I had a great experience. My MacBook needed a completely new keyboard and I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to afford to fix it, but Henry gave me a reasonable price. They also called to inform me I had some liquid damage inside my computer and asked if I wanted to have it fixed. I said yes. I’m glad they were able to save my computer. Very pleased with the results. Before I went to them I went somewhere else and they tried to over charge me just for a keyboard replacement. At HL Computer I got my keyboard and the liquid spill taken care of and the amount was still less than the previous place I went to! Glad I chose this spot. Will be coming back.

Henry is an all around great guy. Brought my college sons laptop in with boot issue. He fixed it very affordably and quickly (under 2 days).He also discovered that the laptop did not have an authentic copy of windows and corrected this as well.Has my business permanently!

HL Computer are the best. They recovered my hard drive that had my entire life on. They were very friendly and considerate. Henry kept me up to date on the process of repairing/replacing my hard drive and let me know the time frame for repairs. When I explained that I lived outside the Atlanta area he shipped my hard drive to me. The prices were very reasonable. Others quoted me repairs could cost up to $1000+. My hard drive crashed and would not boot. This computer had a VISTA OS and was 15 years old. I thought I had lost all my pictures, documents and downloads, ( wedding pictures, graduations, numerous trips etc). After trying several times to recover my data,, I thought everything was lost. I drive by this place every day and thought it wouldn’t hurt to bring my computer to a professional. I was greeted warmly by Henry. He looked at the inside of my old HP and noted several issues. He said he would try to recover my data and call me with the results. He called me the NEXT DAY and said he could retrieve ALL my data. When he told me how much it would cost, I was shocked. His price was almost three times LOWER than the “professionals I had called in the past. He was also able to supply me with a 1T hard drive to copy the data on to also much less that the competition. He immediately began to transfer all the data and it was ready for pick up by the time I left work. Henry and HI Computers were professional, courteous, reasonably priced and quick. I had an older windows 7 desktop computer. It was slow and of course no longer supported. HL Computer was able to upgrade the hard drive to a fast SSD and upgrade to windows 10. They did the job quickly and without any issues. When I went to pick it up the tech Bob took the time to boot it up, explain some of the new features and assist me in setting up passwords and pin. I am very happy and satisfied with the work they did.

Teenage son cracked his laptop screen which is used for school. Walked in on Monday they ordered a new screen and had it repaired on Friday. Much faster and cheaper than big box repair group.

Henry and Bob were VERY helpful and explained everything. I had a slow laptop that was 2 years old. and my son was headed to college. When I asked if I just needed to buy a new one they assured me mine was high quality and could be easily fixed. They installed a SSD and cleaned out the viruses and malware. Installed antivirus and anti malware. Same day service and even waited for me when I was stuck in traffic and arrived 10 min after they usually close. They were excellent. Would highly recommend.
