I called for a roadside repair which they said they would go out and check it out. Technician called and said he didnt know anything about a Mercedes engine and claimed I owed over 100.00. I told the technician to have his boss call me because i feel like I shouldnt owe a bill. His boss called and asked me if I was refusing to pay, I told him I wasnt refusing to pay, but I feel we needed to discuss. He said well if you are refusing to pay, dont call us again. OK
