The people working for WM LACK COMMONSENSE. Who the heck place emptied trash bins in the MIDDLE of peoples driveway, in the street, and lid open. Aint rocket science. Cheese and rice!!! If they hate their jobs, go find another...why have to inconvenient others. SMH.

They have only been my provider for a brief time but twice in the last month, they have not serviced our neighborhood on the scheduled day. One time for over a week. They provided no notice at all.Also, over the last month, they have left one or more bin lids open each week. Twice in the rain. You should try turning over a water filled trash can in the rain. Employees are untrained, unprofessional, lazy, and dont care.

Takes half an hour to get them on the phone and all they can do is promise this time theyll remove the junk they said theyd remove the first time. Apparently you tell em your address just so they can give you the impression that theyre actually coming this time.

No one will answer the phones or return calls or even emails. Charge fees unnecessary. Leave the bins open and thrown everywhere and don’t pick up extra debris/garbage if falls out. Time changes each week. Not consistent.

I am re-doing my review. A while ago I gave them a horrible review after they had bought out another company, because they kept missing pickups and I could not get through to customer service, but since June of 2021 they have greatly improved their service. They have not missed any pickups since the end of May, whether its yard waste, trash, or recycling. I have not had to call customer service because service and pickups have been on time and very good now. I thank Waste Management for being responsive and improving their service. I hope it continues! They do charge extra for yard waste, and I would give 5 stars if they didnt charge extra because my previous companies did not.

Sometimes they are late. Very often the containers are open after their service, in rainy days water inside

I have called this place three times to come pick up a table each time they come they empty my trashcan and do not take the table every time I call they say they’re going to take the table but they never take the table

I have leased a new building in Loganville for my practice expansion. There is a WM dumpster from a previous tenant that has been left full of trash and ratst----for 4 months! Ive called 4 times to ask them to remove the dumpster as I will not require their services. I am currently on hold over 15 mins AFTER ASKING yet another rep for assistance. The rats are getting into my building. This company has no customer service whatsoever. I am left to contact the EPA as this is a health hazard to my patients.

Excellent customer service and selection of payment options.

The hours said they were open til 5, got there at 3:15 and they told me they closed at 3. Also, the minimum charge here is $80 (price for 1 ton). What a rip off!I would suggest you take your garbage to an actual landfill, like DeKalb County Landfill where its $33/ton.

This place is over price and with the worst customer sercice.
