The 3 women that work here are so sweet and very helpful. It is much easier dealing with Penske directly, rather than through Home Depot. I picked the truck up and Home Depot in Norman. The wait was extremely long but dropping off to this location was a breeze.

2nd time with A+ service

We had to return a truck here from Arizona and came in a little before close. There were two girls working and they were super helpful with the return and made sure that everything was sorted, even after they closed (not too late after). I was very pleased with their knowledge on the truck and their advice for the best way to handle the return.

Loved penske better than uhaul but this particular place makes the trucks park on a hill causing the gas tank to read not full when it is.

Customer service here was not my favorite.. customers that call take priority.. stood in line for a long time waiting to pick up reserved truck. Felt rushed through the process when I was helped
