Ive been going to Hibdon Tires for about 10 years now. In that time I have owned about four cars and had Hibdon put tires on all of them. Even when I was stationed in other states I waited to come back to Hibdon for tires. They have great prices and fantastic employees. They never try to upsale me, and in fact always save me money. I highly recommend them!

I needed a tire fix. I had a screw in one of my tires and a friend told me they will fix the tire for FREE if possible. Like if they are able too. I got my tire fixed for FREE. Great customer service I had with them. HOWEVER, They fixed it with the Plugged and not with a Patch which is why it was possible FREE. I needed the patch but as of Right Now its fix so I can drive. Good if you need a quick fix and dont have the cash to get the patch. I had no issue with them so a 5/5 rating for my service today on 05/17/2021. Update - 06/06/2021 The plug that was use is a combination of a thick plug and the patched it as well. My friend notify me earlier and just got around to update this review. Still holding air perfectly.

I came in today to get one tire patched and they gave me a estimated time of 1 hour and it will be ready for me. 5 hours later and I am still waiting!!!! If I would have known that it would taken over 5 hours I would have just took it to Walmart and waited the 45 minutes and had them do it…..!!! Should do a lot better .!

Be careful. They told me to come in first thing and they would fix our truck. The next morning, I was there before they opened.I went to the front counter several times during the day to make sure they knew I was waiting for the truck to get looked at and fixed. They assured me they would take care of it. Dont worry, they said.9 hours later they said they couldnt get to it. 9 hours of waiting in their lobby. 9 hours when I could have taken it elsewhere if they were just honest that they wouldnt be able to get to it.I ended up taking the truck to the dealership and actually saved money. Terrible customer service and expensive.Such a disappointing experience.. I will never go back to Hibdons.

The employee answered the phone on the second ring! It may cost $20 more coming here but they are willing to stay and finish all the work orders for the day even if its after 6 pm! Hibbdons changed my ball joints, control arms, and put new shocks in my springs, (stem shocks) similar to a strut. Recently I had to change it all out myself because, within a few months I noticed a popping sound, a heavy metal pop after tension build up turning the steering wheel all the way left or all right. Now, just for understanding this long process, for every heavy sound I isolated and fixed, it helped me isolate the other sounds and fix them one at a time, which were faults and breaks. My wife turned the steering wheel for days, and I would lie under, listen, and feel with my finger for those pop areas. So, I removed the lower left ball joint and cut it open, busted in 5 places, lower setting under the ball. Then a sound from the other side, busted lower ball joint. I had to changed all 4. Then a sound from the lower left control arm I located it with assistance from the test bar. I identified a busted bushing, moving alot internally with the bar test. That bolt was stripped of threads over an inch long through the bushing and almost cut into. I changed all 4 arms because they were all double over torqued and I couldnt take a chance at this point. Then, heavy popping and unusual sounds from the struts during heavy brake test, in the driveway 10 feet forward and back. Break hard to throw weight down on front with forward breaking and lift the front on reverse breaking, just before locking and sliding tires. Instead of paying 1 hundred or less an assembly, they put the stem shock in the old coil spring and put the same busted and crushed hardware caps, nuts bushings, spacers, and cushions back on them. At this point with all the broken parts the shocks were probably bent and definitely damaged, so I replaced the strut assemblies and now its finally quiet. Emergency stops are straight and fast. If you cant install front end parts by the book, with proper tools and with the correct receivers for ball joints and with proper torque, dont do it. Ball joints, control arms and struts definitely were not done correctly. Front wheels way over torqued. Very dangerous putting vehicles on the road completed by someone who thinks you just beat parts in. Where is the quality control. Now I had to repurchase all the parts and do all that work by the book. Then I took it to the dealership for an alignment and quality check. Yes, busted parts caused tore up sway bar linkage and bad sway bar bushings from all the shifting and straying, also cupping of tires, uneven wear, and destroyed $800 + dollars in what was a great set of tires. Even before I replaced and repaired everything, I took it back twice, (swaying and not holding alignment) and showed them obvious cupping on every other tread and no one caught on. This was probably less than 6 or 7 months after they changed, struts, balljoints, control arms. There answer, rotate tires and alignment. How good is an alignment on that many broke parts and with only 7200 miles and a 2007 mfg year. I still have all the broke parts they installed. Question, Who thinks they will reach out or just keep my 2000 plus after being a good customer of theres for years? Ive been a little to busy to waste my time talking to people that just dont understand and will point at someone else.

Have a enterprise rental and they are a service center for them. I was having trouble finding a place that could do the trucks oil and fuel filter change. Called midweek and asked this location specifically if they could service the fuel filters as well as oil. They said no problem and I scheduled an appointment for that weekend on my one day off. Arrive at time and was told they can’t do fuel filter and given no alternatives on how we could get this taken care of. Wouldn’t recommend this place for any diesel service or for people working and have rentals.

I bought tires from Firestone on 38th last year. The purchase includes all the maintenance that go with them. (I spent a pretty penny too) So I go in today to get my tires rotated and they cant help me till maybe in a week! Well, I went by Hibdon and they were AWESOME!! Had me in and out of there in about 30 minutes!! And they were all so nice... special thanks to Jeremy! I will definitely be back and Highly Recommend them!!

If you have hours to spend doing nothing at all and don’t want anyone to help you, come here. They tell you it’s going to be an hour and then 3 hours later you are still sitting there waiting while your car hasn’t moved from the spot you parked it in. Apparently scheduling, appointments, staffing, or anything time related totally escapes them....4-5 hours to have 2 tires changed is ridiculous....

So today! I dropped my car off at 8:30am, and I needed a pressure test done on my radiator which they told me it should only take 20 mins. I called last week, and they wouldn’t set an appointment for tech work. So I dropped off today, they said it would be there half the day before looking at it, which annoyed me because I could have set an appointment. The car set there all DANG DAY! The didn’t even touch my car! Listen I get other people have appointments, but it’s a 20 min job. I don’t UNDERSTAND WHY IT TAKES ALL DAY and YOU DONT EVEN LOOK AT MY CAR! It made me feel like since you weren’t making hundreds of dollars of me with a brake job or tires or alignment. You decided to say hey can you keep your car here overnight! I explained I was from OKC that was my only car! However sorry we can’t see it today after keeping my car all day! 6 hours of KEEPING MY CAR! 6 hours! You can’t tell me in 6 hours you couldn’t put the car in the bay for 20 mins to do a test that TAKES 20 mins! Not to mention the gentleman wanted to argue with me about someone else being there at 7:45am and his car wasn’t looked. Well you might need to work on your orders faster or hire more people! Don’t argue with your customer! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NOT BECOMING BACK TO THIS HIBDONS! Okc is way better!

Totally awesome job at a great price for my husbands truck. Im thinking about get 4 tires for my terrain before leaving Oklahoma in 10 weeks. Just because how friendly, quick, and great hometown atmosphere.

Poor service. Damaged all 4 of my mustang rims. When purchased new tires. And tried too lie. Couldnt get anything out of them. But I got plenty photos and proof.

I had to get my tire fixed because I had a nail in it. it took a little while for them to get everything done because they are very thorough and check a lot of different things. Fixing my tire was free thats a plus yay. Everybody was really nice and place was very clean.

HONESTLY, if youre planning on doing any service here, go early in the morning right when they open at 8am because its a first come first serve and they DO NOT honor their appointment schedules. I scheduled an appointment with them for 10am to get my brakes done and when i went in to take my vehicle they said they wont be able to work on my car today because they already have cars(first come, first served) infront of me. I told the guy i have an appointment and he just said, well im sorry! Why would HIBDON have an appointment system if they cant keep it?. We went to MIDAS & they got us out a little after an hour & the price was a few hundred dollars less than what Hibdon was gonna charge me!3 stars because they have good tires!

Went in for an oil and filter change along with a tire rotation. Stated online when I made the appointment that my service engine soon light was on. Went in for my appointment at 10am and didn’t leave until almost 2pm. The original price was going to cost me around $70. The mechanic did an inspection and ran the code to tell me that they would have to do a diagnostic that would cost me around $100 after I already approved doing the air intake filter and a tag light bulb change. Came back in to tell me that they had my car already apart and that my car needed new spark plugs, wires, and a new ignition coil. Told me I’d take about an hour until I got my car back. An hour and a half later I just got the car back after getting up to notice the mechanics sitting on stools and chit chatting in the shop. Cost me over $500 in total. Got the receipt to find out they didn’t even do the tire rotation, they didn’t charge thank goodness. The one thing I specifically asked for! Popped the hood today and two sparkplugs look like they haven’t even been removed. Car is still miss firing and the service engine light came back on! Will not be going back there unless something is done about the service. Saw my mechanic come in 5 different times for cars not even related to mine.

Try to upsell me 1,200.00 worth of parts and labor for the front end then tried to get me to sign up for a credit card to pay for it. I took it to a another mechanic only to find out it was a 120.00 part. This place use to be a good place to take your car to be worked on. I will be taking my business elsewhere, permanently.

THIS SHOP WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR. I had an alignment done and got my car came back with no power steering fluid. My girlfriend had her brakes changed and an oil change and they did not put dip stick back in engine and forgot to give her back her tire key. My mother had an alignment and oil change and now the check engine light is on. Hibdon Tires does not care about quality work and will cost you more money than they are worth, please avoid.

Took my car in one hour before they closed to get a flat fixed said they close 30 mins early and couldnt fix it even though they had plenty of time I do not recommend this place.

I had a friend almost get run off the road, luckily right in front of this place. He didnt know how to change a spare tire, so I drove there and showed him how to change his tire and make sure the tire wasnt going to come off. A mechanic saw this and offered to torque the tire to spec and for my friend to bring the car around the shop so that he could fill the tire with air to spec.That was selfless and outstanding behavior from someone who didnt stand to gain am immediate benefit from it.

Wow, what a great experience! I set an appointment up online for 4 PM on Monday after a holiday weekend, I assumed that it would take a pretty decent amount of time to get service done. I blocked out 2 hours to make sure I had plenty of time. Surprisingly enough, from the time I parked to the time I walked out the door was less than 40 minutes for a wheel alignment! Everyone was nice, courteous and professional. I would recommend Hibdon Tire Plus in Lawton to anyone!

Ive always had excellent 👌 service. Free tire repair (plugs). Reasonable prices, but plan on dropping your car off for the day. Thats how busy they are.

I had a 19 inch leak on a 24 inch rim because my tires were put on wrong. I paid $200+ a piece for my tires that I later found out to be $70 tires. They came with a warranty no place but Lawton could honor after I was told for sure that where I was traveling to would be able to honor my warranty if I had a problem. The manager wont answer phone.

This shop did a fantastic job. I got a set of tires for about $75-100 less than Midas was trying to charge me. They include the TPMS service for free with the purchase of tires. I will 100% be coming back in the future for all my vehicle needs. They service was also super quick. I called and was able to drop my car off within 30 minutes and it was done in an hour and a half. Great service I am very happy with this place.

Our family has been customers of Hibdon for many years now. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. I am posting this comment because I had my first issue with billing. The help line was difficult until I spoke with a supervisor who fixed the issue immediately. The Lawton store was extremely understanding and helped me in resolving the issue. They do not do appointments for A/Cs so you have to drop your car off every morning first thing and pick it up later. Inconvenient

I made an appointment online, drove 40 minutes to the appointment only to be told they had no record of me ever making the appointment. I showed him the email showing the reservation number and the email stating I would receive a call if the appointment was unable to happen (which I did not receive) and he said he did not know why they didn’t have record of it but they did not have time to do it today. Then he Blamed on on covid... hmmm ok!

My tire sensors were not reading after they did my tires. They could not figure it out so they asked that I take it to the dealership and see if they could find the problem. Once we did they took care of the problem at no cost. They were extremely patient and kind with me, all of this happened during the COVID-19 shut down.

Been using Hibdon for many years. I have never been in/out in less that 2 hours. While waiting one day, a woman came in to collect her car after being told on the phone it was ready. Her car was nowhere to be found. I overheard this lady mention something about her ex-husband. Im guessing but it sounded like her X had picked her car up earlier. Not a good situation. But for the most part the Hibdon crew tries to do the right thing to solve issues that crop up. Check your lugs after service. I have found them loose and missing on occasion. They fix flats free and will provide you with a good set of tires as needed. Four stars leaves room for improvement but they do a good job considering.

Julian is very customer oriented and relates well to patrons. Their prices are considerably lower than anywhere else in town and they stand behind their product and services. I highly recommend Julian for anything you need for your vehicle!

Great if you have the day off, and I mean the day. On average even with an appointment, Ive waited two hours, sometimes just for them to pull the keys. Last time I had to walk out without service over an hour past my appointment time

Took care of me super quick. Set up an apt online; confirmed the round about time it would be done; picked the car up early. Everyone is friendly and they don’t hassle you about other stuff you might not need right then and there.

This is the best tire shop I have ever been to! I went there and when I pulled up two other cars also arrived at the same time. Despite this fact they had pulled my car around back and began to load it on the jack before I had time to walk back to my friends car. Seriously this place is more like a NASCAR pitcrew! Within 30 minutes they had changed a tire and my oil. With a place as busy as them Ive waited over an hour for just an oil change!

I called Hibdons to see about having my oil changed . They were unable to schedule me a time for that day so I opted to schedule an appointment for the following day at 9 am. I arrived at my scheduled time. After waiting an 1 1/2 hours I go to see what the hold up is. I was then informed that oil changes happen as next in . The lobby hasnt had more than 5 people in it all morning its not like they were backed up . Why SCHEDULE an appointment with a customer for a service to be done if you dont follow the schedule. Here it is10:30 and they still hadnt even started. Just give me my truck back. This shop has been getting worse over the past few years. I definitely dont recommend them for anything other than tires. Customer service and lack of communication sucks.

Cant get a better deal on tires or warrenty on said tires and they are super quick- if ur tax exempt call day before make a appointment and let them know ur tax exempt that way no waiting while they call for ur tax exempt verification.

This place literally has the cheapest tires in this town. I called every place in lawton and couldnt find anything less then $120. And no one even had the size I needed. Normally Im pleased with the service. This time I had work done on 3 different vehicles. On the first vehicle they did all mayor work but over looked small things like replacing wiper blades and cleaning battery. The second vehicle they changed the 4 tires but failed to do oil change, so had to take car back.

I took my truck here in Lawton, Ok. My truck is lifted with 35 tires and they are hard to balance from past experiences. My truck had just a very slight bobble in the rear so I figured I had better get it fixed so I did. They balanced and rotated all 4 tires. Well i got on the highway the very next day and it was so violently shaking but I had to get to where I was going. Couldnt go over 60mph all the way to Denton, TX.VERY DISSATISFIED

The staff was extremely helpful. The manager even busted her butt to make sure my parts were reasonably priced and turned a very expensive break job into an affordable fix. And instead of a week or longer my car will be ready in a couple days!

The time management is horrible!!!!! Had an appointment at 10am hour an a half later still waiting to be seen. Should tell customers its better to make an appointment when the customer is still waiting after the appointment time!

6 hour wait.

We are from out of state as my son graduated from basic. We needed some help with a tire losing air and needed to get out on the road. They patched the tire, and got us on the move within 30 mins on a Saturday. Great place and nice people. Didn’t charge a dime.

I had gotten a alignment awhile back when i got back from korea they got it done went and drove off noticed it pulling to the left. I brought it back in december they supposedly fixed it. Couple months later now i notice my drivers tire is worn down on the inside took it into a different place to get it checked they said the camber was way out of wack dont know if they couldnt fix it or if ihey were to lazy to now i have to pay for another alignment and get it done right

This place always takes good care of my tire needs. They have competitive prices, are considerate of my time, and i trust them.

UPDATE: PLEASE READ MY TOTAL REVIEW...(6-21-19) My review will start with I want to give 5 stars to the mechanic (Chris) that did the work on my truck. He was excellent and if this review only concerned him, I would definitely give five-star rating.I called Hibdon this morning regarding getting an alignment for my 1999 Ford F250 Super Duty. To the credit of whom I talked to, he said bring it in and he would get it fitted in and done. This was nice because I live an hour away from Lawton Oklahoma and diesel isn’t cheap and neither is a person’s time.I arrive to the store and am told it’ll be 30 minutes or so. Not an issue, I was purchasing the lifetime alignment, and especially since they were fitting me in. They put my truck up on the ramps and started doing their thing. So, they found out that my ball joints were bad. Took a moment to show me and gave me a price.Long story short they ended up replacing all my ball joints, front control arm, and charged my ac. Now don’t get me wrong all these things needed to be done. The mechanic Chris was excellent, he stayed late to make sure he completed all the work, very customer friendly and I would recommend anyone to trust his workmanship.Last they put my truck back on alignment. All work was done they pulled it out and parked the truck out front for me. I went inside and paid. Let me stress I PAID a considerable amount which honestly didn’t bother me because stuff needed fixed. Hibdon can look up my name and see the large amount I paid. This is almost 630 pm now. I didn’t have any coupons or gift cards. On the lighter side regarding price, THEY DO GIVE A MILITARY DISCOUNT, which is a plus thank you Hibdon for supporting our troops.I paid and got in truck and headed to Lowes to pick up some materials. The steering wheel felt a little lose but I honestly didn’t think much of it. We are talking about a 99 f250 super duty, older and heavy duty. I got what I needed at lowes then headed home. When I got on hwy 62 heading west I started noticing a considerable issue. My truck was pulling to the right and I had to adjust the steering wheel pulling it to the left to keep it on the highway. Only thing I could thing in my head was “I just had over a thousand dollars’ worth of work, paid for a lifetime alignment, and my truck won’t even drive straight.”I don’t know what happened, but it seems the alignment wasn’t done correctly or something. Make sure after you get an alignment there you immediately go do a test drive, take your vehicle up on the highway and make sure your alignment is good.Now everyone will look at this and think quit whining you have a lifetime alignment, take it back and get it corrected. This is what I say regarding that. I live an hour away, not 5 minutes to just run by Hibdon and get it straightened out, and diesel isn’t cheap.Last, I want to make sure people know I am giving the 3-star review because of the alignment. When you drop 1800 bucks in repairs, and you drive an hour away for repairs you expect your truck to drive straight. I would have called Hibdon but they were closed by the time I got out of Lowes. I plan to call Monday and hope they can fix this even though it’ll take another trip and fuel to get it fixed. I also want to stress my mechanic was great, his work was great. The alignment is what was disappointing.UPDATE: Manager (Jackie) called me at noon today (6-22-19) and wanted to make things right. Even though I had to drive a hour in to work on the alignment Hibdon compensated me with fuel to do it. This time the alignment tech took my truck for a test drive first then put it up on the alignment racks and fixed the issue. This time the technician took my truck for a test drive after the alignment to ensure it was fixed. Thank you Chris and the crew at Hibdon for taking care of me. I still encourage if you get an alignment anywhere make sure you have it test driven before you leave no matter what shop you have it done. I have updated my review to 5 stars because of the hard work of the Hibdon crew. Thanks again.

A situation that was going south real quick was fixed. I had called on Monday and made an appointment for 10 A.M. today. I had been quoted a certain tire at a certain price. I was getting pretty upset because I had left my paper work at home that I had written everything down on. Jeremy was nice enough to fix me up and honor the price that I was told on a better tire, and got me in quick. I hope whoever I talked to on Monday gets in trouble for not doing his job, but I praise Jeremy for stepping up and doing the right thing. I will be back because of him.
