Horriable service. I would never recommend this company/sub contractor to anyone. Tech came out and could not provide the service I was paying for because he was to tired and it was to hot outside. Granted I offered him a water. Maybe he is being over worked but thanks to that tech I got a free months worth of service. If you are looking for free deals this would be the best company:

A Prince Telecom tech came to install new services for my neighbor. Our cable and internet come from he same junction box that is located inbetween our properties at the street. Once the tech started work, my internet went out. When I asked the tech about it, he denied cutting anyone’s service. Eventually he admitted his lie, but his excuse was that the tech who installed my service 3 months prior, didn’t label my line. So he cut an existing customers line to connect another customer. I work from home and became upset because he wasn’t taking responsibility for his actions, but blamed it on someone that wasn’t here. So before leaving he said that “I was going to fix it for you, but since you are being disrespectful I’m not going to do anything.” After restraining myself from getting physical, I decided calling the cable company was the best choice, who explained that regardless of what the previous tech did or didn’t label, he should have called to confirm service before disconnecting the line. If this company tolerates this type of terrible customer service, as well as a tech who takes shortcuts, then I can only image what other problems someone would have from them.
