I am so glad I chose Merry Maids to get my home back into order! Sasha and Ashley did such a wonderful job deep cleaning my home. Very friendly and efficient. I was further impressed when an inspector arrived to check their work. I will definitely call Merry Maids again. Very pleased.

I had requested a move in cleaning for which I paid over 600 and I paid additional to have all the inside of the cupboards cleaned. I moved in a couple of days later and found that no attention was paid to the details. The bottom of the toilet still needed to be cleaned. The inside of cabinets still had cobwebs. I did not get the quality of service that i had paid for.

Skylar was assigned to provide the Deep clean service for my home. She was punctual, efficient, paid attention to detail, cleaned up after herself and left my home spotless . Thank you Skylar & Merry Maids of Lawrenceville!

Unfortunately they left a sink full of dirty dishes in the basement kitchen, and the floors all had to be redone. Inexcusable. Will not use ever again, or recommend

I will not use this service again. I had a deep clean the first time and had to have the crew come back because the quality wasnt even standard. Dirt left on the floors which were supposed to have been mopped, areas not completely dusted. The crew which cleaned the second time for my standard clean did a great job. The crew which did the cleaning today was terrible! Stairs not vacuumed thoroughly, laundry room floor still dirty, area rug not vacuumed complete...just terrible. How do you clean a four bed room, 3/12 bath in less than 2 hours and get it done right and this service cost me approx. $200 and the deep clean $500! Unacceptable!!

DISAPPOINTED! DISAPPOINTED! DISAPPOINTED! ESPECIALLY after paying almost $600 for the service. Where do I begin... First I got a text when the service was “completed” stating a bulb was broken. No mention of a replacement until I asked about. I got home only to find bust bunnies still on my living room floor (Keep in mind this was supposed to be a “deep cleaning” for a move-in so there’s no furniture to move around). Webs on my walls. Some baseboards weren’t washed as promised and the list goes on. I was also told my drawers and cabinets would be cleaned. NONE WERE DONE... Oh did I mention one of my blinds broke during the cleaning with no mention of it until I did an inspection of the service. I received a text stating “Hello, the ladies are all done, during the inspection there were several plastic and metal blinds that they did the best they could do...” I sent a video of the bust and the blinds and was told they couldn’t make out what was in the video so then sent a picture of my findings.I’ve tried several times to contact my sales person but spoke to everyone else but her...They do have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy but at this point I’ll prefer to do the job myself.By no means am I trying to get something for nothing especially since I agreed to the estimate upfront. I paid for a service and was expecting an amazing job to be done like advertised. Unfortunately that was not the case. I work in customer service so I totally understand the true meaning of customer satisfaction. The end result, I got half of my money back but this service still was NOT worth it.Save your money and do the job yourself!!!

Im having a really good experience with Merry Maids here in Lawrenceville. They do a good job with cleaning my home every other week.This past Wednesday, Miss Anna and Miss Maria left my home looking beautifully clean. They did a phenomenal job!I was reluctant initially to let someone clean my home, but this team has been great. Im now very happy to see them.

I had used another service before Merry Maids who’s quality diminished little by little until I replaced them. Merry Maids never disappoints when they leave my house you know they were there and always in the best way. Thank you.

I have been quoted $400 with the services i have requested, but im totally disappointed with what kind of service the professionals did,. Light fixture, windows, blinds were not wiped. Sinks were not cleaned properly, kitchen floor and backsplash is not even touched. When asked i have been told that can’t been removed, but when insisted to try one more time infront of me, miraculously with out applying any liquid, just wiping with cloth cleaned it. Thats one of the example. Even today i see there are some webs too. Totally disappointed with the service for that much amount.

I have rotated through different cleaning services in the past because Ive never been fully satisfied by any of them. I was finally impressed by Merry Maids of Lawrenceville! Therese and Ramiza did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB deep cleaning my house in preparation for our move. I had zero complaints and was particularly impressed by little touches like Merry Maid seals on the toilet paper rolls and their willingness to check off their tasks on the cleaning checklist provided by my property manager. I will definitely be going back to Merry Maids!

We had such a great experience at our last cleaning, Sierra came in as a substitute and it was as if I was back 30 years able to clean my own home. She took her time and noticed cob webs where they were beginning to form, wiped down our baseboards, dusted our ceiling fans and then attended to our kitchen, bathrooms and monthly dusting and vacuuming. I felt like she treated my home as if it were her own. I so appreciated the care and time she took as we had moved to only one cleaning a month. Brandi cleans our home every 2 weeks and does a wonderful job. Top to bottom I can tell where she has cleaned and the smell is so refreshing. She is in and out in hardly any time, very fast but thorough. She gets a 10 out of 10 for us.

Horrible experience with Merry Maids. Always had to call them back out because of horrible service and then they left my back door wide open so anyone could have entered my home and taken anything. Cant trust them in my home or around my family anymore since safety is not one of their concerns and then they had the nerve to charge a cancellation fee since we dropped them because of their negligence and disregard to peoples property. STAY AWAY spend the extra money on a more reputable and trusting company.

I had several average cleanings in the past. But the ladies that came yesterday did a very thorough job, carefully checking all nooks and corners and paying special attention to showers. I give them a 10/10 for their work!

My brother hired them to do a deep, move out clean at his rental home. The last tenants had multiple animals and were not good housekeepers so there was dog and cat hair and dust everywhere. Heather met our Mother on Wednesday to qoute a price. $545 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1200 sqft house. It had to be done and my brother just didnt have the time so even though he thought the price was a little high he weny ahead and did it thinking that since it was a nationally recognized company he could depend on them to do a good job.WRONG.Two women showed up the next day and hour late and then sat in the car in the driveway eating food for awhile. My Mother finally came out and had to walk over to them and ask if they were there to clean the house.My Mother showed them around and then left since she lives over an hour away and had been waiting to let them in. They stated that they would be there 5 - 6 hours to get the job done.When my brother got there in the early evening they were gone and we were blown away at what was not completed for thw price that was charged. Kitchen counter tops not cleaned. Stuff left dripped down a cabinet, hair all over the floor, a trash bag just left in the driveway not even tied up. For over $500 you expect the job done right.When we contacted them the next day they said the most they could offer was a $50 refund. Its not [their] policy to give refunds. Well, apparently its not your policy to do the job right either.Its completely unacceptable. Pictures of the mess left behind ...
