Lica did an EXCELLENT job on my luxury red oak hardwood floor installation! If you want courteous, hardworking, professional, and efficient service Lica Hardwood Floors is the BEST! I would not hesitate to recommend their company if you are looking for a quick, quality install. They removed lots of carpeting and added solid red oak floors and stairs, which really upgraded the look of our home. Our Floors look EXCELLENT!

I usually dont post reviews but I must rave about this company! BECAUSE THEY ARE AWESOME! They are proud and confident of their work. Not only that, their willingness to work with their customer makes me want to trust and do business with them.A few weeks ago, I was stressing out when the appliance delivery guys were making cracks and dents on my brand new floor. Plus, I had to re-install my front door frame which created a lot of dents and scratches on the floor. But George who worked on my floor came to the rescue and repaired all the dents and cracks. He was super cool, friendly, and honest about his work process. While he was working, I can sense that he was respectful of my space! and most importantly, $$ was awesome! The final result was phenomenal! I had the best experience with Lica Hardwood Floors!!

Certainly tried very hard not to have to write this review. After a friend recommended Lica, we signed on to have them do our floors. First of all, we were told it would be a five day job. This estimate was not even close.There were several days of no show, with no calls to let us know no one would be showing up. Because of the fumes, we had to stay in hotels much longer than anticipated. Lica did agree to pay for 1 night. There were so many excuses and were pressured to pay in full before completion. He continually told us that he lived close by and if we encountered any problems, he would run by and take care of them. He began work on March 16th, its now September and he will not return our calls. We have made numerous calls to him asking when he might come. There are divots all over the floor, (one complete square hole with no flooring to cover) that ofcourse, never were filled in prior to the poly coating. After weeks and weeks of calling and being told they would be by, we finally called and said if you dont respond to us with a date you can come fix these problems, we will have to place an honest review on your webpage that wont be positive. That has been months ago. We have found out after the fact that the reason for our half way job and no shows, is due to the fact that he had numerous other jobs going on at the same time. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend. His word is no good!

Do not get your work done with this company. They give you a low price no doubt but cheat you at the end and don’t give you the service that was agreed on. Mr Ali is such a liar and he uses abusive language with his clients and not at all professional. He lies on top of his head. If you decide to hire this company do not pay them any money until the work is done and you are completely satisfied. I have had the worst and dishonest experience from this company and mr Ali. Be careful people. They are cheaters!!

I would have given them five stars but I am having an issue with a gaping board. I tried contacting Ali and the owner, but still no one has come by to fix it as of this review. They dont stand behind their labor warranty and dont seem to care after they got your money.

Alex C. installed my lica hardwood floor and did a very good job. Also, I had a small item for repair and he promptly came and took care of it. He is a very polite, most pleasant and hard-working young man and would always recomment him and his work quality.

Vasile and crew are excellently. Floors look fantastic. Hardwoods installed efficiently and professionally. Recommend highly.

Man, the guys were awesome. Even I had the appointment on Fri and Sat, but they couldnt make it, so they came on Sun even though they always close on Sunday and finished my whole house for almost 11 hrs (started around 12PM) because one of the guys went home early around 7:30PM, so it could have been much faster. They didnt bring enough stuff to do and told me they would come back on Monday morning and I was fine with that, but the boss stopped by to give them more and helped his employee out. It was hot, and Im sure they were tired and hungry too, but they respected their job as well as the customers, so the did everything perfectly from the start to the end. For real though, the guys skills are awesome. You got my business man.Update: 6/18/2019After 2 years, my floor still looking shiny and new as the beginning. There is absolutely no funny spots on the floor at all. Everything is looking flat, even and beautiful. I will definitely hire them again for my own house in the future soon.

I had a bad experience with this company.I found that the sales person was pushy and did not keep his word.The laminate that I purchased is the right color, but the shoe molding was not replaced with the same product, as the original. I was told that it would be replaced with the same as what was there for no additional charge.Additionally, there is an irritating sound when one walks on the surface of the laminate, as if there is no underlayment.I stayed in my bedroom, with my dogs, while this project was performed, trusting the workers to do their best.I may be at fault for part of the result, but I was disappointed with this project.

Excellent work by professionals. Upfront about what they would do and they did it. Moved the furniture for the job and moved it back when finished. We are so pleased with the family room hardwood flooring, that we will have the master bedroom done in a few months.

Had entire 1st level floors replaced july 2017. Boards are now popping and can tell they did not lay them level even though I paid to have the skim level my slab. I have tried to get a hold of them multiple times with the promise of being called back. Their 5 year workmanship warranty is a sham.

Last week Lica installed hardwood floor upstairs & downstairs of our home. They did excellent quality of job to finished the work on time. Also, total project cost was reasonable as compared to other contractors. I will recommend Lica to future customers, who might need this hardwood floor without any reservations.

I have tried for over a month to get this company to fix my floor they installed. No one ever calls me back, I speak with the owner Lica who promises to call me, but never does. I have gaps in my wood floors where the boards werent pushed together.My floors are a disaster and now they wont make it right.

BEWARE!!!! They came out and replaced my flooring and left all the gabage and material in my garage/back deck. When i called Andrew said they would be bcak to pick it up the next day and never did. I called and texted several times and all i would hear is they would come pick it up but never did. Here we are weeks later and now im left to pay for another company to come out and do a junk removal from Licas work. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!!

Do not use this company. I replaced my flooring Nov2017. I waited and waited for this company to fix the issue I have with them but it came to this where I have to leave a bad review. When they first installed my floor I hated the color the sale guy Ali said “oh don’t worry the color will change” that was not true. Also I have cracks, waves, and the floor start lifting Ali said “oh the floor will settle” not true. Lica Hardware took my hard earn money $8,650. I have a year warranty because I wrote a bad review 7 months later they told me to take the review off and then they will fix my floor. People don’t be fool by this company their work is the worse.

Very professional. Most importantly they did what they said they would do. The new floor turned out excellent and was installed solidly.

Owner does not stand by the lifetime warranty, he wont pick up the phone once he finds out there is an issue with the floors. Floors were installed October of 2017 and are completely buckling and lifting off the ground. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend this company at all.

Gave me a quote which was competive. However, the problem was they never showed for work. Followed up a couple of times abd then i gave up. Not reliable . Not trustworthy. Ali, the salesman talks sweet but will not return calls.

The laminate we had put down looks really good, the installer was a professional. Initially quoted a one day job and took a half of day .

Five stars for the pricing, installation and overall quality. Guys were nice and worked hard. They showed up when promised and kept going until the job was done. If you are having existing wood floors demod to put new ones down, be sure you cover EVERYTHING as the dust and debris is serious (found that out the hard way). Only areas to improve was on the cleanup (one night an entire room was a mess - ended up shop vacuuming it myself) and some of the quarter round install had gaps. In the end, relatively small issues for a big install project (1250 sft)

Great company my floor look amazing !!!

Lica Flooring has done a terrible job on the floors at my coworkers house. The owner promised to deliver high quality work and insisted he is so nice because he is Romanian and hes going to leave them wowed! He sure did... they do not care about the space they work in so if you value your home, dont allow them to ruin it. The workers tracked all the dirt throughout, they left holes gaping around the corners, the wood started to buckle, they did not apply the shine varnish/coat as they were instructed to. They did however overcharge a few thousand more for the repairs required due to their mistakes and to clean the walls as they did not cover with plastic prior to starting work/sanding. On top of that, they had to call an actual cleaner and pay her $400+ to clean as their cleaning crew did not do a competent job. As soon as there is a problem with their work, they ghost on you worse that a deadbeat dad that left to go get himself a cigarette pack. If you want quality flooring, id recommend Atlanta United Flooring llc. These guys give Romanians a bad name, dont let their charades fool you.
