This is the best gym with the best amenities. I love the classes, the equipments and the environment here.

Great employees and facilities! They keep it super clean, I am surprised to see how often they wash the shower curtain, no black stains at shower corner that you always see at public places, so clean that you feel safe work out here! One thing to mention is their shampoo can super dry your hair, It will be great if they can add conditioners to the shampoo set.

I been going to this gym for 12 years now, and its my second home, I know its pricey but, the same price you pay there, you can go to a bar order 2 Hamburgers and two beers and its the same price that you pay for 30 days to join this club, they keep everything clean and everything its up to date, no complaints at all, good gym to go.

General manager Andre and his team are truly commendable for their outstanding member service. Most specifically, I want to acknowledge Marc for his remarkable member service and for his exhaustive effort to keep the gym clean and safe. Such professionalism is rare indeed and he is an asset to Lifetime fitness. . It is so wonderful to have been able to associate with such a broad array of helpful, intelligent, and passionate people who help their members with immense commitment. Such a great commitment to member service should be commended highly. I truly appreciate their dedication and attentiveness to their members.

This is the best gym in the area, hands down... I drive all the way from Snellville for me and my kids to go here. That being said, I CANNOT wait for the Kids academy to open during the afternoon. It being closed during the main part of the day is hard when you have to drive so far to get there...

I love it 😍 It’s been motivating to come to Lifetime. I really think getting involved in the personal trainer experience is worth it. My personal trainer is Aldo, he’s really great! Been coming here since middle school. Love how clean and nice the locker rooms are as well. I would recommend coming in the weekends because there is less of people and the parking lot is more open. The staff is very friendly and always are down to answer questions. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner!! Hope everyone has a good work out💪🏻

I enrolled immediately. I am a mom of 1 toddler and its hard to find activities for him and a pool this fun and safe. $0 initiation fee...!!! Say No More...will be there again hopefully this friday.

Went there for trial. Its got everything essentially, but its too expensive, too many people, also additional fees for outdoor swimming pool access.

I’m writing in praise of an amazing yoga instructor here: Bill Corbett. As a teacher, Bill is creative, compassionate, dedicated and committed. He creates a safe, welcoming community space and is rigorous with how he constructs and orchestrated a class.Bill, listed as William C. on the schedule, teaches a Flow class and a Surrender class, which is a lot of floor work: therapeutic and healing. People of any age, body type, and cultural background can truly enjoy his class without judgment or unease.Karen Walker, a veteran yoga and Pilates instructor, also teaches here and is pretty much a national treasure. Between the two, I feel like people in Gwinnett don’t need to look else for top flight yoga instruction. I guess it would’ve been easier to have kept them a secret, because spots for their classes are limited. That said, if getting more healed, healthy, and limber is part of your New Year’s resolution, I can’t recommend them enough. Thanking them both for getting me through the unthinkable year that was 2020.

So far, having just rejoined after a long absence, Im enjoying the attempt at Covid-19 restrictions. Some people wear masks, others dont. But all of the staff do, and many people in classes do as well.Everything is exceptionally clean - moreso than Ive ever seen, especially in the ladies shower are area. The pools are also included in classes now so you have to complete a reservation to use it, which I prefer.Its usually very busy during the week, and in the evenings. Id use these times for classes, which are smaller and more intimate. I havent been in the floor yet, but I hear the lunkheads and their grunting 🙄All in all, theyre very accommodating, still have most of their classes available, and are doing their best to be covid-friendly. Im happy I rejoined.

Plenty of the workout equipment available. Indoor and outdoor pools. Large Saunas and Jacuzzis. Regular and family changing rooms with clean towels, lockers and plenty of space that is cleaned regularly. They also offer water theraphy. Very nice atmosphere

I am thinking about switching from La to Lifetime fitness. The reviews made me uneasy so I called to let them know. Ryan called me back and stood up for the Buisness and said come see it for yourself and sent me a day pass. I appreciate it when people respond with professionalism to some bad reviews and you can’t argue with the logic of seeing it for yourself.

Yoga classes are hard to get into. AS A VERY NEW MEMBER- 2 weeks; I should have been told that “7:05” in a 7:00 class is too late and that I would be locked out! Very jarring. First class was a bust and I was not informed on the class policy. After dropping my daughter off at childcare at 6:55 and getting an employee to escort me to a HIDDEN YOGA ROOM at 7:05; I was locked out! I knocked but nothing! The employee even texted the instructor still nothing. After that I tried to just jump in an OUTDOOR Zumba class but was told I could not do that either. Left the gym with my head low and spirits down.- I feel as though I was just sold on purchasing the membership and after that was done I was thrown away! Unacceptable! May cancel my membership!

My wife came into cancel our membership... they convinced to continue our hold without mentioning we would be charged a few months later even if we had not come in. Over 4 months from Aug-January 25 - didn’t step foot into the gym... that’s not counting the months of the freeze leading up to our decision bc my wife had a baby.Now we see a charge of $100 and no way to refund? Cmon. Do better, Lifetime Sugarloaf.

Great gym! I love Lifetime Sugarloaf! There is a spa, indoor pool, cafe, fully loaded gym with updated equipment, and fitness classes. No waiting around to use powerracks because they have plenty.

I lead spin classes here. If you want the best club, this is it. Best equipment and employees, spa, lunch bar, basket ball courts, rock climbing, a vast array of fitness classes, indoor and outdoor pools, multiple saunas, showers, whirlpools and steam rooms. Free weights and weight machines of all kinds, an army of other aerobic workout machines. And its clean and luxurious. Yup, costs more, but a great value for everything mentioned. Good parking lot security, but dont leave valuables in sight

Ive been Ill remember since this place was built probably more than 10 years ago. They continually reduce the hours and raise the price. Now it over $80 a month it has about the same hours as LA fitness or crunch. If you dont use all the facilities but mainly want to work out or do aerobics, its a waste of money. They now close at 10:00 p.m. weekdays and 9:00 p.m. on the weekends. Used to be 24/7, and that was important to me. for these kind of prices you expect everything to be top-notch and thats not the case. Look at other alternatives.

Social Distancing is well practiced here. There are cleaning stations everywhere if not the employees will get you whatever you need. I wear my mask and I practice good cleaning habits.

Would be a zero if it existed. LA Fitness is way better. Dont even bother going. The bathrooms are very dirty, the pool hours are very minimal and I got a cold from the Jacuzzi. Staff said it didnt have enough chlorine and they closed it to add. Staff is extremely rude and when you try to cancel, you have to have a certified letter or go in person. Absolutely nothing over the phone can be done because they want to take advantage of your schedule and charge another month. We are leaving out of state tomorrow and my wife with the flu has to go 45 min to cancel. I explained this and was treated rudely by both employee and manager. Poor business ethics! Just go elsewhere. Youre welcome.

People wear a mask only when entering gym no mandatory any other time not good at all.

Asking people to wear making when the walk in. And you are allowed to take it off as soon as you pass the entrance area. What a joke. Make up your damn mind.

Such a great experience! I made an appointment with Troy, he toured me around the gym, which was great. After the tour, he told me to enjoy my workout and feel free to stop by his office, when I was done or give him a ring the following day. Outside of the gym being great, that sold me, because typically youre pressured to sign up for all of these different things and youre sitting at a desk for almost an hour. There was 0 pressure and I really liked that. Troy was absolutely amazing! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GYM!

For a little more than a typical gym membership, you an be treated like a guest at a fine hotel. Clean towel service and the best equipment in the south east make LTF a FANTASTIC value!

This is completely frustrating. I work late and only time i can go to gym is after 10pm. The whole reason I paid a lot for 24/7 gym. Yall cut the hours to 12am 2 years ago, now this without even consulting the members. In addition, the price remains the same too. I am very disappointed and I might have to cancel lifetime soon to boycott the management’s decision. I will encourage my friends to move on from Lifetime too. Major let down.

Omg, it is like a resort. I love taking yoga classes there and go swimming after. The best gym I have ever been to.

The amenities are good. Pool, spa, hot tubs, saunas, out door pool and outdoor hot tubs, gym, childcare, studios, rock climbing and more! Customer service sucks to the grave! I am a member there for over 5 years! They have no respect for loyalty members! They continue to increase your membership dues, which causes so many loyal members to leave the place. They have no respect for hard working employees as well. Ive seen this place slowly changed and it is not for best. The place is losing its quality with poor customer service. Even when you complain, they do nothing about it. Members are just money to them! For the money members are paying, they should have better customer service!

Awesome machines, space, and steam room!

I was a member back in 2012 and this facility was beautiful. It felt like a higher end fitness center (imagine that). I rejoined recently because of the childcare and have been speechless ever since. I only lasted 5 months before I couldnt take it anymore. The building is disgusting, dust, dirt, finger nails, random gross things from outside that wouldnt move for weeks. The lockers are so gross too, hair and stains from who knows where. The child care is basically teenagers glued to their phones the whole time. Its not bad as long as you have older children, I suppose. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional. It is so sad how this once beautiful place has gone down hill. I bought the condition of the building to the staff and general manager and never heard back. Im not going to apologize for having higher expectations for the rate they charge.

Do not do business with these people; we signed up our team for a corporate membership and they took team members credit cards for incidentals only. When we cancelled the membership, they begancharging employees the membership fees. Their corporate office is inept, impotent and unresponsive to our requests for refunds. They refer us to the local management.Their manager dodges our calls, doesnt return messages and is generally unavailable. Well be taking this to the BBB and to an attorney to address in small claims court. They can pay the refund AND attorneys fees. BE WARY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, especially if youre a small business trying to do something good for your employees.

LF is the bar for great club layout, quality staff and attention to small details that gives you a sense of exclusivity. There are other places for a workout, but lifetime definitely checks off enough boxes that there really nothing negative to say. Getchusome!Ps. I left my Bluetooth earpiece behind. I called and the very personable young woman who answered seemed to stop everything she was doing and attended to me until my concern was handled. Not the end all be all... But like I said, its the little things.

Great resort style gym with all the frills.

I would give 0 stars if this was an option! I have paid this location for over 4 years now for my entire family of four. When really my son and I were the only ones visiting the fitness center the whole time. When I terminated my gym membership they got me to sign up again by signing up myself and my wife only. Perry the agent who signed me backup assured me that my son would be able to just walk in and play basketball while I worked out without any charges everytime I visited the facility. Yes indeed when I resigned backup in January 2019 they allowed my son to walk in without any questions asked for 5 whole months.Today 5-23-2019 they had several new people at the front check-inn counter. Basically they didnt allow my son to walk in with me today. I spoke with Terry who I assume is one of the managers and explained to her the situation. She also denied for my son to walk in with me. I ended up terminating my agreement. As me and my son were walking out of their facility one of their very young team members laughingly yelled out to us I hope you guys have a great day! If this is how you dont want to be treated I suggest you not sign up here!Other areas of concern, I have many very expensive high end cars. Just last week I caught someone who was about to break into one of my vehicles had I not stepped out of the gym at the time that I did. When I questioned one of the members at the gym why they dont have security they replied well we dont have as many break-ins as we use too!

This was a great place to go and swim.I am not a member, but if I was I would certainly want to take advantage of having access to so much workout equipment.

When your paying over $60 a month for a gym you expect to have at least some decent customer service, nope. Some of the trainers have much better customer service than the other staff members. I canceled my membership & was told I would have till the end of the month to use the gym. Then I see LT charges me again for my membership. Such negligence, just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse.

This gym is a great facility I love going to this gym ! I think the rates are a little high but it keeps all the other riff raft from other gym out! Account manager perry weaks is a great employee he does his job as if he was the manager of the gym! He takes pride in his job and understand how to develop a relationship with the client! He understands that this is a customer service savvy job !

Im in the process of trying to get back in shape again and I really wanted a gym that can motivate me and have all the amenities that I needed. I figured Lifetime Fitness would be a great fit for me, but after I read all these horrible reviews (specifically sugarloaf location) I rather take my business somewhere else. Whoever is in charge of this location, pls know that the first thing people do these days before they spend their money is look at the their Reviews. Because of your reviews you just lost me and my advice to whomever is in charge to make changes soon before you lose anymore of your clients or possible new members.

Over priced

I’m honestly relieved to see all of the other single star reviews. This place could not care less about their members. You are only a contract to them. Their member services manager, Terry Wells, treated me like absolute trash today. What a horrendous human to work with and represent the entire member services department. After failing to provide me with the information I needed via email she proceeded to blame her assistant for her lack of response and then told me she couldn’t respond to my emails because she was “out of the club”. I’m sorry, it’s news to me that you just get to ignore emails that come through while you aren’t in the office! After listening to her ridiculous excuses for poor customer service she threw my contract in my face and blamed my lack of knowledge on myself for not examining the fine print 11 months after I signed it. You’re the MEMBER SERVICES MANAGER shouldn’t you be able to respond to my emails to answer my questions so that I don’t have to go back and read the small print like that?! Disappointed in this place doesn’t begin to describe how I feel. My club in Texas NEVER would have treated me this way. You should be ashamed at how you treat your members. Read the reviews lifetime and get a new staff.

I come here at least three times a week and it never ceases to amze me how awesome it is!

The gym has been improving a lot the work out areas, but the Pool and Jacuzzi needs people to explain,teach the customer how to used those areas...NOT SHOES.....simple.....NOT SHOES and NOT work out clothes...PLEASE!!!!!

Like many have already said.... I expect more for my money.Customer service is less than one star.. minus sales people.I usually go at night--- past 11 PM and usually leave around 1:30-2:00 AM.- The womens shower area smell like dead fish have been laying around for weeks. I saw the same hairball in the same place on the side of the shower for 3 days in a row. Two people complained about the foul odor and an employee came with an air freshener and sprayed down the entire locker room.- I am RARELY greeted in or out of the gym.- The machines are extremely dirty. The treadmills seem like they havent been cleaned since the gym opened.- Many times, the towels are stacked so high.. both upstairs and downstairs... and all associated are gathered around the front desk chatting away.- I got lifetime bucks when I first registered. I signed up to use some of it with a personal trainer. She never followed up with me. Told me the wrong name and time. Took my lifetime bucks and I still have not heard from her nor received my session.- The pool and hot tubs are even nastier than the showers. There are some interesting things growing around the pools where the water filters out... I dont think theyve cleaned that since the gym opened either.The pros of Lifetime is that its 24/7 and has sauna, hot tub, showers, and so many different machines. I just wish maintenance and customer service was better.

This should added to your budget. The budget of life and good health. This is a place for like minded people who care about their health and are seeking longevity in this life. It is a state of the art gym that offers you various classes and equipment needed in your journey for better health. It is a lifestyle change that is offers so many other amenities. Need I say more.
