Is rather unfortunate that I could not see all your response. Its true this is not the name on your system but always remember first impression last long. I hate descite and inconsiderate. Money will finished but behavior and integrity will linger for ever. When I got to know you, report given was awesome but when I deal with you it is other way around. It is my first experience and I left your place with another damage to my car that you didnt tell me, and I let you know about it your response is like you fixed it it shouldnt be a problem but you didnt let me know before I left your office. Eventually I spent money to buy the new part and pay for replacement.

Super expensive on repairs, use cheap Chinese parts works only couple weeks and same issue again and sells junk cars, unreliable cars with tons of issues, will never go again manufacture dealers service are more reliable and stand for what they fix even if charge same or little more but make sense!!!

Poor diagnosing problem, change 4 parts for one issue and still needed to go the Honda dealership to fix the problem! and meanwhile also expensive on labor charge! wants to dump pepboys parts on you!

Do NOT go here! Bought a 2006 Honda Pilot from here with cash in Dec. But by Feb. The car broke down on me with engine problems. I have taken it to several mechanics including the Honda dealership and have paid over $2,000 in repairs and the car is still having engine problems and breaking down on me. The mechanic noticed that the parts under the hood was taken from an Odyssey so this shop just threw anything on this car to make it run. I know why it was listed so cheap now. Lesson learned!
