This makes the second time I’ve had a scheduled meeting fall through on their end. First with a no call and absolutely no response through email for why this happened. Second with a video meeting…same results. I took off early and not only lost time this day but it cost me to meet the requirements to receive my holiday pay this upcoming Labor Day. I have sent many people to Randstad in Lawrenceville. The company has guidelines to follow when filling positions. The employees are knowledgeable and very professional. Erin and Emmie will do their very best to place the proper candidates in the best positions. Unfortunately, there are times when no position that fits the candidate can be found. Again they do their best to make sure it is a positive experience for all involved. I highly recommend Speaking with Erin at The Lawrenceville branch when needing employment.

I would agree with the other reviews that I read. I set up an account and immediately contacted the person tagged to the job. I notified the contact about the position I had just applied for. The contact person seemed very enthused and assured me that he had indeed received my application. Long story short I didnt hear anything from the contact after that. I had continued to call and I was told to continue to apply for positions online. I have tried recently to apply for positions on the site. I couldnt remember my password so I clicked the forgot password link. I put my email address in and a message popped up saying check my email. I checked Spam, Inbox and nothing. I submitted forgot password 5 times and nothing. Such a waste of time! One would think in this bad economy Randstad would do better with job placement or even keeping you aware of whats going on with your job application. This is really giving the company a bad name. The people that Randstad choose to employ reflects badly on the company. There are people out there who want a job who are ready and willing to work and its the non workers or bear minimum workers that get the jobs.

Ms Erin Wendy & Danielle are very professional & gave excellent service. They are great at assisting everyone who walks through the door & make the process very stress-free . Matt was gave great service.

Shen the staffing member is a great and hard worker. She decides her time and effort to her clients. She also makes sure everyone gets a fair opportunity to work in warehouses.

Always a great place to look for employment. The agents are super friendly and very fast, I used them twice now and was never worried about finding work. I got hired immediately.Put as much effort into finding work as you would working at your job. Companies want GOOD employees with drive, thats what they pay Randstad for, to weed out the non focused undedicated people. Dress like you give a d***, be engauging, enthusiastic, determined and they will work with you, not for you.

I was baited to writing a review for a job, then given a run around, only to not getting any job, but also talked to and treated poorly due to my constant calls and check ups on a job. Erin, used her positioning to try to turn me away from randstad. I spoke completely calm and enunciated all my words. I tried to ask questions, but got turned away. She even spoke loudly on her end, saying things to make others listening, to believe that I was harassing her over the phone. I hope these phone calls are recorded. I asked to come in again today to talk with someone about getting to the bottom of this, and she told me I could NOT come back. I asked for the same code she gave me on paper to write this review, and she refused to give it to me. said, I wont let you tell a lie on me... last I checked, I thought her badge said assistant manager to someone... she wouldnt give me her bosss info. I just wanted a job lady, and you tell me that randstad isnt fit to support me? maybe its because Im Black? wow... thanks for the white supremacist holding jobs over heads like mine. too unfair. maybe I should have tried with Janet first... she was the one to call me in that day... leaves me to wonder just what incentives each personnel gets for getting someone hired...

Every single time i talk to one of the agents they assure me they can help then never reply or send follow-up emails. The agents never call me back. And seem like they NEVER help at ALL. Its terrible.

After losing my job of 7 years went to this Randstad location and they turned me away because I left the job they found me for my job of 7 years from a different agency. They told me they cant help people who abandon their jobs that they help find for me. Will never recommend this location and possibly this agency to everyone I know.

This place is horrible.i filled application and they told me they sent out my background check, i waited for a month no call or what so ever so i went bck to the office and they check and told me my background is not yet back. I came bck after 2 weeks to found out they havent even send out my thing yet. Very unprofessional! U can never get them on the phone and if u did get them on the phone they will always ask u to come to the office and they will still not solve your problems.This place is a joke so save ur time.

During the time I worked with Randstad I was never treated discourteously by anyone, and when I called the office and asked for someone, I was either transferred directly to the person or I left a message which was always returned in a timely fashion. Although times were beginning to be really rough for getting a job, Randstad was able to offer me several positions. One of them only lasted several weeks but that was not Randstads fault. The other position was a long term one; it actually lasted much longer than it was supposed to.Randstad did everything they could to find positions for me, and even though they were not always able to, I understood that with all the people they had to place for and with times being as rough as they can get, Randstad could not always get positions for everyone. Also, the people who had been with them for awhile and who were patient, these were the people who were more inclined to get assignments. These were the people that the recruiters knew were experienced, had the right attitude, and would do a good job on the assignment. Although it can sometimes take some time to get an assignment, once you do and prove that you are good and can be trusted not to whine and complain to the world, Randstad will do all they can for you.

This is a horrible temp agency PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...This is not a good temp agancy at all. I joined 10/2012. called everyday, had a great resume, good work history, passed drug test, reliable transportation but the only work they could find me was a wharehouse job in Norcross. and that wasnt until 12/2012. This place only worked us for 15 hours a week if they felt like it. I found this comical and began to search for other temp agencies and found HIRE DYNAMICS! They will find you work immediately... And good paying jobs at that.Id type more about Randstad but I dont want to seem negative.. But please dont waste your time with them. I promise you I met several folks who had the same sorry experience I did with Randstad Staffing.Good Day

Avoid this location. Rude, unprofessional, and no clue what a good candidate is even if one went up to them and hit them on the head. Could not believe some of the candidates that were being hired when I went in: unkempt, tattooed, people appearing on drugs, etc. Oh and by the way, they only have warehouse jobs and the going rate was $12 an hour. Waste of time.
