Maybe its harsh to give a 1 star review for a company that never did any work for me, but I think my experience with them calls for it.I called about a roof leak and spoke with a woman in the office who happily took my information. But for some reason she couldnt schedule an appointment, so she said one of the roofers would get back to me. Finally received a call 3 days later from a roofer saying he couldnt make our appointment that morning. I asked him what appointment he was talking about, and he swore he had spoken with me directly and scheduled it. He said he was sorry for the confusion and would stop by over the weekend to look at it. That was weeks ago, and Ive heard nothing from them since.Maybe the rest of the reviews are true and they do great work, but Ill never know. Obviously my leak wasnt a priority to them.

Excellent service from start to finish. The technician was there on time to look at the problem and offer a repair solution. On the day of the actual service the technician was punctual and completed the repairs, providing photos of the completed work, and he removed all of the debris making the entire process a success.

We contracted roof replacement with Watertite Exteriors based on the information obtained from our neighbors who had identical work completed a few weeks prior. We observed Watertite employees install the roof on neighbors house and were impressed by how efficient and thorough they were.At that time the business owner, John Hutson, examined our roof and recommended replacement due to visible wind and hail damage. He advised us on what type of shingles to select, showed us several samples and provided marketing literature. The interaction with John was professional and pleasant. We felt very comfortable about contracting with Watertite.Our new roof was installed in one day, exactly as promised. The roofers covered our front and back yard vegetation with tarp to prevent damage. After the work was completed they cleaned-up the mess, including picking up roofing nails scattered around the house with a magnetized roller. Garbage was put in a container and was hauled away the day after installation. The whole project was completed quickly with little inconvenience (unavoidable noise due to hammering).Quality of the work is excellent. We had wind and heavy rain and then days with temperatures below freezing during the days immediately following the installation. There is no damage (separation or breakage) to shingles and no leaks anywhere in the house.
