depot and bought a comparable unit off the shelf for $120 less.I hate giving bad reviews as I know things happen and its easy to get behind. But, no communication on delays is not acceptable and implies poor follow up support would be forthcoming if it was ever needed.

Garage door spring broke. Two guys showed up, said, Ooh, thats a 292. Were gonna have to order that! I called the Lawton office and asked if the parts had been ordered. Those guys work in TX on Fridays. Call the TX office. I called the TX office. Those guys stop work at 4:30. Have my springs been ordered? Its yes, or no, isnt it? Its been a run around for four hours, for me. Overhead Door in Lawton fixed my door with 2 springs for $380 in an hour! Yall suck.

Only took 8 days to get a window from Lawton to Altus. The day it was delivered, they forgot to put it on the truck and my supplier in Altus had to go and pick it up. Pretty sad.

I have always had good service with them.
