Rude and unhelpful receptionist. Daughter didn’t feel well last night so I called to cancel and am still getting charged a no show fee, despite following COVID protocol. Receptionist received voicemail but did not inform me that I could switch to a tele-health appointment and told me that, on hour after she canceled the appointment, that it was too late to schedule a tele-health visit. It makes it feel like they care less about the patients and more about the money. Three stars cuase the counselors are great.
Waited 2 weeks for my appointment the a day before, the office manager spoke with someone’s sister and mixed up my name with someone else’s and canceled my appointment. No email or anything. The lady on the phone (Patricia) didn’t even acknowledge that it was their fault since I explained I don’t even have a sister in the country so I did not cancel. And she didn’t even sound concerned just said “well… you don’t have an appointment today so..”.
So far so good, my daughter seems to like the counselor, and the counselor has built a fairly good rapport with my daughter, even if they tag team me to get her McDonalds. Though their website needs some help.
