This company is the worst, only way they make money is to fine residents continually, no matter what you do to correct the situation, DO NOT MOVE INTO A NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE THEY ARE THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY?, they will fine you into the poor house while they are getting rich on the backs of hard working people.

Its unfortunate I live in a neighborhood that is part of this awful group. I received a violation notice of having excess leaves around a tree. I was out of the country for the first notice, and when I returned home, I took steps to remove the leaves and even placed wood chips to make sure they saw the leaves were gone. I received a second violation letter, and this time, with a picture that was dated BEFORE the correction was made. I ignored the letter as I have corrected the issue on my end. Then what a surprise, I received a third letter and this time with a fine, black and white picture that was not clear, as well as a threat of legal actions. Appalled, I called the group and told them that the issue was fixed after the first notice and questioned why I was receiving this threat. After a long moment of being placed on hold, Jasmine said that the picture doesnt show leaves and that I was right and that she would waive the fine from my account. Now I wonder what would have happened if I didnt make the call. If they would have taken legal actions and then have me pay for the attorney fee.

Do not move to any place run by this homeowners association! They are the worst HOA I have ever had to deal with! They run their business targeting minorities and people with less money ! Making up rules that make it impossible to live here looking for any reason to get money! They are blatantly racist and because were a lower income family are stuck under there tyranny!me and my family are Hispanic and its clear why people move out of this neighborhood! Feel helpless as me and my family are being bullied out of house and home !

This is the worst community association ever. Their commitment is to money grab and aren’t helpful at all. The people running it act more like bill collectors. They fine you extremely high amounts for simple things. They have a poor customer service. Dont response emails, request or calls with promptitude. I feel like if they just wan t to collect money. Every time you call they giving you a different information or story. I don’t recommend anyone buy a house in a community with mandatory associations especially with this one. This is the perfect way to give your money away.

DO NOT BUY A HOUSE MANAGED BY AMAG! They will be your worst nightmare. They will make you sell your house so fast resulting from violation upon violation and fine after fine. They will hurt your home value due to high turnover of homeowners. Their motto should be If AMAG is in your neighborhood its time to sell your home.

The 5 star ratings on here are total BS they are from people who are on the board or know members of the board. The board in my neighborhood lets this unbelievably bad HOA run with impunity and their practice just seems like they harass people until they have to move because they get tired of it. HOA is pure garbage they just pick and choose who they want to fine and offer you BS excuses on why they fine you they also say that they have tons of evidence but when you ask them to produce it they say they dont have to. I hope they get sued and they are never able to do business again.

They are the WORST!! I’m DISGUSTED & MORTIFIED that my HOA fees keep this company employed.Situation #1The entrance sign to the subdivision was struck by a pickup truck and knocked off its foundation. After 5 weeks of the structure leaning into the residential exit street, a sign stating that the new entrance “Was Coming Soon”. The AMAG placed this vinyl printed notification OVER & ON TOP OF the remaining rubble.I immediately called and stated that the debris was a hazard to motorists exiting the subdivision as well as those passing on the major cross road. The young woman actually had the nerve to say “What do you want me to do about it? We are waiting on ‘his’ insurance company to settle the claim!?”I told her she was being flippant. The situation was grave and required an immediate response. I told the representative if anyone was hurt by flying debris I would personally make sure that the inevitable injured party would know that AMAG was fully aware and put on notice and refused to fix potential hazard. The next day the debris was gone.Situation #2:I keep an immaculate property. I plant flowers every year. My neighbors envy my lawn. I decorate for Halloween starting October 1. Kids come by two and three times a week to see the progress and they love it as much as I love doing it. The HS bus comes by at 6.20am. I have the blowups set on timers so they can see the house when it’s dark out. Parents thank me. The HS kids walk up and toast s’mores with me.I had an April Fools’ day party. It was the first Saturday of spring break. The kids and all of their friends came over and we put all of the Holiday Blowups on the lawn for the night. We watched a movie in the driveway on the big blow up screen. The driveway was full of kids from football, softball, basketball, scouts, dance and ALL the kids in the subdivision. We ate BBQ and a good time was had by all. Here’s the kicker, the young men from the football team had all the yard cleared, blowups back in the attic, furniture put back and we left no trace. There was an extension box that I left in the gutter because it was pitch black out and I wasn’t going to climb the ladder in the dark. I woke up the next morning at 7.30am (normal wake up) and took down the box.Well AMAG got a call from “someone” and before 7.30am took a picture of the extension box and then proceeded to tell me that I could only decorate my lawn on declared bank holidays, birthdays and observed Religious holidays. This was the beginning of the BOGUS violations: A trash can during the same spring break, power washing, mailbox door and 6 others. Even after all was fixed they were not happy with where I put the trash cans, they did not like my power washing, etc.Well to be real truthful, they pushed me too far! So I read the covenants and realized that I can decorate my flower beds as an extension of my home and expression of my personality.I got my hands on happy colored spray paint and let the games begin. It was more fun than I can explain. At some point my neighbors began to “contribute” to my cause. Flower clippings, gnomes, spinners and glass globes from the local retail establishments. I even spray painted bowling balls covered them with marbles, pennies and scrabble tiles. It got to the point where my neighbors came home from work and they heard that ball shaking in the can they sat outside and supported my silent yet visible protests. The more notices they sent the more I “decorated”.Walkers in the neighborhood would sit on the purple bench after they made it up the hill. I made sure that everything was within “regulation”.Finally the President of the Board came and rang my doorbell. I’m sure someone told her to come see the “Happy House” “Clown House” “Circus Tent”. She extended a false invitation to join the BoardAnd they have started again with the BOGUS notices about the mailbox door! Y’all if they mess with me again I’m going to be on a Happy Colorful Rampage.I refuse to move.

We’ve moved from the neighborhood, so now I can speak freely without worry of retribution (which happens with this HOA company, by the way). This HOA management group is one of the main reasons we moved from our community. They are experts at picking on people who have very minor infractions, but do not enforce any major rules. My neighbor literally has their garage door duct taped up, with cardboard boxes taped over their windows, and instead of making them clean it up, they wrote us a warning for leaving out trash can out 8 hours too long when we were out of town. The HOA board drives around DAILY looking for people to pick on and write fines for, but never really clean up the actual issues. So glad we moved! If you’re looking for an unbiased, non-discrimatory, reputable company to manage your HOA, THIS IS NOT IT!

AMAG is our HOA, they are the worst. Then send out notices to ppl, but say it’s not necessary meant for you but in general. How does that make any sense, when it’s addressed to your home. Do not hire these people, they are lazy, rude, fine people for no reason. We have contacted a HOA lawyer about them, we were told to keep holding on the “bogus fines”. They all have been removed, because we didn’t do anything. It’s just what they do here. Beware.

I am updating my review from two years ago in hopes people see this. DO NOT ALLOW this management company into your neighborhood. If your board members pick this company to conduct your HOA business they are up to no good. This company is predatory and will skirt the law. They will issue fines for parking in public streets and get away with it. This state offers 0 protection to homeowners. You will regret ever moving into your home.

AVOID!!!! Horrible experience. AMAG tried to to bill me for several violations but no one would return emails or calls even when I spoke with the Leisa, the main principle in the company. Charged me an outrageous fee to give me an HOA release letter that literally took them 5 minutes to complete. Only way I got release letter was because I threatened to sue them and HOA. I could go on forever at how poorly they conducted business. I thought about filing suit with BBB, but just gave up and walked away when I sold my house because I was sick and tired of dealing with them.

Very poor management of our community. I dont understand what they do with our HOA dues but its not to improve our community. However, dues go up every year! Its sad! We have a Tennis court and a volleyball court that can not be use. Oh an a lake that is nasty. When My son was little, we used to go there and fish. It is so nasty now. Our community is an eye sore.
