They were able to take 4 ladies for an appointment, and promptly started us at our appointment time. The pedicures were lovely and done well! They had a good selection of colors and pedicure options.The dip powder manicure I received was not great…They were a little heavy handed with the electric file when taking off my old dip powder IMO. I specifically said I was happy with my current length, just wanted an oval shape, but they were still cut and ended up shorter than I wanted.My main issue resided in how rough my nail tech was with the sponge file and brush. She was quite literally hitting my hands with the brush just to get the excess powder off. Then she was rough with the file and caused slight abrasion on my fingers. My nails also were not shaped with an electric file, so they’re flat and lumpy in some places.I’m from out of town, but I would check out a different nail salon next time or just use this salon for pedicures.

DO NOT go to grand nails ever!!!The man who was doing my nails name was Alan. He was horribly rude and rolled his eyes anytime I spoke. He was very rough and did not seem to care about his job or doing a halfway decent job. When I got outside in the sunlight, I saw how horrible these nails were. I have NEVER in my life seen nails so bad. I would be ashamed if this were my business.I went back in and asked for a refund and was told the only way I could get a refund is if I sat down for them to take my nails off. After already being there for 2 1/2 hours I was there for another hour while they took my nails off. Everyone in there except Angie had horrible attitudes and the nail station was extremely dirty. When they were taking my nails off they made three of my fingers bleed with the drill

I absolutely enjoyed coming here for the first time. The owner was just so sweet and polite. I got there pretty late and they close at 7 but they did my nails and after my nails were done they also did my pedicure. So they ended up staying an additional 45 minutes for me. My nails came out okay but I believe it was lost in translation. I didnt come prepared to show him my nails I did want so I just got a playing French tip coffin-shaped. But the coffin shape is very uneven. When I go back in two weeks I will get them fixed and it should be a lot better.

I will definitely be going back!! Angie, who did my nails did an amazing job with my acrylic set. Despite being short staffed I was in and out quickly and my nails look very crisp and professional. Angie did an excellent job managing all the clients who were coming in and out and was very attentive to each person that came in. She was up front about the potential wait time due to being short staff and addressed each client kindly and professionally. The salon is clean and inviting and prices are not crazy high. If you are looking for a good salon in Lawton this is it!

Super unprofessional to anyone who isn’t a regular. Does an absolutely horrid job, paint is all messed up and all around my fingers. When asking for a refund because of how awful they were, was yelled at. Disrespectful, awful, terrible quality. They WILL make your fingers bleed. Also 4 my nails fell off in two days!! Don’t let the number of high reviews fool you, I’m really not sure how they have them. I only left a star because it wouldn’t let me write a review without one. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Clueless on why this place has high ratingsI went to get a pedicure and as I walk in no one greets me until I say excuse me. I went here because for some odd reason they have the best reviews. I got the the 33$ dollar package and other customers that got the same package as me received different services . Some had lotion, some got no massage and some got what they are paying for. Each person is not trained to a standard. The lady kept wiping off the over spill from her lack of painting skills and I was not impressed.Some people were asked if they want water, I was not. I just sat there. The lady didn’t even ask me for my nail color . I had to let them know I hadn’t picked yet by the time she did all her shenanigans.Needless to say I will not be returning. I was so disappointed

In town for my sons wedding in Medicine Park. Bridal party wanted to do nails Friday morning. Read all the reviews and chose this salon as none of us are from here. Could not have been happier. Very courteous. professional and accomodating. I will be back if we make here for Hotter Than Hell in August. Thank you again!!

First experience at Grand Nail Spa was a SUCCESS! The establishment is clean and the employees were professional and polite. Angie did my acrylic full set and pedicure and she DID NOT disappoint. She was very attentive to my needs and met my expectations to the T!!! If you’re looking for a salon that has a good atmosphere this is the place to go!!

Came in on Sunday, it’s now Tuesday and my gel manicure is already chipping and lifting. The entire experience was chaotic, not sure who exactly did my nails, she didn’t work at a desk with her name on it. Throughout the whole process she kept stopping to spank her toddler who was running around climbing on her, at one point she was filing my nails and she stopped and took that very nail file to slap her toddler with it. She applied the coats super uneven, and the entire experience was awful. I will not be returning.

Angela is AWESOME! She gives the VERY BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! She takes her time to go the extra mile for you! She is great!!

I am honestly not sure how this place has such a great rating because I have tried it twice and been disappointed twice! Both times I made an appointment for 9:30am (the time they open) and have had to wait 20+ minutes because ALL the employees are late. The actual pedicure I received was good but the manicure was bad. All of my nails are different lengths, I got cut & bled on 2 nails, and the simple flower design I asked for is messy and inconsistent. I wish she would have just told me she wasn’t able to copy the design I showed her in a picture I brought. I will not be coming back...

Absolutely amazing experience! We were there for the first time, and it was packed, but everyone was so friendly and inviting. I had an appointment, arrived on time and we were taken care of right away. My friend got a pedicure and I got an acrylic set with designs and everyone that took care of us did a fantastic job. Although I had an appointment, I felt very rushed because they were busy with walk ins. Typically appointments are treated as priority. I spent $90 on a gel pedicure and manicure and the edges were terrible and not clean. I said something to the person doing my nails and she looked at me sideways. I will never come here again and frankly recommend saving the money and having your 8 year old niece do it instead.

Waited 2 hours just to be seated, me and my sister had came in to get our nails done and he told us it was going to be a 25min wait. when he asked me if I liked the way the looked I said yes and he keep filing which left my nails uneven and the side to be rounded (on multiple nails) the paint job wasn’t the best either I didn’t notice until I got into my car and they had already been close. my sister nails we’re uneven and there were water droplets left in the acrylic, paint job wasn’t the best either.

I had an amazing experience here. I wanted to wait before writing this review. I’m super picky about my nails. I moved here from Seattle. And it took me about a year to finally have the trust in someone to do my nails. I’m absolutely happy with the service this nail salon provides. This was my first set done by them in October. I’ve since had a couple more fills and they have all been amazing and beautiful. This set particularly set the tone for professionalism through this nail salon. The owner (Andy I think, sorry if I’m wrong) even stayed after their closing hours to finish my nails. I really wanted this design and he hand painted it. We were there until 8:30pm making sure my nails were perfect. And he even went through the effort of trying on and curing a color onto his own nail so I could see what it would look like. He’s a life saver because once he cured the nail color I actually didn’t end up liking it so we went with this color instead. NOT disappointed at all! These lasted two weeks before I needed a fill. And that’s actually not normal for my nails. For some reason my nails shatter and lift after about a week. However I learned that he uses solar nail powder and not acrylic nail powder. This has made a dramatic difference in the strength and the duration of my nails. This is especially noteworthy as I clean, wash dishes, and cook every day. Plus during this time I was also going into hot tubs and pools. The set I’m currently wearing has lasted two weeks without a single nail Lifting at all. I’m absolutely happy with their services. Sorry this was so long. I’m just really passionate and nit picky about my nails so I tend to trust reviews before I ever walk into a nail salon.

I came as a walk in. Was treated with respect and courtesy. My nail technician was wonderful. I was SO relaxed having the special pedicure. She did a lovely massage on my calves and feet. Im from Pennsylvania, but if and when I again visit Oklahoma, Id definitely go back. After all the driving Ive done, my feet feel great and Im ready for the rest of my visit with my son. Thank you.👣

Just went for the first time, it was nice! They did seem a bit rushed but they were very friendly and accommodated my appointment. My pedicure was nice, just a basic package. They didn’t get all the skin off but it still felt good! I had my nails done for the first time, the girl that did them was friendly. she did seem to go a bit fast which caused ridges in some of my nail polish that i didn’t notice until afterwards so some of them are bumpy but overall i’m happy with my services and will be returning :)

The worst and most painful pedicure I ever received I am still bleeding! Plus my French manicure paint job looks like a 3 year old did it. On top of it all she was rude and acted like it was my fault I was bleeding!

This lady named angelic or something rushed and did a very sloppy job. After 4 days my nails started lifting so I called they told me to come in and they will fix it. 6 of my nails were starting to lift and she only fixed three and she didnt even fix those three correctly. She had an attitude when I showed her all of them and I told her well I just wont come back if thats the case she didnt care at all. Worst mistake of my life I would never go back there

So Ive been coming to this salon since they opened and always had a great experience but lately my new lady Angie has just been super bomb! She understands the value of a great pedicure and you can tell she knows what she is doing. All of the workers here are very nice and professional.
