Super fast service, great prices. Only a couple small things I wish were different. They didnt replace the moulding on the sides of the windshield but did replace the top. They forgot to reattach the vacuum line for the vacuum reservoir and didnt plug in the hose for the washer fluid. On a good note they vacuumed out the front seat and cleaned the dash

The experience at Gene Burk Auto Glass was fantastic. I called gave them the make and model of my car for the replacement of my windshield. They ordered it I made an appointment two days later it was installed and they did a fantastic job at a great price! Looks just like it rolled off the assembly line!

Pretty much the only place in town that will replace your car glass. Pricey but good service.

I have used Gene Burke Glass on 3 cars and a window. They have done exactly what I needed without leaks. They are professional and courteous while working. Dont take a chance when paying hard earned money to someone for the glass.

Had windshield put in and the mirror fell down and took a chunk of glass out with it and they wont replace it said pulling on it. Its just me in my truck and I dont pull on mirrors. This is the only place I have glass put in. But now Im going to find another to do business, I have 2 more cars to do windshields and wont be at Gene Burk. Add to I LIKE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE ME RIGHT I DONT KNOW HOW MANY CARS I HAVE TAKEN THERE. I TALKED TO MIKE WHEN I WENT BACK DOWN THERE TO SHOW THEM. I HAD THE MIRROR FALL DOWN AND TOOK TO THEM AND THEY GLUED BACK UP AND IT STAYED FOR AWHILE, THEN FELL AGAIN WITH GLASS GLUED TO IT.

My front window was broke and they fixed in half a day. Friendly staff. About 2 months later the rear view mirror fell off and was just hanging by the wires. I took it back and they said that sometimes happens. They fixed it again at no cost to me. So far it is holding great.
