Extremely quick service. Met with Mr Hiner on Friday and the roof was completed the following Monday. Very polite and a joy to work with. Highly recommended.

I contacted Hiner Homes Construction to come out and access for a driveway, stem wall, and for a privacy fence. We had an appointment at 3pm on 9 June 2021. I arrived home at 3pm. I noticed at 2:55 Moose (manager) left me a voicemail that he got there early but had to leave for another job estimate. When I contacted Moose upset, he made me feel as though it was my fault for not being there early when he said” you’re mad at me for being early and we haven’t even started working for you”. He did eventually send one of his crews out to look at what I wanted. After several repeated phones calls asking for the estimate which took 3 weeks to get the estimate for the job. The invoice said driveway, stem wall and privacy fence for$82, 065.74!! No explanation of what that cost is associated with, such as how much concrete is to be use, length of fence and driveway. Zero explanation at all. When I called Hiner homes wanting a breakdown they informed me that’s not how they do things!! As a consumer I’d like to know where they are getting their quote and how are they justifying this astronomical fee. I feel as though without telling me they didn’t want the job so they randomly just came up with a figured. This is a veteran owned business, and as a Veteran myself, I’m very disappointed at how Hiner homes handled this from the very beginning and how they chose not to disclosed the price breakdown! Not very professional at all.

In December 2020 I reached out to this company in hopes of having my damaged roof, gutter, siding, and patio covering repaired. I am in the army serving overseas and was not able to address any damages so I relied on Hiner for honest good quality work. It was damaged by a storm which left my roof and patio cover severely dented, siding ripped from my home, and exterior lights and shutter dangling. Initially they were great and got the roof on in a timely manner. But that is honestly the only good thing they did and even then after having my home inspected prior to selling it, the inspector noted that in some areas the roof was done with poor quality leading it to fail inspection. Fast forward four months of them doing absolutely nothing they finally put gutters on. After multiple emails and phone calls of them lying to me and continually delaying scheduled times for repairs it brings us to April when they finally finished the patio cover. After multiple requests (5 or 6 different times) they had failed to address the exterior lights so my realtor took it upon herself to fix it. Please keep in mind that they had continuously delayed me from closing and selling my house because the inspector noted the quality of work was not up to par so I insist that Hiner go back out and finalize repairs. So in all it took multiple attempts, multiple calls multiple requests and five months for them to complete work. Once they claimed the work was completed I insisted for my realtor to go out and check on their repairs. However Himer Homes threatened me with a lien against my own home only because I refused to pay them until I was assured that the work I am paying for was completed and done so in a professional manner. All in all do not recommend. They attempted to take advantage of the fact that I am halfway around the world and performed their job in a poor and untimely manner. FIND SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIRS!

When I initially reached out to Hiner Homes for roofing and fencing, I felt there was inadequate communication from them. I expressed these concerns and then I received a visit from both the owner and his superintendent. They both came to personally address the issues I had and were quick to fix any problems that arose. This is a company that really cares about their customers and their community.Hiner Homes did a complete roof replacement, and repaired or replaced the fence. The materials used and the quality of work was always above standard. They were very punctual and tried to be as unintrusive as they could.There was a very minor issue with some landscaping damage from the roof replacement. Hiner Home’s superintendent, Moose, stepped in quickly and had it taken care of as though nothing had happened.I’ve had such a positive interaction with this company that all projects I have, I go straight to them. I know they will always provide excellent quality services.TL:DRHiner Homes provides excellent quality services, truly cares about their customers and is willing to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.

They also put new gutters on, fixed drywall, and did some other small repairs highlighted by the insurance company. I called them to come out to Duncan to give us a quote on a roof and they were really nice and got out as quick as they could and sent me the quote via email. The quote was done by satellite imaging. It was reasonable pricing compared to the other companies that had done an estimate.

For the 21 yrs.that weve lived in our house, we had a horrible, huge pink jacuzzi tub which we used maybe 4 times. We contracted Chris to remove it and build us a large walk-in shower and we couldnt be happier. Chris gave us a fair price, told us when he woud be here and everything that would be involved. The shower is absolutely beautiful with a rain head, normal shower head. a hand held spray and two boody sprays. The walls and floor were done in stone. We cannot be happier with Chriss work and professionalism. We are extremely proud to reccommend him and his crew for any construction job; Thanks so much Chris.
