I normally do not write reviews too often, but i was so impressed & pleased with the service and quality I had received when visiting this company, of which I would visit again & definitely give 5 stars!First let me start by saying I have an OLD 2008 Model Apple MacBook, that was no longer functional in ANY way that I havent used in years (extremely slow, could not even search the web). I will be taking online classes in the Fall and decided hey why not give it a try and see if it could be repaired, instead of buying a new one.Let me also add that I had originally made an appointment with the Geek Squad at Best Buy but decided against that idea and visited Lucent Compter Repair instead, and so glad I did!1) The Service turn-a-around time was fast...I received a text that my Laptop was done the very next day, as promised.2.) The price I was quoted over the phone on the initial call was the same price that was paid once the repairs was completed (no extra frills, costs added).3. He went through a little tutorial with me about the new OS that was installed to make sure I would know how to operate it, and made sure I didnt have any questions.**Lastly, I asked him about Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and he installed the additional software in about 15 mins or less as I waited in my car--at an exceptionally great price compared to what I wouldve paid elsewhere!So needless to say, If they fixed my 2008 model MacBook Laptop, that havent been used in years, which now runs & operates like a brand new Model, then they can Definitely repair yours! & for a Fair Price!I recommend them & plan to return for future computer needs.
