I sold my car to Carmax and they gave me a bank note which is supposed to be better than a check and a guarantee the money is already set aside for that note. Well no bank would touch it without an account and a hold for however many days, including Wells Fargo, where the note was from. These guys were willing to help me out and cashed it anyways, knowing there would be a hold on the funds. They knew I was in a bind and they helped me out so, I can say that Im sure these other reviews might have some credibility but my experience was great and I will use them for all my check cashing needs. Thanks again fellas for your help!

BEWARE!! The man was very rude and was yelling and following me. He tried to short me on my change back!! And then tried to make me in the wrong when he is the one who can’t do simple math on what change I get back. he owed me 10$ but gave me 5$ when I tried to tell him he owed me another 5$ he refused to give it to me until I told him to use the calculator to see what I owe and then he eventually gave it to me afterwards when he saw I was right. But that was after 5 minutes of going back and forth telling him I just need my extra 5$ that’s it. He must of thought I was some girl who don’t have a proper education and dont know simple math and try to pull a fast one on me; sorry I’m not that girl you can one up like that. I don’t want another customer to fall in a similar problem and the customer end up not getting back the proper cash amount back I’m always a nice person especially during first encounters and when you come to me acting the disrespectfully manner like that I need to warn others because it seems like that’s the way you treat other customers and it not right. SO PLEASE IF YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GO HERE MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT CHANGE BACK!!!!! Even if you have to bring a calculator RATHER BE SAFE THAN SORRY

I have always cashed my checks here for two years and when i came in today the suddenly cant cash them anymore. Very rude
