They came out and removed tree limbs from power lines. They were extremely polite and professional. Would recommend to anyone

Good co. My husband works for them 👍🏻Wow people complain too much, but they don say how bad they talk to them, they are yust doing their job, the team always cuts only what they need to cut, but many people think they owe every single tree 🌲, people need to understand the power line must be clean so they won’t end without power in bad weather, And for what I know my husband crew are very responsible with their job if they mess by accident they will fix it all the time, driving those truck 🛻 s is not easy in such small places sometimes, people pls . You don’t owe all the trees 🌳.

Storms left some oak limbs arcing last night and CobbEMC cut the offending limbs down. They left a big pile and promised sometime would come by today to clean up. Bobby from W. A. Kendell brought out a team. They cleaned up the big stuff into a chipper. Then they pulled out a rake and leaf blower and detailed the yard, driveway and street. Thanks for the excellent work!

Lowest paying job sketchy equipment best move of my life was to leave them

I was actually an employee with WA Kendall. I’ve did storm & worked my tail off noComplaints. I was exposed toCovid during our work meeting and was told leave work and get tested. Two days went by I never heard anything, next thing you know I was terminated. No phone call, no conference, no anything. Still to this day I wonder what happened to my job.

They treat employees bad they bring in there friends and family and promote them not the ones that worked hard for a promotion worst company to ever work for the bosses are terrible they do not care about the employees safety or about the employees

They pulled up on my street to trim trees and without asking completely blocked my car into my driveway and also my mailbox. This is so unprofessional. There was plenty of open space on the street for them to use and without even bothering to communicate with me they blocked my entire driveway with my car sitting out there. They knew someone was here. Unacceptable. Only gave two stars because the women I had to call about this was very nice and told me she would call them to move, but they did not move....

Crews have been on our road for MONTHS! Never seen such inefficiency and wasted time

Kendall was contracted by Entergy to trim our trees back from the power lines. Instead they butchered my pear trees, caltalpa trees (won’t have worms this year) and my Crepe Myrtles. And to make it worse, when they left here yesterday, my two American Bullies were gone from my yard. I can’t prove exactly who took them but Kendall workers are the only ones on security cameras yesterday. I am very very unhappy.

You would hope a company could use the good judgement when choosing to do business in highly populated areas of the neighborhood, city, or county. Unfortunately that has not been mine or my neighbors experience this early Saturday morning. They have been outside my house with their chainsaws on the ONE DAY A WEEK I GET TO SLEEP IN!!!I understand businesses do conduct business on the weekends. However, I think they should take into consideration where they are conducting their business before proceeded.

This Company cut my trees for the electric company. They hacked and chopped them to pieces. Then drove their trucks in my yard and left ruts. They dont care!

This company was contracted by jackson electric for clearing tree limbs away from power lines and i am a home owner. when first asking permission they agreed. to call ahead before commencing the work but received no call. have no trespassing clearly posted and was out when crew arrived. have doorbell connected at foot of porch steps and a gate at top with lock and chain. when i arrived home from grocery they had already well begun their trimming. when i inquired why it was that i had not been notified in advance as promised they said they were given the go ahead but knocked at front door before proceeding work. i inquired how it was that they knocked at front door when i had the gate chained and locked and was told that they stepped over it! they just roughshod their way onto my property with no regard to my rights as a homeowner. jackson electric should evaluate their customer ratings before awarding a service contract.. update: kendall bush tree service left me with a mess. ive taken pictures. im 72 and disabled and had to go out and finish the clean up.work they left behind. i have it in a pile in same location that the crew used earlier and they are still working in immediate area and are aware of the new pile so i expect they will return to complete chipping and shredding. if not ill have to call kendall directly. contractors - subcontractors - profit profit..be damned the quality of work. if they could they would subcontract it out to china. UPDATE: they just cut down an entire mature tree on the other side of the fence on my property w/o my permission when its always been trimmed in the past by contractors. i inquired as to why they cut down my tree and was told a neighbor told them to. geesus!

Too much favoritism in the field

They were terrible they came out for the estimate and said they would get back with me but never did so I called them and told them no one ever sent me a quote or called so they said they were sorry and would get someone to contact me but once again nothing I called one more time but nothing, i guess they didnt need the work

My self and others in the neighborhood had some concerns and several issues regarding the behavior of the staff on site.The president himself was very professional despite my short fuse and frustration. I feel like my claim was actually taken seriously.A majority of these bad reviews pretain to staff shortcomings, maybe theres an issue in screening these people, who knows, i just feel id offer a fair shake considering the way the president himself sought to mitigate the issues at hand.

Poor work they came on my property and ruined my tree completely unacceptable u can see they was only a foot into powerlines and they cut it all the way back to the center of the tree

They were trimming the trees from the power and cable lines in the area, and they left the trimmings on the ground and in the ditch. They said they would be back the next day to clean up due to the rain. That was over a month ago and now when it rains, the water has nowhere to go except to flood my property. If they want a good review, they need to do a lot better job....

Ignorant driver for this company just tried attempted to run us (myself, my fiancé, and two kids) off the road!!! Incredibly unprofessional. I’ll be posting the pictures on yelp of the tag and him passive aggressively waving as I took a picture of the truck.

This company was contracted by my electric company (Jackson EMC) to remove a tree on my property that had branches hanging over a power line. They cut the tree, chipped the branches, and then left the trunk pieces piled up on the side of my house next to my fence. When I asked them about taking the big pieces of trunk away, I was told that those pieces were unable to go into the chipper, and that I could use them as firewood. First of all, you can chip up big branches that you cut with a chainsaw but not pieces of tree trunk???? Secondly, the pieces were left in huge cuts, not cut up for firewood. Thirdly, I dont have a fireplace or a chainsaw to cut the trunk up. So, I called Jackson EMC and told them what happened and I was told that a different truck usually comes out and collects the trunk pieces. I then get a phone call from a man that worked at the tree company and he told me that all they do is cut the tree down, chip the branches and leave the trunk behind for firewood. I asked him if they had a way to remove the big pieces of trunk since I dont have a need for firewood and those big pieces are going to kill my grass. He told me that he would see what he could do but most likely they could come back out and cut it up into firewood for me but it wouldnt be until next week. So I called the electric company back up and told them what I had been told by the tree company and they said they would look into it. Well guess who showed up about 30 min. later, the same tree company with the same crew and the same chipper. The exact same chipper that couldnt chip the big pieces of tree trunk earlier in the day, but was now miraculously able to chip those big pieces of tree trunk. This company employs people who are lazy and dont want to do their job. Dont waste your time hiring these people.

One in Ohio is terrible to work for. Only get to move up in company if you are friends with Forman . Who also likes to hire his buddies and put them above ppl who have been working there. Also did out of town job, worked 12 hours that we still till this day did not got paid for.

These people are complete IDIOTS!!!! Whoever the person at Entergy that contracted Kendall to clear limbs for 15-ft right-of-way from power lines should be FIRED from Entergy. The Kendall guys apparently dont know how to measure since they cut 30-ft and OVER away from lines. Also, they have left huge messes all over town, and now there are 9-ft stumps everywhere! Huge, old live oaks....gone. Just murdered the trees!!! And nobody speaks any English. W.A. Kendall should be sued. I am giving ZERO stars.

These slapjacks hit my satellite dish with a falling tree limb and failed to let anyone at the residence know. Appreciate that...they re a sub for Cobb EMC as well as many other electrical providers Im sure.

Cont: Rebecca Kendall did stop the work and send them home making them apologize but that didnt help the trees or fix my day of dealing with them from 12N until 4 PM. She also adviosed that she had contacted AT&T and an engineer would be contacting me before the work is continued...still wont help the trees they butchered but at least she put forth an effort to help me and keep the peace and control her crew.

The spotters smoked weed in the truck while my brother was in the bucket doing his job and they decided to fire my brother!!! Plus my brother has a 1 month old son! They are the worst tree company they destroy peoples yards and leave them that way, they do terrible jobs, i would never recommend this tree service
