Have used them for over five years now without a single hiccup. The gentleman that comes in is professional and courteous. You know your files are securely shred as they take them directly to their truck and shred them on the spot. Price is reasonable. About everything you could ask for from a shredding company.

Terrible customer service! They got rid of their office manager and its just been downhill! Couldnt even get them to call before they just showed up and for 5 years no issues like this. After 10 reminders and sending them away to comeback another day finally cancelled service. Terry who runs company I guess didnt even ask why we were canceling. Good luck that is terrible customer service! Way to make your customer feel appreciated!
