It took them 24 hours to bring My car 2 miles from my house and then waited until it got late and then tried to charge me after hours prices

Leon was extremely courteous and polite. He went out of his way to get my vehicle where it needed to go as quickly add humanly possible. I appreciate his professionalisn!

My friend had her van impounded and he was very rude on the phone. Called her van a piece of junk. He did lower the price for her to get it out but when we came to pick it up the battery was dead from sitting there for a month. He didnt bother to stick around to help her get it started. We were out in the heat for over four hours trying to get help to start it.
