Had our truck with 40K lbs loaded trailer breakdown on I-85 S and I dealt with Ms Amber at Myles Wrecker Service to tow us 15 miles away to a workshop. Ms Amber was very professional, kept us fully notified about all aspects upfront..have seldom seen such great communication. The tow was done safely and the tow driver was very polite, helpful and courteous. I will definitely recommend using them in case you need a thoroughly professional towing service at a decent price.

I usually dont bother to write reviews but I feel Dusty really needs to be complimented for his both his hard work and sincerity. I needed a tow when I mistakenly went over a curb instead of a right turn. He went out of his way to ensure he did not wreck the bottom of my vehicle. He even went back to get his long bed tow truck to help minimize any damage that removal from the curb could cause without any additional charge. Because of Dusty, I had no significant damage to my vehicle. I had my 12 year old son with me and it was a great lesson for my son as he was able to see just how kind some people really are. I called Myles towing, because I needed a 40 foot container moved about a 100 miles a way. My wife and I are moving. I had a lot of our stuff that was in the garage tool boxes 4 wheeler etc loaded in the container.I made an appointment to have it moved within 24 hours. Chris showed up with this huge truck and trailer. My container was in a very tight spot to get it out of. Chris was very polite and professional. He was about 25, but he drove that truck with so much accuracy that I was amazed. He even crawled on the top of the container and cleaned all the leaves etc off it. I was going down 85 south a few nights ago when I noticed my trailer brakes smoking I was trying to get over through traffic and construction when a Myles wrecker blocked lanes for me to get over to the shoulder a young man and his wife helped put out the fire cage my brakes and make sure I made it home safe that night. Myles is not only a great company with awesome trucks but also has wonderful employees and a lot of southern charm. I am forever grateful for Chris and Angel stopping that night and coming to my rescue.

Highly recommend this towing company. Pricing is not the highest or lowest but the quality is the best. They have picked up my explorer as well as my f350 with no issue. The last driver was spot on with his driving. Didn’t scrap the SUV (yes it’s possible) and the other loaded my f350 like a small car. I’ll use this company every time.

Very good service. The driver could have towed me with his standard tow truck, but it would have damaged my driveway. I was not aware of anything. He drove all the way back to the shop and brought a flatbed. No.extra charge. Will definitely call them next time.

Myles towing are going around town doing unauthorized towing of tractor trailers. My truck was parked legally at the Ingles grocery store on Dacula rd. I’ve been parking there for two years, authorized by management. They lied and said they got a phone call to to my truck and the managers and the corporate office denied ever calling. Be careful, these guys are slime. Don’t use them!!!!!

They where late, they also brought an extra tow vehicle that it didn’t do nothing, but I probably got charged for it. The 2nd vehicle just dragged my trailer end axles 3’ to the right, took them about 40mins all. I did not receive a paper copy that would brake down the charge, but I only received an email one that just showed a charge for $1,200, looked like someone just throw a number down. When I tried to call them multiple times and come to a normal price I was basically just ignored.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Long story short, I got my Yukon stuck in a mud pit about 100 feet from the paved road. I initially called another tow truck company that came out and wasn’t even willing to try to tow me out. And they were rude to me on top of that. I then called the guys at Myles and let them know the situation. They assured me they could help. The driver arrived in less than an hour to my location and had me out in 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional and so kind. I needed all of that after the rough night I had! I learned a hard lesson about driving on unpaved surfaces, but if I ever run into such a situation again Myles will be the first call I make! Thank you so much!!

Thanks for your help today, Will! Had to use Myles today for a flat front tire on my 2017 Inifiniti Q60 coupe. If you’re familiar with the make and model, it has a very low front deck and not much ground clearance overall, which presents several challenges for towing. Will quickly got it up on dollies with a great amount of care not to damage any of the trim, and even gave me a few pointers on how to recoup the cost from my roadside assistance packages. They may cost a little more than lower tier service providers, but the customer service and added assurance are well worth it. Highly recommended!

Not only was Myles Wrecker quick to answer but they were faster than expected to the scene. Will be my go to service if I ever need a tow again.

I had to get a vehicle towed to Myles shop for repair. Will made the tow a breeze. They are not the cheapest service but you cannot argue with quality. I would rather pay a little more and know that an experienced tow truck operator is going to move my vehicle with no further damage. Will was on time, treated my vehicle like his own, and they got my repair done quicker than expected.

I was broke down on I-20 West bound between exit 46 and 44 ( 36 RV diesel pusher), this started around 1400 Thursday, I was told that service would arrive at 2200, midnight, 0145 and 0215 until Myles Wrecker Service was dispatch at 0200. At Approx.: 0400 Dusky from Myles arrived, his truck was too small and drove all the way back to Lawrenceville, Ga. to get the Heavy Duty truck and returned to complete the call. I was and still am very impress on his professionalism and focus to complete the job safely; I had only 10 miles to my destination. Dusky would be an invaluable asset to any organization, I will call any day and make that request for Dusky if available.

Last week, I had the misfortune to find a failed fuel pump on my F250. I called my usual towing company for a tow, but when they reported a likely 2+ hour wait, I wanted to try another company. I found Myles with Google and was glad to see it was a substantial company with equipment for most situations. I called and was told itd be 45 minutes to an hour. The driver, Will, called earlier than expected to let me know he was on the way. He arrived in a nearly new, clean truck. He was very conscientious about hooking up and taking care of my truck. He took extra effort to be sure it wouldn’t roll into the camper downhill behind it. Myles is a wry professional company, and Will is a very professional driver. I found a new usual towing company to use when I need another tow, hopefully not for a long while though.
