Ricky and his team were awesome. I needed a refrigerator by the end of the day. I called rent a center and aaron’s. Ricky was top notch. He answered the phone and help me solve the problem immediately. No thanks to brandsmart, they had canceled my delivery yesterday and said they were out of stock of the refrigerator I had ordered. They were supposed to deliver it today. Best service Ricky. Thankfully you saved the day.

If you look at the track record of the 1 stars, they all share the same common denominator at this location: rude and disrespectful. The employees appeared to be respectful at the time of sale, which is why they get those 5 stars. But customer service should go beyond the point of sale, unfortunately thats not the case here. I was rudely mishandled. If I can suggest any other location it would be in Monroe, they overall have better staff and strive to achieve professionalism.

I personally love the service I have received from Darrion and he’s crew!!! After almost 3 years of paying off my account I need all new furniture!!! I reached out to Darrion and explained I need all NEW furniture!!! His response was I got you!!! After finding the perfect furniture to fit my needs I watched him take ALL my items out of the original packaging!!! Him and his crew was VERY professional and understanding to what the customer needed and not what they wanted to sale to the customer!!! Thanks again Darrion!!!

Been with them for years. Their products are high quality. They helped my family tremendous ly. Always feel like family when going there. The staff know us by name. Always leaving out with a smile and laugh. All the staff a very gracious and professional. Would recommend all the time. Good people.

My husband and I relocated and this staff has been impeccable. Darion and Robert are awesome and make you feel like family when you come in. Not sure what this 1 lady in the reviews is speaking of because if you are trying to close your account down there is no way they can draw from or run your account for a payment. The bank is a bank so if you want your account shut down its just shut down. I highly recommend visiting this location for all of your immediate needs.

If I could leave the stars blank I would. These people are lying idiots. I asked repeatedly to take card off file because it was stolen. They keep assuring me it will not be used again. The next week they do it again. My bank cant close the account as long as money is still being pulled out of the account. They want to blame it on someone who doesnt work there and the new girl. Manager wont take ownership of his employees that I have spoken to. Either pay cash or avoid these people at ALL cost!

I only rated this location one star because I had to in order to write this review. By far the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They talk to you like you are homies from around the way. Most employees make threats to their customers. In short, a bunch of bully-like people working in the store and delivering furniture. The alleged store manager gets upset if you do not answer his questions despite him refusing to answer your questions. I would advise all to contact the district manager (Debbie) or Charles (store owner) with your concerns as this is a franchised store. I will never deal with this company again for short-term lease purchases.

Pam is the absolute best. She works tirelessly to help the customer in all situations. A definite assest to the company. It was a pleasure working with her. Thanks Pam for all your help n professionalism..

I have worked with multiple furniture leasing companies in the past and I can tell you this Rent-A-Center is cut from a totally different cloth. From day 1 I have received top notch customer care, not service, but care. From Pam, the Sales Manager, to Robert, the Account Manager and last but certainly not least, Dereon, the Store manager. These folks know how to get and keep a customer. They work hard to not just get your business but they continue to strive to keep it. I was leary at first because of past experiences,but i can tell you that They have their stuff together. If you need quality merchandise for your home or office, dont hesitate to call them. I promise you wont be disappointed.
