Very professional. Took great care of my home. We will have them back for sure.

I am so disappointed in this company! After setting up an appointment a couple of weeks in advance, they called the day of my appointment to cancel. When I asked why, I was told that there was a 30% chance of rain... And that they had rescheduled someone else during my time slot! I am so disgusted!! Even more disturbing is that they called the day before seeing if I wanted to reschedule for over a week later due to the 50% chance of rain. Since I had set aside this time weeks prior, I decided to keep our scheduled appointment. But then they canceled for me. Was this their intention all along?
