Chad came to do pest control in our house & he was beyond amazing! So professional & kind. Chad did a thorough job & even explained certain things to me as he was working. He even took the time to bring to my attention a few gaps/spaces we outside our house that could be filled that he spotted. We called with our pest problem and this team of people have been extremely helpful. We have had tons of questions, ended up calling the office multiple times with questions. They have been 100% understanding of our situation and answering all of our questions.During the inspection, the guy was very respectful, nice and thoroughly checked. He even complimented our custom furniture.They had the cheaper resolution and a free quote.After the spray we have called back with more questions and again, 100% helpful!Environmental Pest Control is going to be our first call if we need pest control again.

I am very particular when it comes to pest control. I do not feed into the big name companies that tend to sell you on products that are diluted and overpriced. I asked for a quote for services that were priced affordable. Environmental Pest came out 2 days after scheduling initial services. Ryan was very friendly and professional. He called before arriving and was right on time. He explained the process, what was best for our home, and did an excellent job servicing all of our concerns. Very pleased with everything!

This place did not do their job, they refused to do the second spray they were contracted to do and refused to refund the money! Total breach of contract and they were belligerent and rude!

He has taken the time to remove wasp nest for me in the past, and even found one hiding in a tree because he noticed there were more wasps around than usual. Joe and his crew are the best in this area, we’ve used terminx and Orkin in the past, we always had bugs and the lawn had issues most of the time. Those services were overpriced and under performed. Started using environmental pest 10 years ago and we have have zero tick and fleas, they do our small acreage and our home, fantastic inside and out. Can not say enough about how professional they are! Their pricing is very competitive, I highly recommend them, you won’t go wrong.

After a about year of using a, more well known company for my rentals, I was sick and tired of them coming for five minutes, spraying the corners, and leaving and saying well, we will see what happens. Seriously, the guy said this VERBATIM to me At least 3 months in a row! Anyway they never really seemed to get any thing killed, and I had tenants that moved out because of them...Anyway a friend recommend these guys to me after they too care of some ants that she had been having in her bathrooms and her kitchen, she said that they took care them the first time and she never had them back. I wasnt to impressed when the guy showed up and had a can of stuff that looked just like the other guy but, after five minutes of looking around he went out to his truck for some other stuff that he said would get them out of their hidding places and into the stuff that kills them...He wasnt lying after just a few shots of that stuf he had them runnign everywhere, IT looked like something from the movies, They were coming out of the refrigerator, the stove, About twoo weeks later I had the same guy out to do a follow up, he sprayed the entire house again, and going on a month now, I have only seen dead ones around. I would definitely recommend them, and am going to use them for all of my properties from now on.
