I have been going here for year to get my eyebrows waxed but once Cathy moved and her cousin took over it has been horrible! She is rude, mean and very unprofessional! I understand that I don’t get the most expensive thing but there are time when I would get a manicure and pedicure for me and my boyfriend. Wish it was ran better!

I like coming here. Very friendly and they remember my daughters and i, that if one doesnt go with me they all of shes ok. I like that

Ive been a customer at Cathys for many years & still I get the same great service as always. They always greet me with a smile. The facility is very nice & the staff is very professional & courteous.

I love Cathys, Ive been going for about 6 months and I havent had one problem, endless color selection and great atmosphere, I love all of the employees they have all done my nails at least once.

I have been visiting Cathys Nails on a regular basis for many years. They are always friendly and very attentive. They always remember me and take special care to make sure I am pampered. My daughter enjoys going there as well and if I come in without her, they always ask where she is.I enjoy the location as it is across from the mall and close enough to my office so that I can stop in on my lunch hour or after work for a quick wax or manicure. They will always get my business and if I do have to go somewhere else due to convenience or whatever the reason, I always go back to Cathys.The downtown location brings in some riff-raff off the street, but Lawton in general has this problem..I so hate seeing negative reviews on this little establishment. They are great people and the atmosphere is always pleasant.

Always a wonderful setting and a great salon to have your nails done, nails done to your PERFECTION.

So i went to this nail salon for the first time and heard such great things about it and I wanted Dip which a lot of nail places in Lawton don’t have yet. While I was there I got the Dip and a Manicure. The Manicure was the worst one I’ve ever had. She put my hands in a cold bowl of water that she got from the pedicure tub took them out quickly and did an awful job at trimming my cuticles. That’s all she did for $12. She then did not give me the shape that I asked for, for my nails. Also when she was filing my nails she nicked me on two of my fingers and they both bled a little bit. I got nail extension along with the Dip. They told me it was going to be $38 and when I checked my card I was charged $45 and I tipped the girl $5 so in total I wasted $50 and was not impressed with what I got for the money I spent. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is that my nails didn’t look awful.

Cathy has always done an amazing job on my nails and shes so gentle! Ive had good and bad experiences with other nail techs here, but cathy is consistently amazing. Highly recommended cathy or her sister (wish I could remember her name).

Ummmmmm never going here again. They cant do nails. I asked for a refund and she walked out my face. Disrespectful employees. One of the ladies said to come back the next day so i could get them fixed. I came back. Waited.. and the guy there gave me my money back and told me to take my business somewhere else. Never fixed my nails they look terrible and im pissed.

When I went in to get my nails done I showed the nail tech a picture of how I wanted my nails, he said, yes we can do that! Before he started I asked him if the color I chose will be okay with the color I have underneath, making sure it wasnt going to show through, he said it will be ok. When he got done with my nails they looked HORRIBLE! you could see the color underneath and it was nothing like the picture that he said he could do. When I told him that I didnt like them and that you could see the color underneath and they dont look anything like the picture I showed him, he said, well thats how it turned out. In shock, I said well Im not happy with them. He RUDELY then said, you want to redo them? I said, either redo or take them completely off. He then stormed off, grabbed some solution in a bowl, told me to stick my nails in it and then left me sitting with my hands in the solution for a good hour while he did someone elses nails. He was rude the rest of the time I was there. I will never go back to that place!!!

1st time going, the gentleman did my nails was great & friendly, actually had a conversation unlike other places. Next visit will have to try mani pedi.

I like the staff here. They are patient but sometimes the wait is too long. Its better if you make an appointment. The first time I went there I had a real bad nail fungus from another place here in town and they got rid of it. I always get exactly what I want.

I got my nails done an 2 days later had to go see a doctor. I have a staff infection. My fingers are in so much pain. They definitely lost me as a customer.

Walked in and out in an hour! No appointment. Got my daughter and I both done. Friendly staff.

Went in shop to get my eyebrows waxed and my daughter nail color changed on her toes..the owner daughter did not want to get up out of kids butterfly mini pedi chair for service for my daughter. .the father told her to get up and bargain with her she refused..my daughter wanted to get in chair to get toes done she has had her feelings hurt because that should not have happen..she still crying for that chair..so I paid for my eyebrows and refused service for toes cause he wanted my baby to sit in another chair..wrong answer that chair is for customers not employees kids or employees when they are not receiving services...never again to disappoint a 4 yr old ..poor business. ..take her to daycare. ..

NEVER returning here, HORRIBLE customer service and mediocre nail job.
