I truly expected to be impressed by Machu Picchu, but I didn’t expect to love the entire Peruvian culture and countryside!! What a fantastic place! Condor Travel was great: guides met us at every leg of our trip, the hotels and planned meals were top notch, we felt pampered and well taken care of. I’ll be booking with Condor Travel again for our next adventure!

I rarely write reviews, but Condor deserves the high praise. We just got back from our trip to Costa Rica (June 2021) and had an incredible time. All the locals where masks and take precautions, so we felt very safe the entire time and almost all the activities are outdoors. I have never used a travel agency before, but I didnt want to have to worry about transportation in Costa Rica and reached out to Condor and worked with Lori Snow. Im so glad I did. She handled everything, and it was the nicest and most relaxed vacation I have ever been on. We ended up rescheduling several times because of the pandemic, and she made it incredibly easy. Anytime we had an issue, we called, and they were super responsive and always helped. It was so nice not having to worry about all the details. I dont think I will ever go back to planning my own vacations.

Ecuador (Dec 2019) trip by Phil and Gen.Yet again, another superb trip from Lori and the team at Condor. We have done many Central and South American trips with Lori and on this trip we returned to Ecuador. A different excursion. First off to the Galapagos on the Sea Star Domenica. A very nice crusie ship with just 12 of us guests and as many crew. Was an outstanding trip and one that will be long remembered. Private sacious cabin with its own bathroom and big shower. Food was outstanding and was the crew service and guide. I have now selected my own personal beach in the Galapagos. Shame I cant spend more time their.We then concluded with an Ecuadorian land tour at the Cloud Forest lodge. Our room was large comfortable and warm. Barthroom and shower again big and clean. Food was also very good.It was one extreme of the expanse of the Pacific and the Galapagos to the depths of the jungle. Both were so outstandingly different. We were just amazed at how cool the forest can be. The plants and animals were truly gorgeous and the forest scenery stunning.We lived like millionairs for four or five days on the crusie and like Richard Attenborough explorers for another five days on land. We saw animal and plants that you will never see in the US or Europe, and we even hand fed Humming Birds. How cool is that.Outstanding holiday. Would recommend Loris Condor Travel if you dont want to be concerned about collections, transportations, connections and knowledge of the place you visit. All of that is taken care of. You just enjoy what you went to that place for, a vacation/holiday. Enjoy, we did.

We first came in contact with Lori Snow at Condor Tours & Travel at the beginning of the Covid-19 travel, and particularly cruise travel shut down. Lori was able to negotiate with our cruise carrier, even though she did not book that cruise, and secured additional future cruise credit they were not offering us. Lori then booked us on another cruise that we canceled because of Covid-19 uncertainty at our destination. With Lori’s help we selected a cruise we believed would be safer. We booked and were all set to go. Lori contacted us 2 days before our departure (as soon as she was aware of the situation and before we were notified by our carrier) of changes in the embarkation port due to Covid-19. Lori again negotiated with our carrier and we received a considerable upgrade to our stateroom because we were willing to change our travel plans. Lori is professional, friendly, helpful, insightful and dogged in her efforts to fight for her clients. I thought we could do everything on the internet by ourselves, but now I believe that Lori and Condor Tours & Travel will be our go to when we travel again.

Had an amazing time at Galapagos Islands. The trip was well planned, educational, exciting and a trip of a life time.

Lori and her staff arranged a tour for my group of 57 to Chile. Even with the three travel days, the tour went as smooth as possible. The restaurant and lodging choices were very good as were the local guides. The wines and food were very good. Luxury is the way to go in Chile!

My family and I had a great time in Panama using Condor Tours recommended attractions. The guide they provided was very helpful and informative. He did not rush at the end of the day. We tried our best to finish the activities timely, but he encouraged us to take our time and really experience the moment. The Pan Canal partial transit was so much better with the organization they recommended. This is my fifth time using Condor Tours for a Panama trip and I would use them again. We just returned from an Alaskan cruise and Pat was great with booking everything. As first time cruisers, we werent sure what to expect, but she walked us through everything and we had a great time. This was our second trip booked through Pat and Condor - a great experience both times.

As we are moving through these unprecedented times one of the unique highlights is remembering our trip to Italy that we booked with Lori Snow at Condor Tours & Travel last summer. It was our first experience out of the country and Lori and her positive and responsive staff walked us through every step of the process with patience and understanding. Lori took the time to sit down with us face-to-face and talk about the trip, answering all our questions and eliminating all the guess work; everything from luggage to hotel transfers. We Just returned from a Once in a Lifetime trip to Chile and Argentina. Which now I hope it is not just a one time trip! Lori and her staff put together such a GREAT itinerary, we were met every where and escorted across both countries. English was never a problem with the guides nor the transportation. At all the countries - the guide escorted us to the airport counter and waved good bye as we went through security - what a relief. AS to the trip, we climbed Glaciers, sat on icebergs, drank scotch with very very old ice, rode horses ( poor horse ), rode a fast boat and surfed under the waterfall, met tons of new friends and had an experiences that will be cherished. ANOTHER GREAT TRIP ARRANGED FOR US BY CONDOR TOURS AND TRAVEL:My wife and I just return from a fabulous trip to Chile which was arranged for my wife and I by Sue Shaffer at Condor Tours and Travel. We were greeted and transported to our hotel by our guide and driver upon arriving at the airport and started our 10-day adventure the following day. We toured in a new 12 passenger van with our local English speaking guide and driver showing us the most beautiful sites while explaining the history of the area during our stay. We especially like having the same crew throughout our stay which allowed for us to build a personal relationship with them during the many hours we spent together. Our next trip will also be arranged for us by Sue. She checks every detail and makes sure everything goes as planned for our next adventure.

The Condor Personnel In Peru were truly a great team. They were on time and actually let you know the night before what time we would be met.There were options on signing up for the trip and we chose one of the more expensive ones for good reason. We recently returned from a trip to Bolivia organised through Condor Travel. We wish to commend them for a putting together an amazing trip where nothing went wrong. The itinerary was full of information about what we were to see and what we needed to take.The accommodation was excellent as were the meals included. The guides were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and the drivers and their vehicles great. They were always willing to stop for photos and constantly looked for things we might be interested in.The guides spoke good English and quickly picked up on things we were interested in. They were keen for us to try local food and we would stop at local markets to purchase these.We felt it was worthwhile having the extra day at Chalalan. The staff there went out of their way to make our visit special. The meals were amazing. The guide could find even the smallest creature. We have over 2000 photos from our trip to sort.We are thinking of visiting Peru for 2 weeks in September next year and would be interested in what Condor Travel could offer. We will certainly recommend this company to others considering travel in South America.

We recently booked a week-long tour of Peru with Condor Tours and Travel, Lori Snow, CEO.We arrived in Lima and discovered that there had been a bit of confusion on our arrival time. There was a Condor Tours agent there holding up a sign with someone’s name (not ours) on it. We went up to him and gave him our names. He immediately got on his phone and called his office. He told us not to worry that he would take care of things. AND HE DID! In about 10 minutes he came to us and said he would be our driver. He took us to our hotel, came inside, and assisted us with registration. It was great that a Condor Tours rep assumed responsibility for our situation and something that could have turned into a serious challenge instead was a very worry-free, pleasant experience.From Lima, we flew to Cusco. We were picked up at our Lima hotel by a Condor Tours rep, taken to the airport, given our boarding passes, taken to the appropriate window to check our bags, and escorted to the security area and told “buen viaje!”In Cusco, we were again met by a Condor Tours rep and taken directly to our hotel and assisted with registration.As each day’s activity, tour, hotel, or bus/train ride came about, there was a Condor Tours rep there to assist and coordinate. Any problems that might have arisen (and there were none, actually) were taken care of promptly and with efficiency. All the Condor Tours reps were most pleasant and were very happy to show us their country and went out of their way to make sure our trip was worry free and satisfactory on every level.At the end of the tour, we realized that we had never, in all our travels, had such a problem-free vacation! My husband and I usually plan our trips on our own, but with back-to-back international trips approaching, we did not have time to plan our week in Patagonia. It involved multiple day tours and transfers and we simply didn’t have the resources to efficiently coordinate them. That’s where Condor came in- all we had to do was give them our desired schedule and tours, and they customized the trip for us including hotels and flights. Even if we hadn’t known which tours were available, they would have been able to suggest the best tours for us at each destination. Our trip with Condor started in Buenos Aires where we received all of our travel vouchers and tour provider names. Everything went without a hitch and all tour operators and transfer providers were professional and friendly. Further, the hotels were exactly what we requested (moderate level hotels). It was wonderful to get to Patagonia and enjoy the worry-free trip since everything was coordinated for us with reliable providers. Thanks Condor!

I have been on six tours with Condor Tours and Travel, Inc. They have all been in central and South America: Panama, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, Belize, and most recently Costa Rica. They have all been wonderful. Since our most recent trip to Costa Rica was in the time of COVID requirements, I need to mention how safe we felt and how organized were our local contacts in Costa Rica. We were concerned about getting the negative COVID 19 test in order to return to USA, but our local driver (arranged by Condor Tours) accompanied us to the lab, translated for us, and even picked up the printed documents for us that were needed to present at the local airport. Also, all the people we interacted with were conscious of and obeyed all the COVID safety protocols and precautions. Local affiliates are always available to help with any snags you might encounter. As on all our Condor travels, all transportation was provided and connections were always on time and seamless. The accommodations were wonderful and spacious. The various guides were extremely knowledgeable, and for me that was the most important part. I highly recommend Condor Tours and Travel to anyone traveling to Central or South America.

The crew at Condor did a great job setting up our NCL cruise and getting the best deal for us. They even negotiated an upgrade to a room with a porthole at no additional charge!

Condor Tours with Lori at the helm makes for a memorable trip. I was raised in the PanamaCanal Zone and wanted to see the work on the new locks and to show my husband where I spent my first 18 years. After winning the trip at my High School reunion Lori listened and quickly responded, tailoring the week to accommodate our interests. Also, staying at theGamboa Rainforest Resort, loving the tour on Gatun Lake and going to El Valle was exciting, delightful and very relaxing. Even at the last minute Lori added a side trip to Miraflores Locks Museum. The basic structure of using vouchers and private drivers is a good arrangement. Our tour guides were the best, very attentive, fun to be with and full of interesting facts. We applaud Condor Tours, Lori and her staff - they come well recommended. Plans are brewing for another trip in the future!

Ive just returned from a fabulous trip to the Galapagos Islands and Mach Pichu organized by Lori Snow, Condor Tours & Travel.All was worry free. Her experience with Latin America was wonderful in the choices made for accomodation and logistics.While in the Galapagos Islands we traveled and stayed on the a 16 person catamaran, The Seaman Journey. The crew were so attentive, I felt like a celebrity! This is the only way to see the Islands. Food was delicious. The guide, Geoffrey Herrera was knowledgeable, humorous, and professional. He domonstrates a passion for the environment and wildlife which tends to rub off on all aboard. The whole trip was fantastic.

My boyfriend and I visited Thailand during Loi Krathong - Festival of Lights. Lori and Pat made sure our entire trip was organized and exciting from the time we landed to the time we departed. While in Thailand we visited Bangkok, Chaing Mai, and Phuket. We experienced great personal service from the tour guides and our excursions were top of the line. I recommend using Condor Tours & Travel if you want a hassle free, well crafted and luxurious vacation.

I booked a private tour of Peru with Condor. Trip was amazing and Peru is wonderful. We started in Lima then spent two days in the Sacred Valley followed by Machu Picchu and then Cusco. EVery part of the trip was terrific, well planned with terrific guides and coordination. Obviously Machu Picchu was stunning. Lori included many incredible places on our itinerary that I would not have been on my radar. The salt mines in the Andes were terrific and stunning. Cusco is a beautiful city. And I wish we had more time there but I was also ready to get home. Such a beautiful city though and so much to see and do. I would highly recommend Comdor if you are considering a trip to Peru. Very professional. Terrific planning, itinerary and coordination.

Very helpful in planning our recent trip to Panama. We were referred by someone who grew up in Panama who also used Condor to book her trips back to Panama.

My husband and I recently returned from an awesome 11 day Cuba trip that Lori customized for the 2 of us. The charter flights to and from Cuba were timely and comfortable. We traveled under a General License people to people Visa throughout Western and Central Cuba. Our travels took us to Santa Clara, Trinidad, Cienfuegos, Varadero and ended with a 4 night stay at the famous and historical Hotel Nacional de Cuba in Havana. The beaches in Santa Clara and Varadero are beautiful; clear blue water and powder white sand. Our English speaking tour guides and private drivers were always punctual and extremely knowledgeable about the sites we visited.Some of the trips highlights included a tour given by the chef of a Culinary School followed by coffee with he and his staff; a visit to a fire station; eating at local paladars (private, family owned restaurants) where the owners always visited with us and tours of historical sites of the Cuban Revolution. Being Ernest Hemingway fans, we visited the Havana hotel room where he spent much time writing, his finca in the countryside and his favorite bar/restaurant where he was inspired to write The Old Man and the Sea. The Tropicana Cabaret in Havana is a must see; open air, under the stars, beautiful costumes, spectacular dance routines.All the hotels, with the exception of Brisas in Trinidad, are 4 Star; very comfortable, good service, delicious food and great location. Glad we took an alarm clock because a clock in the rooms was the exception. Cobblestone streets and uneven pavement made walking difficult so a good pair of walking shoes is a must. Our American issued credit cards were not accepted but dollars were easily exchanged at hotels for Cuban Cucs. Nor did our cell phones work but for a fee, internet access is available at hotels.We are so glad we went to Cuba now. The country and culture are very interesting; it was like going back in time to the 1950s and 60s. Traveling the countryside was an experience and could be a bit slow. The Cuban mode of transportation is walking, biking, motor scooters, horse drawn carts and classic cars. The Cuban people are very friendly, welcomed us to their country and look forward to improved relations with the United States. We highly recommend this Condor Tours & Travel trip.

Our experience with Condor Tours & Travel was a pleasant one. They are professional, well organized and knowledgeable. When we arrived at the airport we did not have to wait much. The driver from Gamboa was already there waiting for us. Overall, the tour guide from Recontur was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had Ms. Connie on our way back from the Sheraton Bijao in Santa Clara Beach area and for our Tours in the Panama City and The Miraflores Locks.We also enjoyed the Monkey Island Jungle Boat @ the Gatun Lake with Mr. Carl from Jungle Land Tours and his Floating Lodge and the kayaking adventure. We did not know what to expect. We had a blast and the lunch was very tasty. The Panama Canal Tours were interesting and we had a great view and we were able to see the ships passing through and enjoyed the lunch too. We also stayed at the Sheraton Bijao in the Santa Clara Beach Area, but we wished we had more time to visit other areas of the country side (Interior) and the Highlands of Chiriqui. We will have to plan another vacation. We recommend Condor Tours and Travel for your next adventure.

Condor Tours was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Out 12 day trip to the country of Panama was everything we wanted and more. Everything from a luxurious stay at El Otro Lado in Portobello, an adventurous time at the Gamboa Jungle Resort to the wonderful hospitable boutique hotel, Las Clementinas in Panama City......Condor Tours made sure our stay was memorable.Lori and her staff made sure we had many options available at different price points and they did one thing that most people do not do. They listened!..... She asked what our expectations were and she set out to meet them...... Condor tour surpassed them! Thank you... We look forward to more trips!

We just returned home from a trip that Lori helped me plan. The first part of our trip was in Panama. After speaking with Lori we decided to stay in the Gamboa Rainforest Resort for several days. Lori coordinated the transportation to get us there as well as 3 different tours while we were there - a trip to the Emberra Indians, a jungle boat ride on Lake Gatun, and an ariel tram ride on the resort of the property. After the time in Gamboa we transfered to Panama Ctiy. I had arranged our hotel but Lori rx. 2 tours in the city as well as a Partial Canal transfer. We were very pleased with all of our experiences. The driver and tour guides were excellent. The one issue that developed was resolved within minutes. We were very impressed. We did attend a cultural dinner show that we felt was not necessarily something we would rx to others. After our time in Panama we headed to a pre-planned cruise, transportation organized by Condor. Lori arranged a trip for us in Cartagena, and made a suggestion for a tour in Bonaire. We were pleased with both experiences.The vouchers worked well for us. There were never any problems with any of the tour providers.The individual tour guides were informative, helpful, on time, and delightful.There were 4 couples, each paying individually. This proved to be no issue. This made it easier for us.I would happily use Condor Tours and Lori for another trip.
